WWE had porked up on signings when AEW launched. They were far too bloated. They were even signing mid-level wrestlers to producer gigs with no real idea of where they fit in. They just knew they didn't want AEW to have them. I would not be shocked if we see many more releases announced too.
It sucks to see people lose work but I'm sure that once this pandemic is over, most will not struggle to find work. There are so many promotions out there right now. More than ever before, I reckon.
Hopefully we can see some (or all) of them in LOW at some point.
