FYI you have two Killer Queen's in A. The one in 8th should be Splatter I think. Good Catch. Sometimes you get into a groove and just miss when you do the look over to make sure everything is good. Thanks for looking out for me. No worries. We've all been there.

That is the Renegade I know and love. I swear Thantos and Star Warrior never really get old. There might be periods where it is not as entertaining but over all it truly is a classic.

I don't think I have ever seen or rolled out a match where Star Warrior hit 4 Nova Launch finishers and did not win the match from it. It was crazy and the fact that he survived the Masterlock on top of it. It was the best match they have had since the Promotion started.

New Galaxian Pro Wrestling Special Report 9.2.88 - What an incredible and action pack last 2 months we have had here in NGPW. All of it leading to the culmination of a brand new GWF Galaxian Heavyweight Champion in Star Warrior. It was thought that Thantos would hold on to the belt for the entire year and just continue to expand on his reign as champion. But back on July 10th at Summer Fight Festival, Thantos was stunned as the crowd erupted as the three count was made and Star Warrior's hand was raised in victory. We are now on the road to Power Struggle. A tour that fits perfectly right now after everything that went down during the G1 Climax and The Galaxian Tag League. We covered what happened at Summer Fight Festival, But it just seemed like fate that these two men (Star Warrior and Thantos) would meet again in the finals. Star Warrior was having an off year it seemed in 2088. After losing in the main event of Galaxian Kingdom 2 to Thantos inside a cosmic cage. Star Warrior was only able to make it back to the finals twice in 8 tournaments before Summer Fight Festival that included a 4 match losing streak to Bishop Hell. Something changed at the start of Summer Fight Festival though. After Thantos was again able to defeat Bishop Hell in the main event of Dominion. It seemed Star Warrior made a promise to his fans that he could not let Thantos have it as easy as it was in 2088 any longer. Star Warrior started with a win over Wolf in the first round (someone who he has lost 2 first round matches to in other tournaments this year) and then finally ended his losing streak to Bishop Hell in the semi-finals. After getting past Exo-King in the finals, the fans believe a change was coming and that Thantos was going up against his toughest challenge yet. A renewed and fan promised Star Warrior was able to hit the Nova Launch after a counter on Thantos and the promise was fulfilled. Once the G1 started, many believed that they would meet again in the finals. Star Warrior went on a historic pace as champion only to be out done point wise by Thantos. Thantos was not only looking for revenge for his loss but to reclaim the G1 Trophy for a second consecutive year. In the end, It was once again Star Warrior who had his hand raised in victory and continuing the tradition of the GWF Champion winning the G1 Climax. As we get ready for the tournament on the road to Power Struggle. Can Thantos make a run at the GWF Championship once again or will it be the first time in over a year that was see Thantos fall from the top down to the first round matches? Here is how the matches set up in round 1... #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Galaxian Championship - 1st Round Matches Exo-King vs Mesmer Wolf vs Massif Spike vs Bishop Hell Invincible Krakan on the other hand is on a record setting pace of his own right now. By the end of Power Struggle he will have held the GWF Interplanetary Championship for record 69 fight cards. That eclipses Thantos GWF Championship reign of 67 that was just ended. While Krakan has a long way to catch Thantos in the title defense department (11 successful defenses last reign alone), Many see Krakan having a long and lengthy reign as champion. While there were a few dings put in his armor at G1 by losing twice and finishing third in the A Block standings. It was believed that since Krakan knew his title was not on the line that he relaxed alittle bit more then he should have. Will that play a factor into the Power Struggle tournament? Here is how the first round matches go for the GWF Interplanetary Tournament.. #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Interplanetary Championship - 1st Round Matches Omega vs Death Knight Reptillo vs Pit Viper Splatter vs Pulsar The current GWF Galaxian Tag Team Champions did not have a successful run in the Galaxian Tag League. For the second year in a row, the tag team champions finished with a 1 - 3 - 0 record. While they will get a rest until they have to defend the titles on the final night of the Power Struggle tour. The Bomb Squad come off the biggest win of their first year together winning the Galaxian Tag League. With the automatic tag team title shot at Galaxian Kingdom 3 now secure. Commander Sam and Adam Blast now look to keep the momentum going in the Power Struggle tournament and claim a shot at the tag team titles early. Here is how the tag team tournament looks like. #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Galaxian Tag Team Championship - 1st Round Matches Society of Death vs Beauty and The Beast Gladiators of Aethra vs N.S.C. Norse Gods vs Bomb Squad Henchmen vs Animal Pack There is your look at the upcoming Power Struggle Tournament. Will we see a rivalry renew one more time or will we see some big upsets along the way? Only one way to find out and that is to stay with us here for all the results as we continue the road to Galaxian Kingdom 3.
