New Galaxian Pro Wrestling SPECIAL REPORT Part 1 5.1.2087 - History has been made from the aftermath of what many are calling the most disrespectful act in company history. Its no suprise that Thantos and Massif are locked in a heated feud over the GWF Galaxian Heavyweight Championship. Current GWF Galaxian Heavyweight Champion Thantos was mere moments from losing the championship back to Massif in the main event of Genesis when he blantently got himself disqualified in a attempt to retain the championship. While the decision of the referee is final here in NGPW. The board of directors were sent into a meeting just minutes after the main event concluded in figuring out what the punishment Thantos would face for such a disgraceful act as being champion. The board of directors were not happy with what happened and believed that Massif was cheated out of a fair ending to the contest. In an effort to make sure this did not happen again, and it way to show the rest of the roster that being a champion is a serious and honorable position in the company. At the Next Upcoming Event entitled Burning Spirit, history will be made when we will see the GWF Galaxian Heavyweight Championship defended, for the first time ever, outside of the Supercard Main Event. The board of directors have decided that Thantos must defend the title against Massif once again on Road to Burning Spirit Night 1 but this will be no oridinary return match. This match will make history in the company as both men will be locked inside of a Cosmic Cage. No DQ, No Count Out and no where to run. The winner of the match walks out of the event the champion and heads to the main event of Burning Spirit to await the number one contender. The loser of the match will be placed in one of the semi-final matches where he will have to work his way back into another championship match. Its all of nothing for both men. When Massif recieved the news that this match would take place, We saw a big smile come over his face and said he was very happy with the decision. Thantos on the other hand was visibily angry and upset that he would not only have to defend the championship against Massif, But doing it so soon after his last match. Thantos claimed that this action was an abuse of power by the board of directors in not letting the champion recover for retaining his championship like the other men who have won the title before him. With no way out of this match for Thantos, The question has to be asked? Can Thantos escape the first ever cosmic cage match with the GWF Championship in hand or do we see our first ever Two Time GWF Champion in Massif? All we do know is that history will be made on night 1 of the Road To Burning Spirit.
