New Galaxian Pro Wrestling Special Report 4.20.87 - 3 new champions were crowned at Galaxy Rising. A shockwave that was sent across the galaxy. Now these men look to make a new legecy in this company, But the rest of the roster looks to upset the Genesis of it all. After the events of Galaxy Rising, The COTG board of directors looked to capitalize on the excitement and unpredictiveness. The next event for NGPW will be entitled "Genesis" and be held from April 23rd to April 27th, 2087 at the Deimos InterGalactic Arena. Thantos proved the old addage that the third time is the charm when he was finally able to defeat Massif to claim his first ever championship and become the 3rd Generation GWF Galaxian Champion. While the first round of this tournament to crown the #1 contender for this championship stays the same as it did in the last tournament. Many look to the former champion and what mood he will be in waiting in the semi-finals. Its the rivalies that are brewing right now that makes all of these bouts more meaning full then just advancing to the semi-finals. Comrade Terror has won 2 of the 3 meetings so far against the Invincible Krakan. Wolf has shut down the Exo-King in the last 2 matches, can the Exo-King climb out of the dungon? Star Warrior and Lord Nexus have had the most intense battles in NGPW history. A series that is 2-2-1 right now. Who takes that next step and gains momentium towards a title match? Here are the first round matches... #1 Contenders Tournament - GWF Galaxian Championship - First Round Matches Invincible Krakan vs Comrade Terror Exo-King vs Wolf Star Warrior vs Lord Nexus First Round Bye - Massif Death Knight made the finals of the inaugural GWF Interplanetary Championship only to lose Commander Sam. Death Knight has done much better then what many thought he would do in the NGPW rankings and now winning the GWF Interplanetary Championship has made more people take him as a legit threat. Unlike the GWF Championship tournament, The Interplanetary tournament first round matches seem to change with every new event.
