New Galaxian Pro Wrestling Special Report 3.15.2087 - A special meeting of the governing board of directors for NGPW was held after the Night 3 show last night and it has been decided that they do not want to see the finals of the tournament be held on the same night as championship matches. They believe that all fighters should have a fair and level field of battle when it comes to championship matches. With that being said, The governing body has decided to add an extra night of action to the Destruction festival and move the Destruction Super Card to Sunday Afternoon March 16th to accomadate tonight's special Night 4 action at the arena. The special Night 4 event will see the finals of all three tournaments to crown the new number one contenders for all three major championships. You will get to see the following tonight... New Galaxian Pro Wrestling SPECIAL REPORT 3.26.2087 - We have a brand new GWF Interplanetary Champion as the Destruction Festival has come to a close. The Executioner has become the first man to defeat Commander Sam and by doing so has become the 2nd Generation GWF Interplanetary Champion. We the excitement that came from this past event. The Governing body of NGPW has decided to continue going forward with the model of doing 4 "Road To" shows before holding the main super card show for the championships on night 5 of the festival. We can also comfirm for you now that the next time you will see us in action at the Deimos InterGalactic Arena is April 2nd - 6th 2087 as we bring you the event known as Galaxy Rising. As we mentioned at the top of this special report we have a new GWF Interplanetary Champion in The Executioner. Many were stunned in the crowd when they three count came down, But The Executioner now has some pretty big shoes to fill in the fact that Commander Sam was able to successfully defend the title twice before losing it. Can The Executioner go on the same run as the Commander did or do we possibly see a rematch by the end of Galaxy Rising? We know that Commander Sam will automaticlly recieve the bye into the semi-finals of this number one contenders tournament but lets see how the first round of action sets up for the rest of the Interplanetary Roster... #1 Contenders Tournament for the GWF Interplanetary Championship - First Round Matches Ghengis Khan vs Pulsar Omega vs Death Knight Mutant vs Pit Viper The Greek Gods were able to retain the GWF Galaxian Tag Team Championships but not without takeing a hellish beating at the hands of The Gladiators of Aethra. Brute powerbombed Proteus through the announcer's table at ringside and the referee had no choice but to call for the disqualifacation in the match. While the Gladiators will still be given the semi-final spot in the tag team step ladder tournament, it will be interesting to see how The Gladiators will act against their opponents in this tournament knowing how close they were to regaining the tag team championships.
