LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 9 MADISON SQUARE GARDEN NEW YORK, NY
Johnny Saint vs. Jerry Lynn After a back and forth match Lynn had the advantage, but Saint rolled into a ball and beat Lynn with the JOHNNY SAINT SPECIAL.
Rockin’ Robin vs. Nora Greenwald Greenwald beat Robin with a FLIPPING SEATED SENTON.
Giant Bernard vs. Larry Zbyszko Bernard was brutal in his assault and took Zbyszko to task. Bernard beat Zbyszko with a BERNARD DRIVER. Justin Credible stormed the ring after the match and along with Bernard double teamed Zbyszko, leaving him battered and beaten in the ring. After Bernard and Credible left the ring, Zbyszko regained his feet and called for a mic. Zbyszko laid down a challenge for Credible to face him on the next card.
Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams vs. Hugh Morrus Williams was all over Morrus and beat him from pillar to post. It took a wicked chair shot from Morrus to slow Williams down and make the pin. After the pin Morrus went to the top rope and delivered the NO LAUGHING MATTER and Williams was hurt. Terry ‘Bamm Bamm’ Gordy ran to the ring to defend Williams and keep any more damage from being done.
Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello & Roy Heffernan) w/‘Wild’ Red Berry vs. Rock ‘N’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) The Kangaroos attacked R ‘N’ R before the bell and nearly had the victory after the BOOMERANG, but Morton managed to kick out of the pin attempt. Morton absorbed a lot of punishment, but was unable to make the tag before the Kangaroos delivered a second BOOMERANG and Heffernan pinned Morton.
April Hunter vs. Candi Devine Hunter dominated Devine and beat her with the HEAD HUNTER.
Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger vs. Juventud Guerrera This was a great back and forth match up that was spoiled by the ending. Guerrera got carried away and smashed Liger with a chair. The ref disqualified Guerrera.
Ox Baker w/Abdullah Farouk vs. ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper Baker overpowered Piper at the beginning of the match, but Piper countered and managed to lock in the SLEEPER. Farouk jumped up on the apron and distracted Piper and the ref. Baker recovered and pulled a pair of brass knuckles out of his tights. Baker turned Piper around and decked him with the knucks. Piper went down and Baker went for the pin, but Piper got his foot on the bottom rope. Baker pulled Piper to the center of the ring and dropped an elbow, this time getting the pin.

LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 10 AGRICULTURAL HALL ALLENTOWN, PA
Jushin’ Thunder Liger vs. Johnny Saint This was a classic back and forth match that saw the ref take a bump early. While the ref was down Saint wore Liger down with the THREE-IN-ONE. Once the ref recovered Liger kicked up the tempo. Liger gained a couple of near falls before Saint beat him with THE RUSS ABBOT.
Nora Greenwald vs. April Hunter Greenwald had the advantage for most of the match, but got a little carried away outside the ring and got herself disqualified for smashing Hunter with a chair.
Bobo Brazil vs. PN News News was disqualified after he suplexed Brazil through a table while they brawled outside the ring.
2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagewell vs. The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) The Fantastics gained several near falls before Scropio and Bagwell turned the tide. Scorpio pinned Rogers after THE DISS THAT DON’T MISS.
Larry Zbyszko vs. Justin Credible Zbyszko demanded a match against Credible after Credible and Giant Bernard attacked him post match in his match against Bernard on the last card. Credible had the early advantage, but Zbyszko made a quick turnaround and pinned Credible after two PILEDRIVERS.
Magnum T.A. vs. Ox Baker w/Abdullah Farouk Magnum was returning to action after the serious injury he suffered from Baker’s heart punch. Magnum was super aggressive throughout the match and was nearly disqualified multiple times. His aggressiveness paid off though as he was able to absorb two HEART PUNCHES before he delivered a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX and beat Baker.
Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal) w/‘Precious’ Paul Ellering vs. Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello & Roy Heffernan) w/‘Wild’ Red Berry This was a fast paced brawl that saw both teams gain a near fall in the early going. The match eventually broke down and Heffernan was disqualified after he hit Animal with a chair.
(After the match Hawk attacked Heffernan. Costello then attacked Hawk before Animal recovered and joined the brawl. Even the managers exchanged some blows before security and referees broke it up.)
LOW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH Giant Bernard vs. LOW World Heavyweight Champion Frank Gotch Gotch started out fast, but Bernard was eventually able to use his strength to his advantage. Bernard beat Gotch with back to back BERNARD DRIVERS to win the title.

LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 11 OLYMPIC AUDITORIUM LOS ANGELES, CA
Jake Milliman vs. Larry Zbyszko Zbyszko may have overlooked this opponent and Milliman took advantage. Milliman upset Zbyszko after his third SECOND ROPE HEADBUTT.
Bruiser Brody & Stan Hansen vs. Killer Bees (B. Brian Blair & ‘Jumpin’ Jim Brunzell) This match was barely underway before it spilled out of the ring. Brody was disqualified after he hit Brunzell with a steel chair.
(After the match Brody and Hansen decimated the Bees. They were joined at ringside by Abdullah The Butcher and Sir Oliver Humperdink. As the medics checked on the Bees, Humperdink directed Brody, Hansen and Abdullah to destroy the ringside area. Ther ring crew and ring announce scatter as the bedlam ensues. Security finally showed up and tried to regain control. Humperdink introduced the fans to the House of Humperdink and explained they were taking over this organization.)
Lash Leroux vs. Steve Regal This was a very competitive match between these two light heavyweights. Things got heated and Leroux was disqualified after he nailed Regal with a steel chair.
‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper vs. Bobo Brazil This was a wild brawl from the opening bell and both men were disqualified while they brawled outside the ring.
Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams vs. Hugh Morrus Williams was all business as he was looking for revenge for the post match NO LAUGHING MATTER that Morrus hit him with in their last encounter resulting in bruised ribs for Williams. Williams was all over Morrus and Morrus didn’t stand a chance. Williams punished Morrus with an OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE before putting him away with a BACKDROP DRIVER.
LOW WORLD WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH April Hunter vs. LOW World Women’s Champion Fabulous Moolah Both ladies matched strength and this was a real barn burner. It was a classic back and forth match, but Hunter proved to have a slight advantage in strength. Hunter may’ve surprised many when she was able to get the pin after THE HEAD HUNTER to win the title.
LOW WORLD LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH Johnny Saint vs. LOW World Light Heavyweight Champion Danny Hodge This match was very up tempo and did not disappoint. The ref took a bump and Saint used the distraction to wear down Hodge with the THREE-IN-ONE. Hodge managed to counter and quickly pulled out the victory once the ref recovered with the OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL to retain the title.
LOS ANGELES STREET FIGHT Road Warriors (Hawk, Animal & ‘Precious’ Paul Ellering) vs. Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello, Roy Heffernan & ‘Wild’ Red Berry) This match was signed following the wild ending to the match these two teams had on the last card. The managers were also included given their involvement. This was a wild brawl from the outset with all six men getting in on the action. Hawk pinned Berry following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.

LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 12 WESTCHESTER CO CIVIC CENTER WHITE PLAINS, NY
CW Anderson w/J.J. Dillon vs. Ox Baker w/Abdullah Farouk Baker was disqualified after he slammed Anderson through a table.
Tina Moretti vs. Melina After a brief back and forth battle, Melina beat Moretti with the LAST CALL.
Frank Gotch vs. Antonino Rocca This match had more of a tempo to it, but Gotch still tried to grind on Rocca. Gotch ended up getting the victory with a forearm uppercut.
Rock ‘N’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) vs. 2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagewell This was a great back and forth match with both teams executing multiple tags. Morton managed to survive a DISS THAT DON’T MISS from Scorpio, but not a second and Scorpio pinned Morton.
Bruiser Brody w/Sir Oliver Humperdink, Stan Hansen & Abdullah The Butcher vs. Missing Link Brody was all over Link as Hansen and Abdullah wandered and roamed around ringside. Brody easily beat Link with a JUMPING KNEE DROP.
Johnny Saint vs. Juventud Guerrera Guerrera had Saint on the defensive from the opening bell after he countered a sunset flip to gain a near fall. The ref took a bump shortly after that and that was when Guerrera really did some damage. Saint made a brief comeback, but missed a turnbuckle charge allowing Guerrera to roll Saint up for the pin.
Fabulous Moolah vs. Rockin’ Robin Robin had the advantage early, but Moolah brought that to an end when she surprised Robin with a SMALL PACKAGE. Robin managed to kick out, but Moolah continued her assault and beat Robin with a dropkick.
LOW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal) w/‘Precious’ Paul Ellering vs. LOW Tag Team Champions Midnight Express (‘Loverboy’ Dennis Condrey & ‘Beautiful’ Bobby Eaton) w/Jim Cornette The Roadies dominated the champs and delivered the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. Animal attempted to pin Condrey, but Eaton attacked Animal with Cornette’s tennis racket. The ref disqualified the Midnights.

LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 13 SPRINGFIELD CIVIC CENTER SPRINGFIELD, MA
Hugh Morris vs. Bob Roop After a brief back and forth battle Roop beat Morris with a SHOULDER BREAKER.
Brian Kendrick vs. Paul London The tag team partners started off the match with a friendly handshake. London beat Kendrick with a SHOOTING STAR PRESS and the partners exited the ring together.
Hillbilly Jim & Cousin Luke vs. Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello & Roy Heffernan) w/‘Wild’ Red Berry Costello started the match by slapping Jim and this match went in a violent direction. This match broke down quickly and both teams were disqualified.
Alere Little Feather vs. Jazz After the initial back and forth, Jazz took over and beat Little Feather with a fisherman’s buster.
Jerry Lynn vs. Steve Regal Lynn was looking for an early victory after a sunset flip powerbomb, but Regal kicked out. The action continued back and forth until Lynn gained the advantage and beat Regal with a CRADLE PILEDRIVER.
2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagewell vs. La Familia (Konnan & Juventud Guerrera) This was a great back and forth with both teams executing multiple tags. Scorpio pinned Konnan after a flip leg drop.
Candi Devine vs. Nora Greenwald Greenwald beat Devine with a FLIPPING SEATED SENTON.
LOW NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP CW Anderson w/JJ Dillon vs. LOW National Champion ‘Ravishing’ Rick Rude w/Bobby ‘The Brian’ Heenan Rude brutalized Anderson outside the ring in the opening minutes of the match, but Anderson countered. LEGENDS OF WRESTLING CARD 14 RPI FIELDHOUSE TROY, NJ
Abdullah The Butcher w/Sir Oliver Humperdink vs. George ‘The Animal’ Steele Abdullah dominated the match and beat Steele with the SUDANESE MEAT CLEAVER.
Bill Dundee vs. Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger This was a fast paced, back and forth match that saw neither man hold the advantage for very long. This match ended in a double count out.
NON-TITLE MATCH LOW National Champion ‘Ravishing’ Rick Rude vs. Don Leo Jonathan DLJ gained the advantage, but Rude survived the MORMAN SWING. The ref took a bump and DLJ gained control. Rude was busted open before the ref recovered. The action continued back and forth until DLJ delivered the giant swing. Before DLJ could capitalize, Heenan jumped up on the apron. DLJ grabbed the manager and looked for the crowd’s approval before he decked him. Meanwhile, Rude recovered and clobbered DLJ from behind. DLJ recovered and beat Rude with a second giant swing.
Bruiser Brody & Stan Hansen w/Sir Oliver Humperdink & Abdullah The Butcher vs. The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) Brody and Hansen tried to rough house as much as possible, but The Fantastics countered with speed and agility. The action spilled out of the ring, where Hansen was disqualified after he slammed Rogers through a ringside table.
Fabulous Moolah vs. Melina Melina was all over Moolah early, even smashing her with a chair outside the ring. Moolah eventually made a comeback and pinned Melina after delivering a power bomb outside the ring.
Frank Gotch vs. Bob Roop This was a great hold for hold match. After a grueling back and forth match, Roop beat Gotch with a SHOULDER BREAKER.
Juventud Guerrera vs. Paul London Juvi held the advantage for most of the match and pinned London with a 450 SPLASH.
Harley Race vs. The Sheik w/Abdullah Farouk This match was wild, but brief. After a brawl outside the ring The Sheik locked Race in the CAMEL CLUTCH. The Sheik had Race trapped in the center of the ring and Race passed out from the pain.
(After the match Sabu ran to the ring and along with The Sheik double teamed Race, leaving him battered in the ring. Race eventually made his way to his feet and after calling for the mic, challenged Sabu to a match on the next card.)

Nice mix of guys in this one. I am glad to see that C.W. Anderson is getting some use. Are you using the black and white version or the color version of him? He's one of my all time favorites. Race versus Sabu should be an interesting bout.
