To those still waiting, just know that Tom hasn't gotten his sets either and I sent his a day early. Apparently he will receive it today...but it stinks how 2-3 day priority can take a week or longer. Was Tom using Online? He's been posting his fed. He was using the proofs. But plans to debut the Basalisk and wants the chart from the booklet now.

Hmm seems USPS and I have a different idea of what Priority Mail means lol. Good news I just checked the tracking info and your package was delivered 5 minutes ago! Sweet! Something to look forward to once I get home after work. You did not need to do that, I just figured it was slow local mail, but I appreciate it.

Even though I'm not playing much COTG these days, I could not help but grab the new set online... Of course, I'm disappointed that Coven Black is no longer active, but I'm confident that Necros and Sinful will find our lost Vampire Brother again... The Chameleon Creatures have a really unique mechanic and I always enjoy seeing what kind of creative twists TOM will institute into each new game edition... And despite not having a finisher, I expect The Basilisk to cause some serious problems for a number of characters... Gonna give the term "Loose Cannon" a whole new meaning... The rebirth of the Royal Court is also really fun - Personally, I like how similar the COTG universe is to a comic book universe - with characters getting rebooted with similar images and personalities to past favorites... Tank and Climber received impressive updates, even though I still don't like the latter's name - Just a notch above Faller in my books... The relationship between Endgame and Cosmic Woman should be interesting to watch... I'm kinda seeing those two as the characters played by Will Smith and Charlize Theron in Hancock... Wondering if their combined presence in a single reality might eventually lead to their own destruction... Just a thought... If (or most likely when) I start playing this brand again, I'm 99.9% certain it will be a non-canon fed... I tried my hand at running an accelerated canon fed in the past, but my progress kinda got derailed and I just couldn't find the motivation to breathe any life back into it... That being said, I'm confident that all the wrestler cards that were introduced in Origins 2136 would eventually find a place in my own plane of existence... All I need now is for The Phenomenal One to make his highly anticipated debut to make Shayne realize the GWF is the House that AJ Built! Finally... I have seduced you to join me on the journey to the darkside of non-canon feds. MWHAHAHAHAHA! I approve of your non-canon fed... I will support a Pariah own plane of existence!

I think my biggest piece of advice to anyone starting to play is NEVER play an exact cannon fed. The dice gods will even step in and make sure this doesnt happen lol.
The fun of this game is making it your own. Read the book and see what Tom is doing but feel free to make changes. I feel like it's more work to stick close to what hes doing.

I had a blast banishing TWO wrestlers per team after Sudden Death, and re-naming guys that I wanted to re-name (Atman became Joshua Jove, Mensar became Mensar Synistarr, Zed Marlowe became Zed Xavier, Mandrill became Mandrill Gorog, etc), keeping Sectarian an extra few years, keeping Splatter around, and NOT including cards I didn't like (they know who they are, LOL)! I also had bootlegs in my CotG fed (B.I.G., Falconhawk, Beau Granduer, Kerry Von Erich, etc) as well as Classics cards and others re-named and entered (Morpheus' Classics card became a card for his son Morpheus II, Wolf's Bendis' card became LoneWulf, and Greg Valentine became Gino Valentine, etc). So have fun creating, playing, and coming up with your own style! Todd C WTIC

Ssh but I’m gonna let you in a secret ... #spoilers ... in my original fed and I think this one it’s gonna be revealing Jack is Queens kid and Zed is Exo Kings kid. That's pretty cool! Wish I had thought of doing that! Also: If I had played out 2118, I would have had Commander Sam's rookie card as "Code Redd" and teamed him up with someone else as the new Code Enforcers (I forget who I had in mind for the other Enforcer). They would've been managed by someone by the name of "General Public", using a picture of actor Sam Elliot in military gear from The Hulk movie for the role. I even remember asking Mr Filsinger if he had plans for new Code Enforcers and I think he had said there weren't any plans at the time. If I ever do play through 2118, I think I will still use that idea. So yeah, I'm pretty sure this is the pic I was going to use for General Public:

As I do every year I created a one sheet of the current Roster and a breakdown of the Feuds listed in the handbook. If you'd like a copy you can get it HERE. throwingtoasters, this is a great tool that I can utilize once I get to 2136 (still trying to decide if I want to jump ahead or not) and I have printed this sheet! Me and TTX were actually talking earlier this week about the different rosters for different years and this looks exactly what we were thinking about. For what other COTG years do you have similar sheets? Would you mind sharing them? They would be useful for me.

I need to update this folder though because I have many more. I have to convert them to PDFs. The ones from the last few years aren’t in there either. I’ll try and do that tomorrow morning. www.dropbox.com/sh/bqb4ali0oa6c9g8/AADgiUNDQrF3TDlxRRbGYVV5a?dl=0

These are great references that I can use as a quick aid when I go through my box of COTG color cards if I play out and post some of the COTG years from the 2120s and early 2130s. Thank you!
