GWF LiveWire (episode #3)2087-01-25 Massif vs. WolfBeast-Rider & Renegade vs. Exo-King & Killer Queen Pit Viper vs. Mutant Plus... - An appearance by Thantos. Nice picks... Would be great to see Beast-Rider defeat King & Queen with a more reliable (though slightly more erratic) partner... Fingers crossed for the Neptunians!

GWF LiveWire (episode #3) Matrix Theater 2087-01-25
Commentary: KO Keller and Mighty Grogan
Interview: Flying Titans - As Pit Viper prepared for his upcoming match, Lord Nexus and Pulsar discussed how they should handle the threats being made towards the Titans by Invincible Krakan. Giving his allies a wicked glare, Viper explained that his scars were a constant reminder that he would embrace the violence and fight the Society of Death on their terms.
Mutant (w/ Ghengis Khan) defeated Pit Viper via pinfall. - Mutant pinned Viper with a running clothesline. - Tokens: n/a - Khan provided a valuable assist by grabbing onto Viper's legs to prevent him from kicking out. - After the bell, Viper fell victim to a double team beatdown. Lord Nexus and Pulsar rushed the ring, but Krakan was right behind them. He blindsided Pulsar with a steel chair, leaving Nexus alone to face all three members of the Society of Death. Security was summoned to prevent an absolute bloodbath.
Exo-King & Killer Queen defeated Beast-Rider & Renegade via pinfall. - Exo-King pinned Renegade with a flying body crusher. - Tokens: Renegade 1 - This was a fast paced match that delivered some solid action, but the Royal Court managed to get one step ahead at just the right time. - Vanity mocked his fellow Croppers upon their return to the locker room. He said there's no shame in losing, but they should at least try to look good. Beast-Rider had to physically restrain Renegade to keep him from attacking Vanity.
Taped Promo: Thantos - The Gamemaster directed his words at Star Warrior and no one else. He stated that he would never hide behind anyone, but he would always use whatever tools were at his disposal because that is how an intelligent competitor gets ahead. If Star Warrior is afraid to face Wolf then he should find his own place to hide.
Massif defeated Wolf via disqualification. - Wolf was disqualified for an illegal attack outside the ring. - Tokens: n/a - Allowing his anger to take over, Wolf took the fight to the floor. Ignoring the warnings of the referee, he delivered several blatant chairshots across his opponent's back. Star Warrior rushed the ring to save Massif from serious harm. He grabbed a steel chair and faced Wolf, leading to an intense staredown.
Closing remarks: - Keller exclaimed that Thantos could not have been more wrong about Star Warrior being afraid. Grogan figured that a rematch between Star Warrior and Wolf would be coming in the near future. Before signing off, Keller announced that GWF LiveWire would be back in two weeks and that a high profile main event had already been signed for the show - a trios match between the Flying Titans and Society of Death!

Ooohhhh...Thantos sounds annoyed. The GWF won't like it when the gamemaster gets annoyed. Star Warrior better watch out!!

At some point, maybe I'll try running a pick 'ems contest like you... But, I gotta let this thread gather quite a bit more momentum first... Ha!

I think Thantos offers Wolf something that Star Warrior can't a chance for him to be himself "a loose canon". Where Star Warrior would be trying to tame the wild wolf into the role of "face". I see Thantos using Wolf as a weapon to unleash and playing marionette.

Wolf will most likely become the first Loose Cannon in this Loose Canon promotion... Always appreciate the input, my friend... Many thanks!
