Thanks Rahl. Next week Rogers gets back by having Andre vs. Race signed for Glory! Pesek is in my UWF Takedown Masters Tournament and went to the semifinals before losing, but it is double elimination so he is still alive!

USWA Glory #93 Detroit, MI Oct. 16, 2118
GORGEOUS GEORGE/ADRIAN STREET def. JOHNNY RODZ/S.D. JONES
An easy one for the prettiest team in wrestling. Rodz never made a tag. Street put him down and George used a small package for the pin.
DICK HUTTON def. BRUTUS BEEFCAKE
Another fast match. Hutton quickly had Beefcake ripe for the pickings. A backbreaker and then the Abdominal Stretch put him away.
HEAVENLY BODIES def. PAUL LONDON/BRIAN KENDRICK
London and Kendrick are not getting off to a good start in the USWA. They did make this a good match though before the Rocket Launcher downed London.
LARRY HENNIG def. FRENCH ANGEL by D.Q.
The French Angel won last week's tag match over the Axe with the bear hug. Tillet just wanted to do damage this time around and took Hennig to the floor where he was disqualified.
JIMMY SNUKA def. BUDDY ROGERS
An excellent back and forth matchup. This one was very close with few pin attempts. Snuka hit a powerslam and took a three count, but Rogers attacked after the bell and they fought to the back.
UWF TAKEDOWN MASTERS LOSER'S BRACKET SIXTH ROUND BEST TWO OF THREE FALLS
JOHN PESEK def. HARLEY RACE, 2-0
1st fall: Pesek wins with keylock. An amazing matchup with both men digging deep and doing everything they could for the win. Pesek went to work and repeatedly had Race in many submissions before getting it (Race 5 coins). 2nd fall: Pesek wins with double wristlock. Race never got his piledriver applied and finally Pesek put him down for the win (Race 7 coins).
UWF TAKEDOWN MASTERS LOSER'S BRACKET SIXTH ROUND BEST TWO OF THREE FALLS
DON LEO JONATHAN def. ANTONIO INOKI, 2-1
1st fall: Inoki wins with Enzuigiri. Inoki had the offense going early with a top rope knee drop and then the kick to the back of the head. 2nd fall: DLJ wins with atomic drop. The action was back and forth before Jonathan evened the match. 3rd fall: DLJ wins with atomic drop. Jonathan somehow comes back and pulls out the win to stay alive.
Loser's Bracket Semifinals Nick Bockwinkel bye John Pesek vs. Don Leo Jonathan
ANDRE THE GIANT def. DON MURACO
This time the Giant requested a match against one of Lou Albano's men. Andre just crushed Muraco with no sweat whatsoever. Albano never made a move to try and help his man.
UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP VALIANTS (ch) def. RED BASTIEN/KOKO B. WARE
Albano came so close to losing his titles here. The Valiants seemed to sleep walk through this one but wouldn't go down for the three count. Red and Koko had everything going their way but still lost after the sleeper by Jimmy Valiant on Bastien.
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP RICK RUDE (ch) def. CURT HENNIG
A rematch for the former champion. As usual these two turned in a good match. On the floor Sherri Martel helped Rude get the advantage and then the Rude Awakening beat Hennig. Sherri called Lane and Prichard out for a triple beatdown of Hennig.

Rude v. Hennig just makes for amazing matches don't they? I found Andre's dominance with Lou not lifting a finger a little funny. I wouldn't have got involved is I was the Captain. Good to see Pesek advance...We'll see how he does vs. the size of Don Leo. Valiants always put on great matches for me, but never win....j

USWA Glory #94 Milwaukee, WI Oct. 23, 2118 FRENCH ANGEL def. LARRY HENNIG A rematch from last week where Tillet was disqualified and working under the orders of Buddy Rogers. This time around it was another hard-hitting slugfest. The French Angel came away the winner with the bear hug and continued his assault until Curt Hennig made the save. RICK RUDE def. BRUTUS BEEFCAKE The U.S. champ didn't have too much trouble taking care of Beefcake. FRANK GOTCH/JIM LONDOS def. ED LEWIS/GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT Hackenschmidt never made a tag. Lewis tried to make the save but Gotch beat Hackenschmidt with the Toe Hold. CURT HENNIG def. DICK HUTTON An excellent matchup that Hutton probably should have won after dominating most of the action. Hennig was able to squeeze out a win. BUDDY ROGERS def. DESTROYER A pretty good back and forth match that Rogers won off the ropes with a clothesline. BRUISER BRODY def. GREG VALENTINE Brody hits the USWA on a mission to find Lou Albano who has started causing him problems down in Puerto Rico. Albano was nowhere to be found for this match. Valentine looked ok for a short time but Brody ran over him to the win with the knee drop. Brody saw Albano watching the match and started after him but Don Muraco blocked the way. Valentine joined in and then Jimmy Snuka evened the odds. Brody and Snuka have had a serious grudge most of this year but the Superfly came to his aid this time. DON MURACO def. JIMMY SNUKA Muraco and Snuka started their match right after the previous one out in the aisle. Another intense battle between these two. Muraco won with the Hawaiian Hammer. Brody and Valentine came brawling back into the arena this time with Albano in tow. Then all five fought to the back. UWF TAKEDOWN MASTERS LOSER'S BRACKET FINAL BEST TWO OF THREE FALLS JOHN PESEK def. NICK BOCKWINKEL, 2-0 1st fall: Pesek wins with wristlock. An incredible wrestling match that saw Bockwinkel in trouble most of the way but a refusal to go down (Bockwinkel 6 coins). 2nd fall: Pesek wins with Toehold. Bockwinkel had nothing left to fight back and Pesek quickly won the match. At Halloween Havoc next week the final match of the tournament will be Rob Van Dam vs. John Pesek. TAG TEAM GAUNTLET MATCH
HEAVENLY BODIES def. RED BASTIEN/KOKO B. WARE
GORGEOUS GEORGE/ADRIAN STREET def. HEAVENLY BODIES
KANGAROOS def. GORGEOUS GEORGE/ADRIAN STREET
KANGAROOS def. PAUL LONDON/BRIAN KENDRICK ANDRE THE GIANT def. HARLEY RACE This one Buddy Rogers said he arranged as payback for Race doing the same to him at the Crockett Cup Tag Team Tournament. Race welcomed the challenge and said he wanted to go up against the Giant who is just looking to step into the ring against the best wrestlers in the world today. Race was up to the task and had Andre down for a pinning attempt on more than one occasion. The Giant withstood all the offense Race could muster, and Race did the same to Andre. Rogers was looking on from back as Andre finally got the pinfall on Race.

USWA Glory #95 Seattle, WA Oct. 30, 2118
Tonight, USWA Glory comes to you live from Calgary, Alberta Canada and the site of ICW Halloween Havoc! We have two huge Steel Cage matches to get you ready for the payper view, as well as interpromotional bouts between ICW and the USWA.
KANGAROOS def. FRANK GOTCH/JIM LONDOS
The new pairing of Gotch and Londos took a pounding from the Kangaroos, but were still in the match with opportunities to win. Both showed toughness to keep fighting back but the Roos wore them down too much (Gotch/Londos 10 coins).
GREG VALENTINE (USWA) def. D'LO BROWN (ICW)
Manager Captain Lou Albano did not accompany the Hammer to ringside, stating he was on the lookout for Bruiser Brody and wasn't going to let him get his hands on him. The Samoan Island Tribe were serving as bodyguards.
Valentine didn't need Albano on this occasion. D'Lo didn't have much offense and Valentine won after a shoulder breaker.
BOB ROOP/BOB ORTON JR. (ICW) def. PAUL LONDON/BRIAN KENDRICK (USWA)
Orton took a lot of big moves from London and Kendrick. He made the tag though and piledriver put Kendrick down for the three count.
BOB ORTON SR. (ICW) def. LARRY HENNIG (USWA)
Two grisled veterans squared off here. Orton took the win with a piledriver.
RICK RUDE (USWA) def. RAY STEVENS (ICW)
Two former members of the Heenan Family met up in this one. There didn't seem to be any animosity between them from when each left the Brain's stable, but Rude punished the Crippler. Stevens quickly made a cover but Rude nailed him on the outside and the Rude Awakening gave the U.S. champion the win. Rude picked Stevens up for another Rude Awakening, spitting on the former World TV champion.
STEEL CAGE MATCH JIMMY SNUKA def. DON MURACO
The Superfly put Muraco away with authority. After being sent into the cage Snuka went up to the top of the steel cage for the Superfly Leap (+5).
STEEL CAGE MATCH HARLEY RACE def. BUDDY ROGERS
Another very good back and forth match between these two former World champions. Race put the piledriver on the Nature Boy to secure the win and perhaps but an end to this feud.

USWA Glory #96 San Francisco, CA Nov. 6, 2118
RED BASTIEN/KOKO B. WARE def. GORGEOUS GEORGE/ADRIAN STREET by D.Q.
Fans into this opening bout as the teams went back and forth. Both Miss Linda and Cherie Dupre interfered on more than once occasion. Finally they both got involved and the bell rang.
DESTROYER def. FRENCH ANGEL
It was Destroyer in this one. Tillet never got any offense going and after suffering in the half Boston Crab the Destroyer finished him off with the Figure Four.
HEAVENLY BODIES def. PAUL LONDON/BRIAN KENDRICK by D.Q.
This time it was the good guys the referee disqualified. Brian Kendrick battled back but got carried away on the outside.
RICK RUDE def. BOB ARMSTRONG
The U.S. champ Rick Rude took on the former World TV champion Bob Armstrong, back from his run in ICW. Rude was methodical in dismantling Armstrong before winning with the Rude Awakening.
JIMMY SNUKA def. GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT
Hackenschmidt had his bear hug on but the Superfly came back strong. Snuka won with a piledriver.
KANGAROOS def. THE AXE ATTACK
The Kangaroos are on another roll here in the USWA and are going to be clamoring for another chance at the world tag team titles and the Road Warriros. Curt Hennig never got a tag from Larry but made the save after the Boomerang. Larry couldn't take another double team move though and lost the match.
BUDDY ROGERS def. ED LEWIS
Another real hard fought match. Rogers was determined and a second time with the Figure Four ended the match.
HARLEY RACE def. DON MURACO
A hilacious match between these two as most of the fight was spent on the outside. Neither wanted to stay in the ring. Lou Albano interfered but it didn't matter. Race beat Muraco with the Indian Deathlock. As soon as it was over Albano had his Army hit the ring. Greg Valentine and the Valiant Brothers attacked Race, but then the Hennigs, Frank Gotch and Jim Londos joined in the battle royal.
MIL MASCARAS def. JOHN PESEK
World champion Mil Mascaras matched up against a true shooter in John Pesek. This was one real fast paced and both men looked on the verge of a win. Mascaras locked on the Octopus Hold and forced a submission.

USWA Glory #97 Los Angeles, CA Nov. 13, 2118
KANGAROOS def. ARMSTRONGS
Wild Red Berry's men came out of the gates fast and very aggressive. They almost won in short order but Bob and Brad turned it around. The match went back and forth. Roy Heffernan ended the match off the top on Brad.
Afterwards, Berry grabbed the mic and revealed that at Survivor Series there will be an interpromotional challenge with each company sending a team of wrestlers for a one-night, two-round tournament. Berry demanded the Kangaroos be on that team. "We are the best team in the USWA. Nobody has beaten us. We can't get a title match with the Road Warriors. We're going to be at Survivor Series and take the USWA to victory!"
JOHN PESEK def. DICK HUTTON
Great intensity was brought by all the wrestles in every match tonight on Glory. Pesek dominated but Hutton gained some new fans by his determination. Pesek continued to work until winning with the double wristlock (Hutton 6 coins).
GORGEOUS GEORGE def. KOKO B. WARE
A super match between these two former partners as their current tag team feud moved to singles competition this week. George really stayed in control but couldn't get rid of the Birdman. George finally won with an airplane spin (Koko 6 coins).
RED BASTIEN def. ADRIAN STREET
Red Bastien evened things between the two tag teams. Red rallied to win with the atomic drop.
BRIAN KENDRICK def. STAN LANE
Another tag team feud wrestling singles matches this week. Kendrick won his first singles bout after a great back and forth contest. Kendrick stole the win by rolling up Lane who was busy talking to Sherri Martel.
JIMMY SNUKA def. FRENCH ANGEL
The Superfly was on fire in this one and the French Angel couldn't slow him down. Snuka came off the top for the win, but Lou Albano sent the Samoan Island Tribe down to put a hurting on the Superfly.
DON MURACO/GREG VALENTINE/GEORGE STEELE def. THE HENNIGS/HARLEY RACE
Albano's men continue to feud with the Hennigs and Race. George Steele made his first apperance in the USWA and the first time Albano was at ringside with him, although Steele has been working for the Capper in Puerto Rico and causing Bruiser Brody problems. Albano's Army went to work on all three opponents before winning with the Hammer's Figure Four leglock on Curt Hennig.
MIL MASCARAS def. BUDDY ROGERS
The current world champion Mil Mascaras took on former champion Buddy Rogers. The Nature Boy didn't make the most of this non-title opportunity with the champ. Mascaras was on his game and won with his patented top rope crossbody.
UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FRANK GOTCH/JIM LONDOS def. VALIANT BROTHERS (ch)
The first of two championship matches. The Valiants were in trouble most of the match and did everything they could to save the belts. Albano interfered, distracted the ref, whatever he could to help his men. Londos put away Johnny Valiant with a sleeper to win the titles.
UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP DESTROYER def. RICK RUDE (ch)
The main event saw another title change. The finish came out of nowhere as the Destroyer caught Rude with a sensational suplex and Rude couldn't believe it when he was pinned. The Destroyer proudly held the belt high as he headed to the back with Rude and Sherri Martel screaming obscenities at him from the ring.

USWA Glory #98 San Diego, CA Nov. 20, 2118
This edition of Glory is a primer for the Survivor Series next week in Mexico City!
GAUNTLET MATCH
ED LEWIS def. GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT ED LEWIS def. LARRY HENNIG ED LEWIS def. BRUTUS BEEFCAKE JOHN PESEK def. ED LEWIS
A great opening match with five guys fighting to see who could outlast the others. It was the Strangler locking up with the Russian Lion to begin and they went all out, non stop. It was a war of attrition that saw Lewis slowly wear Hackenschmidt down enough to beat him with the side headlock (Hackenschmidt 5 coins).
The Strangler didn't show any fatigue though and blew right through the Axe with the Headlock. He did the same to Brutus Beefcake. John Pesek made Lewis work though and these two took to the mat in a great exchange of moves. Pesek took the upperhand and won with a keylock.
TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH
KANGAROOS, GORGEOUS GEORGE/ADRIAN STREET, HEAVENLY BODIES def. ARMSTRONGS, RED BASTIEN/KOKO B. WARE, PAUL LONDON/BRIAN KENDRICK
In this one when a man is eliminated his tag team partner is also gone. The heels were all over the faces and swept this match with relative ease. London took the Flapjack and then the spinning toe hold from Gorgeous George before going down. Koko B. Ware was hammered all over the ring and finished off by an Aussie Suplex from Al Costello. The Armstrongs didn't stand a chance against all six men and George downed Bob with a rolling hiplock.
RICK RUDE, VALIANTS def. DESTROYER, FRANK GOTCH, JIM LONDOS
An interesting matchup here with the new U.S. singles and tag champs on one side and the former title holders on the other. It was those three without the belts getting the win. The Valiants tagged in and out before beating the Destroyer with Jimmy's Sleeper.
MIL MASCARAS/JIMMY SNUKA def. DON MURACO/GREG VALENTINE
World champion Mil Mascaras teamed up with his fellow six-man tag team title co-holder Jimmy Snuka. The champ took care of business and beat the Hammer after a top rope plancha.
ELIMINATION MATCH
HARLEY RACE, CURT HENNIG, BUDDY ROGERS def. DICK HUTTON, GEORGE STEELE, FRENCH ANGEL
This match was signed to try and get Race, Hennig and Rogers on the same page as they will be part of Team USWA at the Survivor Series. They actually worked well despite Race and Rogers coming off a bitter, hard-fought feud. Rogers beat Steele with a piledriver. Maurice Tillet was eliminated by the Nature Boy's Figure Four. Rogers then piledrove Hutton to win the match.

Castagnoli's uppercut put Ed Lewis out and Stevens was knocked out of the ring as well.

HARDCORE ELIMINATION MATCH TERRIBLE TURK/NECRO BUTCHER/ARIK CANNON/DRAKE YOUNGER def. MISSING LINK/FRITZ VON GOERING/BRODIE LEE/JIMMY JACOBS
Train wreck. Mass carnage. A couple of ways to describe this match. The fight went everywhere and used anything not nailed down. The first man eliminated was the Terrible Turk. Early on Fritz Von Goering used his backbreaker then Jimmy Jacobs put the End Game twice on Turk to finish him off.
It was a long time until the next man was eliminated. Necro Butcher's Tiger Driver set Brodie Lee up for Drake Younger to smash him with the light tubes for the pin.
Arik Cannon downed Von Goering with the Glimmering Warlock. The Missing Link and Jimmy Jacobs were left and continued to battle it out. Cannon used his finisher again to beat Jacobs.
The Link wasn't able to overcome a 3-on-1 deficit, but didn't make it easy to get rid of him either. Cannon came off the top rope for the final pinfall to win the match.
SOLE SURVIVORS: Arik Cannon, Drake Younger, Necro Butcher.
TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH KILLER BEES, NAPTOWN DRAGONS, Y. BUCKS, DORING/ROADKILL, BACKSEAT BOYS def. ROOP/ORTON, GEORGE/STREET, MONGOLS, IMPACT PLAYERS, HEARTBREAK EXPRESS

Sean Davis was in a lot of trouble but Brian Blair took a header into the ringpost and was pinned. Gorgeous George eliminated Nick Jackson with the spinning toe hold.

Next it was Ray Stevens disqualified outside the ring with Konnan. Then the French Angel was also disqualified while fighting with Al Snow.
Snow put the Snow Plow on Buddy Rose for the pin. Yukon Eric's Kodiac Krunch put away Konnan.

USWA Glory #100 Phoenix, AZ Dec. 4, 2118
The 100th episode of USWA Glory gave fans an awesome night of wrestling. Every match the crowd was into and they got their money's worth!
ARMSTRONGS def. SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE
A great opener with all kinds of action. The Samoans seemed to control things but couldn't put an end ot the match. The four did a lot of fighting on the outside. Brad Armstrong finally won the bout with the side Russian Leg Sweep on Alofa.
GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT def. GORGEOUS GEORGE
A very interesting contrast in styles here as Hackenschmidt was his usual all business and had to work hard to get his hands on George. Hackenschmidt dominated but found it hard to put George down for good. Once time Cherie Dupre interferred but George eventually went down in the bear hug (George 6 coins).
GREG VALENTINE & DON MURACO def. BRUTUS BEEFCAKE & KOKO B. WARE
The long running feud between Beefcake and Valentine returned in this one. Albano's men put a major hurting on Beefcake and Koko. They found it hard to pick up the win though. Muraco secured the pin with the Hawaiian Hammer on Koko (Beefcake and Ware 9 coins total).
HEAVENLY BODIES def. VALIANT BROTHERS
Tag team action is getting very hot and these heel teams didn't care about that and signed the match against each other. On the outside it was Sherri Martel and Lou Albano. The Bodies grabbed a relatively quick win after double teaming Johnny Valiant.
FRENCH ANGEL & GEORGE STEELE def. THE AXE ATTACK
Albano's hired henchmen teamed up and upset the team of Larry and Curt Hennig. The two wildmen worked well together and Maurice Tillet ended the match with the bear hug on Larry Hennig.
JOHN PESEK def. ED LEWIS
Two weeks ago Lewis won three straight matches in a gauntlet series before losing to Pesek. These two exchanged moves back and forth but Pesek took the win with the Tiger Man Toe Hold.
JIMMY SNUKA def. RICK RUDE
An epic battle is what this match turned out to be. A truly special contest between two great competitors. After a long and hard-fought contest the Superfly came away the winner (Rude 6 coins).
HARLEY RACE & BUDDY ROGERS def. KANGAROOS
These four men, along with Curt Hennig, won the promotional challenge event at Survivor Series last week. Now, they wanted to see who really led that team. Race and Rogers not too long ago were involved in a heated feud. Now they are seeing if they can make a quality team. Each put their finisher on Al Costello.
UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP DESTROYER (ch) def. DICK HUTTON by Count-out
Dick Hutton won a 15-man battle royal on the Glory preshow to the Survivor Series last week. He was rewarded with a U.S. title shot tonight. The Destroyer looked great and controlled the match, but Hutton is as tough as they come and had his share of offense as well. The Destroyer suplexed Hutton over the top rope to the floor and the challenger was counted out of the ring.
UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS (ch) Fought PAUL LONDON & BRIAN KENDRICK to a Double D.Q.
The challengers handled their first ever title match very well. They had the upperhand but Gotch and Londos are a pair of great mat wrestlers that turned things around. Londos held the Boston Crab on London and then went to the Airplane Spin. Kendrick ran in and so did Gotch. All four just brawled after that and the bell rang for a double disqualification.
The USWA is nearing the end of the year Clash of the Champions television special.
