USWA Glory #107 Bismarck, ND Jan. 29, 2119
Despite most of the USWA roster having competed at the Royal Rumble last night in South America, Glory still delivered an action packed wrestling show!
BUFF BAGWELL def. GEORGE SOUTH
This match completely belonged to former World TV champion Buff Bagwell. However, he would not cover South for the pin and just continued to manhandle him all over the ring. Even after multiple Buff Blockbuster finishers he wouldn't make the cover. Al Snow came down to ringside and started cheering on South, who somehow found an opening and came back with a burst of offense and twice made a pinning attempt on Bagwell. One more Buff Blockbuster ended the match.
AL SNOW def. DICK HUTTON
Hutton has been an angry man for some time now. He won a battle royal for a U.S. title shot, but after losing to the Destroyer by countout Ox Baker took the belt from the Destroyer and he has yet to get a rematch. Snow stole a win after both men went down in the corner and he landed on top of Hutton.
THE AXE ATTACK def. JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD by D.Q.
Three weeks ago the unlikely team of Valiant and Prichard lost a non-title match to then U.S. tag team champions Frank Gotch & Jim Londos. Larry & Curt Hennig took those titles last week. This match saw Valiant hit the top rope elbow early on. Prichard decked Curt Hennig with a foreign object. He did it again and this time was caught and disqualified.
SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE def. BOLSHEVIKS
A pair of teams that really needed a win. All four men beat the holy h*ll out of each other. The match nearly hit the 30 minute mark as nobody want to give it up. The Samoans pulled out the win with a double headbutt on Volkoff.
MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II def. FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS
A real big win over the former two-time U.S. tag team champions. The size advantage really had Gotch and Londos off their game and they never got either big man down on the mat to get any work done. Masked Superstar II beat Londos with his backbreaker.
WWC NORTH AMERICAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MONGOLS (ch) def. ONE MAN GANG & KING KONG BUNDY
A very special main event as for the first time the WWC North American tag team championship was defended in the United States. This match looked like it was taking place in Puerto Rico as it was a non-stop, knock down drag out fight that could have been stopped by a disqualification on any of the four men on so many different occasions. There were brawls and battles on the floor. The Mongols used their chain, Bundy landed the avalanche. They kept on fighting until Geto won the match with the Oriental Spike on the Gang.

USWA Glory #108 Minneapolis, MN Feb. 5, 2119
Glory is proud to have participants in the MWE Light-heavyweight title tournament here tonight on Glory.
MWE Light-heavyweight Title Tournament
Block D
TIGER MASK def. MIKE DIBIASE by C.O.
Iron Mike came into this match needing a win. Tiger Mask never gave him a chance. An amazing springboard moonsault nailed DiBiase on the floor and he didn't make it back into the ring. That leaves the door open for Jushin Liger to tie Tiger Mask atop the points standings with a win later tonight.
CHUCK TAYLOR def. JIMMY JACOBS
An excellent matchup as Jacobs has turned in good efforts but still has yet to win a match in the tournament. These two looked pretty evenly matched and went back and forth. They fought on the floor and used the top rope, but Taylor landed a kick to the back of the head for the win.
ULTRAMANTIS BLACK def. JIGSAW
Jigsaw came out of the gates fast and the action was non-stop. UltraMantis Black caught a break when Jigsaw crashed into the turnbuckle and he made the cover for the three count. UltraMantis picked Jigsaw up and used the Praying Mantis Bomb after the match.
JUSHIN LIGER def. BRAD ARMSTRONG
Liger and Brad Armstrong went toe to toe but Liger was too much. The Liger Bomb put Armstrong away and moved the masked Legend into a tie for first place with Tiger Mask.
Standings 1. Tiger Mask 7 pts. Jushin Liger 7 2. Chuck Taylor 6 3. UltraMantis Black 5 4. Jigsaw 2 Brad Armstrong 2 5. Jimmy Jacobs 0 Mike DiBiase 0
JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD def. THE AXE ATTACK
A huge upset of the new U.S. tag team champions. Last week The Axe Attack won by disqualification against this new and unlikely duo. This time around the Hennigs were on top of things, but the fight spilled to the floor. A knee to the head by Valiant pinned Larry Hennig.
FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS def. BOLSHEVIKS
The former two-time U.S. tag team champions scored a quick, decisive win, but paid for it after the match. Londos slammed Zhukov and the Toe Hold by Gotch forced the submission. The Bolsheviks cleared the ring then double teamed Gotch.
GREG VALENTINE def. GIANT BABA
A big win here for the Hammer. Both men were toughed and hammered on each other back and forth. Valentine used the outside to take over and won with the Figure Four.
BOB ROOP def. ED LEWIS by C.O.
Pay back this week by Roop after he was counted out against Lewis last week. Ted DiBiase was at ringside with Roop. Lewis continually frustrated Roop just by being better and quicker to get his move in. Roop got Lewis on the floor and the Strangler couldn't beat the count back inside.
BOBO BRAZIL & DESTROYER def. MOUNTIE & RICK RUDE
The heels did little in the way of offense and couldn't slow down the onslaught of Bobo and the Destroyer. The Mountie was paid back to some degree by the Destroyer for the recent shots with the Shock Stick. The Destroyer finished off the Mountie with the figure four, but afterwards a four-way brawl ensued.
DON MURACO def. MAGNUM T.A.
Muraco hit Magnum with a running face slam. Then the bell rang, and the Hawaiian Hammer put T.A. down for the three count just like that.
ROAD WARRIORS fought HARLEY RACE & BUDDY ROGERS to a DOUBLE D.Q.
A huge match here as Hawk and Animal are in a bad mood after losing the world tag team titles to Antonio Inoki and Rikidozan at the Royal Rumble. Race and Rogers are undefeated and hungry for a title shot. A great tag team encounter saw all four men looking good. Tempers flared as neither could hold the other down for very long and Race and Hawk were both disqualified.

Enjoyed this latest show. All of your feds are a fun read. Muraco with a huge quick win over Magnum and Valentine over Baba really stand out. Also like the teaming of Valiant & Prichard.
Nice to see the win for Ultramantis. Does he still have a shot at pulling off a win in this block?

Thanks, I thought this show had some good stuff on it. UMB has 3 matches left against Tiger Mask, Chuck Taylor and Mike DiBiase. To have any shot at all he has to beat Tiger Mask. If he does then anything can happen. The top two in each block advance.

Thanks for the tournament update.

USWA Glory #109 Milwaukee, WI Feb. 12, 2119
MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II def. SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE
A real fast win for the masked duo in need of a win here in USWA. A clothesline and the Cobra Hold from MSI followed by the backbreaker of MSII defeated Alofa, who never made a tag.
GREG VALENTINE def. AL SNOW
The Hammer went to work and was relentless in his destruction of Snow. It started on the outside, then Valentine put a hurting on Snow. The figure four on the concrete did not get the countout, but back in the ring Snow gave it up to the Hammer's submission finisher.
UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THE AXE ATTACK def. JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD
For the third week in a row these teams went at it. The new team of Valiant and Prichard won by d.q. and then grabbed a pinfall victory last week over the new U.S. tag team champions. The Hennigs volunteered to put the titles on the line. Valiant was on the receiving end of things until a spinning neckbreaker on Larry Hennig. Prichard made a mistake by trying to come off the top rope. Curt Henning then Perfect Plexed him for the pin.
Two years ago tomorrow, the Midnight Express defeated the Dream Team in a tournament final to become the first ever United States tag team champions.
MAGNUM T.A. def. RICK RUDE
An awesome confrontation here between two stars in need of a big win. This one was right down the middle, very evenly fought. Rude showed his toughness kicking out after the belly to belly two times in a row. The match kept going until T.A. applied his finisher one more time.
ANIMAL def. BUDDY ROGERS
An unbelievable win for Road Warrior Animal. Last week the Legion of Doom went to a double D.Q. with Rogers and Harley Race. Animal and Rogers have a history as in the UWF Lethal Lottery back in December they teamed up in the second round to beat Butcher Vachon and Tyler Black. Then, Animal and Rogers had to go at it. Rogers took a huge beating and Animal knocked Rogers out of the tournament with the powerslam.
It was all Animal as he hammered the Nature Boy. Rogers never got a chance to breath and two powerslams gained Animal the three count.
HARLEY RACE def. HAWK by D.Q.
The other half of the previous matches tag team partners continued the feud with a great match. Hawk stood toe to toe with another former world heavyweight champion and never let up in taking the fight to Race. Hawk and Paul Ellering were disqualified on the outside which brought Rogers and Animal back out for a huge brawl.
FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS def. TED DIBIASE & DON MURACO
A spectacular match as the former U.S. tag champs Gotch and Londos got their turn to get hands on the Million Dollar Man, as everybody it seems in the USWA wants a piece of him and his Corporation. An amazing contest saw DiBiase and Muraco really dominate most of the match. Gotch and Londos both took massive beatings but kept coming back. Gotch took the Hawaiian Hammer and repeated sleepers by DiBase. Earlier it was Londos taking the brunt of the attack. Gotch survived and Londos put the Airplane Spin on Muraco. DiBiase broke it up and fought with Gotch. Londos won the match with the Boston Crab on Muraco (Gotch/Londos 11 coins).
BOB ROOP def. ED LEWIS
From the very start on New Year's Day of the Million Dollar Corporation, Roop and Lewis have been going at it. The Strangler won by countout three weeks ago in Montana. Last week Roop returned the favor with a countout win in Minneaplis.
These two turned in one of the greatest wrestling classics ever. There was fighting on the floor but they stayed in the ring and went all out to prove who was the better man. Roop stayed away from the headlock of the Strangler. Lewis took repeated shoulder breakers and kept kicking out. The match went nearly 30 minutes before Roop pulled out the win with the shoulder breaker.
SINGAPORE CANE MATCH MOUNTIE def. DESTROYER
The Destroyer has been emboriled in a feud with the Mountie since the start of the year, which has taken him away from focusing on getting the U.S. title back. The Destroyer was on fire to start, but the Mountie put a stop to his offense. The Shock Stick twice couldn't finish off the Destroyer, but the Mountie went to the cane and came off the top rope with a smash to the head for the win.
UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BOBO BRAZIL def. OX BAKER (ch)
Ox Baker was finally brought back to defend the U.S. heavyweight title. Things have gone down hill for Baker as he lost a world title match to Mil Mascaras, and Antonino Rocca took his WWC Universal title last week in Puerto Rico. Baker hit Bobo hard early and had a two-count. Brazil moved out of the way and Baker collided with manager Oliver Humperdink who was on the apron. Brazil grabbed the three count and just like that he was once again the U.S. champion. Bobo Brazil last held the U.S. championship back in August of 2116.

USWA Glory #110 Ames, IA Feb. 19, 2119
JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD def. VIRGIL & GEORGE SOUTH
South took all the damage, never getting a tag. Valiant and Prichard tagged in and out and to add insult to injury on a down George South, Prichard hit him with a foreign object for the pin. Virgil looked discusted and left the ring.
FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS def. SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE
Another lopsided tag team match. Londos turned Alofa over to Gotch who forced the submission.
THE MOUNTIE def. GREG VALENTINE
Less than a week ago Greg Valentine was at The Champions Cup Tournament where it appeared he may have made a turn to the side of good as he and his father Johnny Valentine reunited. The Hammer took on the Mountie and went down like the Destroyer and others to the Shock Stick. The Mountie started beating Valentine with the shock stick when Bobo Brazil came out to make the save.
HARLEY RACE & BUDDY ROGERS def. BOLSHEVIKS
Race and Rogers were great at The Champions Cup. Race beat his partner in another all-time classic in the first round and went on to win the tournament. Rogers seemed to have a look on his face at times but there were no problems. The team went to work on Zhukov and then Volkoff. Rogers finished him off as they await another match with the Road Warriors.
GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT def. GIANT BABA
These two were tag team partners at The Champions Cup and were eliminated. Baba has not done much since coming to the USWA at the start of the year. Hackenschmidt had to work hard and long but won with the bear hug.
RICK RUDE def. DESTROYER
These two were reluctant tag team partners at The Champions Cup and could not work together. They lost and started fighting. Rude dominated this match, but the Destroyer is tough to put away. Rude finally came out the victor.
MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II def. THE AXE ATTACK
A big-time win over the U.S. tag team champions. Masked Superstar put the backbreaker on Larry Hennig and it was all over.
ED LEWIS def. DON MURACO
The first of three matches with the Million $ Corporation. "The Strangler" and "The Rock" tore the house down with this one. An impressive battle of strength that went on and on and on. Lewis kicked out of the Hawaiian Hammer and the next time he got the headlock on he won (Lewis 5 coins, Muraco 2 coins).
BOB ROOP def. MAGNUM T.A. by D.Q.
Another great matchup here as Magnum continues to battle Ted DiBiase and his men. A really good, even match ended with Magnum on the floor when he bashed Roop with a chair.
TED DIBIASE def. DON LEO JONATHAN
The Million $ Man capped the night off with come back win. Jonathan controlled most of the bout but DiBiase got the sleeper on long enough to put the giant down. Muraco and Roop ran out to triple team the fallen Jonathan. Magnum T.A. and Ed Lewis led the charge from the back to chase off DiBiase's team.

USWA GLORY #111 St. Louis, MO Feb. 26, 2119
FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS def. JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD
A pretty good opener as these teams went right to work. Londos took some punishment but made the tag. Gotch rolled Valiant up into a cradle for the pin. A four-way brawl broke out after the match.
DICK HUTTON def. BOBO BRAZIL
What a match here as Dick Hutton looked tremendous in upsetting the new U.S. heavyweight champion. Hutton was just awesome, making no mistakes, and constantly keeping Bobo down on the mat. The champ fought hard though until finally going down after repeated atomic drops. Afterwards, Ted DiBiase and his team took some shots at Brazil, then Hutton was paid off by the Million $ Man (Bobo 6 coins).
BUFF BAGWELL def. DESTROYER
A second upset in a row! Buff Bagwell seemed to be on a mission in need of a win very much. The Destroyer slowed Bagwell down but seemed to always be on the defensive. Two more Buff Blockbuster's gave the former World TV champion the big win.
GIANT BABA def. MOUNTIE
The Mountie missed a good chance at picking up a very nice win. The Mountie controlled the action, but Baba slammed him off the top rope. Then it was the Neckbreaker Drop and the Mountie went down for three.
GREG VALENTINE def. RICK RUDE
The Hammer is somewhat becoming a good guy after helping out his dad at the Champions Cup Tournament, and got some cheers. Rude controlled most of this match, but Valentine gets better as the match goes on. Rude still help the upperhand but the Hammer found an opening and quickly won with the figure four leglock (Valentine 4 coins).
DON MURACO def. DON LEO JONATHAN
A really good matchup between these two big men. It went back and forth over and over, but Muraco got the Hawaiian Hammer applied for the win. Ted DiBiase and Bob Roop then jumped in for a triple team, but Ed Lewis and Magnum T.A. were right there to even the odds, and the fighting went all the way to the commercial break.
TED DIBIASE def. ED LEWIS
There was little control even after officials got all the other wrestlers out of the ring. Lewis knocked the referee down, and Don Muraco made it out to his him with a chair. Lewis was still able to keep going but the Million $ Dream put him away.
MAGNUM T.A. def. BOB ROOP
Magnum T.A. was totally on fire and Roop tried to run most of the match. A couple belly to belly suplexes ended the match.
HARLEY RACE def. ANIMAL
The Road Warrior return to the USWA and go right after Race and Rogers. Animal with another amazing battle in singles action. Race worked him over for so long but couldn't finish him off. A piledriver after over 20 minutes of action finally ended the match.
BUDDY ROGERS def. HAWK
The Nature Boy needed much less time in this one. He lost to Animal a couple weeks ago, but quickly took Hawk down. The figure four was on a long time but Hawk had to give it up.
UNITED STATES TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THE AXE ATTACK (ch) def. MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II
The champs looked good and took charge of this one. The masked duo had their moments but the Hennigs were all about keeping the gold. Larry hit the Axe on Masked Superstar I to get the pin.

USWA GLORY #112 Lafayette, LA March 5, 2119
FOUR CORNERS MATCH MASKED SUPERSTAR I & II def. SAMOAN ISLAND TRIBE, JOHNNY VALIANT & TOM PRICHARD and BOLSHEVIKS
A phenomenal four corners match between four tag teams that nobody likes! The fans just got into the great action and seemed to cheer for whoever had the momentum. It was a long first fall before the Samoans were disqualified as both Alofa and Samu double teamed Johnny Valiant on the outside. Masked Superstar I put away Valiant with the cobra hold. Then the Russians and the masked men battled it out back and forth. Masked Superstar I finally beat Volkoff with the Cobra Hold. The Masked Superstars will now get another shot at the U.S. tag team championship at Wrestlemania III (Volkoff and Zhukov five coins each).
ED LEWIS def. BUFF BAGWELL by C.O.
"The Strangler" showed a vicious side usually not seen from him. Bagwell got to the outside after feeling the side headlock. Lewis went after him, grabbed his head and rammed him into the ring post and won by countout.
BOB ROOP def. GREG VALENTINE
An awesome battle as the Hammer once again was the fan-favorite. Just a real hard-hitting contest, back and forth, in and out of the ring. Roop withstood the figure four many times and Valentine wouldn't go down without a very long fight. Don Muraco tripped up Valentine in the corner and Roop landed his big shoulder breaker again for the pin (Roop and Valentine four coins each).
DON MURACO def. GIANT BABA
A really big win for the Magnificent One. Muraco was all over Baba and three times with the Hawaiian Hammer finally gave him the victory.
MAGNUM T.A. def. THE MOUNTIE by D.Q.
A really good match turned bad in the end for Magnum T.A. It was Magnum with his belly to belly first, but the Mountie turned the match around. He hit Magnum with a long series of big moves but couldn't get the pin. He went to the Shock Stick then and was disqualified.
TED DIBIASE def. DESTROYER
A wild and crazy match here. The referee was knocked out in the corner for a long time, and DiBiase took advantage. The Destroyer spent a lot of time in the sleeper with no referee but still battled back. When the ref woke up, he not only didn't disqualify the Million $ Man but made the three count to beat the Destroyer. Don Muraco and Bob Roop came in for a triple team of the masked legend (Destroyer 5 coins).
ROAD WARRIORS def. HARLEY RACE & BUDDY ROGERS
A somewhat disappointing rematch between these top ranked teams. The first meeting was a double disqualification, then they paired off in singles matches for a couple weeks. Race piledrove Animal early on in the match. Hawk came in and went at it with Rogers. The Doomsday Device put the Nature Boy down as Race didn't try to make the save.
UNITED STATES HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BOBO BRAZIL (ch) def. DICK HUTTON
A volatile situation at the start with DiBiase, Roop and Muraco all out in the ring with Hutton. DiBiase hired Hutton last week and he pulled off the non-title upset win over Bobo. The bell rang with a lot of jostling going on and Bobo powerslammed Hutton for the three count in mere seconds to win the match. All four men then pummeled the U.S. champ.
WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP ANTONIO INOKI & RIKIDOZAN (ch) def. FRANK GOTCH & JIM LONDOS
This one ended in different fashion as Gotch went up against the champs and ended up never making a tag. Gotch and Inoki went back and forth. Rikidozan leveled Gotch with hit huge chops and got the three count. Harley Race and Buddy Rogers raced into the ring and jumped the tag team champions. Hawk and Animal weren't going to be left out and they joined the melee as the show went off the air.
