Chapter 1 2118 went out like someone blowing out a candle. The GWF was there, then suddenly gone. New programs were replaced with the best of. Despite good crowds, the GWF went bankrupt. Concession and merchandising was at an all time low. The cost of running shows and paying the talent was going up. The Galactic Depression looked like it claimed the Galactic Fed. Behind the scenes Commissioner Massif made cuts, renegotiated contracts, and sadly had to let some talent go. By March, the GWF announced it was reopening.
Things were looking up. Massif then made a decision that would shake things up. He stripped the titles from the old champions. This is going to be a reboot of the Federation, a new beginning. We will start from scratch, much like they had to do in 2087 after the breaking of the code. It also had been long past the defense dates. The champions were not happy, but accepted it.
The only fly in the ointment was the popular Endgame. He wanted a revised Galactic Code. It was time to put to rest the endless feuds, the violence before or after the match, the matches that would often end in disqualifications. Endgame presented an eloquent pitch for bringing it. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears.
Card 1 The crowd was back. Fans were ready to see the best wrestlers in the Galaxy battle for the belts. There was a one night tournament for the tag titles. The winners would leave with the Galactic Titles and the second place finisher would get the Interplanetary titles. The Interplanetary Championship would be decided in a battle royale. The winner would get into the Galactic Championship tournament. The women’s title would also be decided in a battle royale. It had the feeling of a super card. One could argue it was.
In the first round of the tag tournament. Genesis defeated the Colonizers. Then, Stars-N-Stripes defeated The Troubleshooters. The Animen defeated Center Stage. Finally the Guardians defeated Havoc and Paralyze. The crowds were really into the matches. No drama, it was just great wrestling action. Could things be kept high energy in round 2?
Next up was the ladies. The women battled everywhere in the ring. There was a lot of punishment dealt out and bodies flying. Eventually, it was Phantasy that came out on top. She eliminated Thrash, who surprised a lot of fans by returning. Rumors were that Thrash was retiring and returning to Aethra. The belt was presented by Ms. Liberty.
Round 2 started with a bang. Genesis comes out and takes it to Stars-N-Stripes. It was a near perfect performance. It pays off, as they defeat Stars-N-Stripes to move on to the finals and would leave the arena with championship gold. The Guardians moved into the finals as well defeating the Animen. The crowd would be split over who they wanted to leave with the top prize.
The Interplanetary Championship Battle Royal was next. Omega was here to present the title. It was a fierce battle royals. Old feuds reignited, and no doubt, new ones would start. Encubus finally won out. For Omega this was bittersweet. He was proud his grandson had won the belt, but the war between him and Thantos had not allowed much of a relationship. The two not only shook hands after the presentation, but actually hugged.
The final match of the night saw Genesis continue the winning streak. They upset the highly favored Guardians. Valour was not happy with the outcome. In fact, things got heated between Valour and Anivar. Things were calmed down and cooler heads prevailed. Clone World’s Road Warriors, one of the greatest tag teams in wrestling history, presented the belts. The Guardians were given the Interplanetary Tag Titles. Then, Genesis were given the Galactic Tag Championship belts.
The big story of the night was that Encubus wanted to call a truce with Omega and wanted his heritage. Thantos was not happy, swearing that Omega would not steal his son. In fact, not long after Encubus announced that he would be ending his feud with Bloodline and hoped to be welcomed into the family. Thantos was heard talking to Sly Drury. Sly promised he would take care of the situation.

Chapter 2 The Galactic Championship tournament starts tonight. Encubus gets a bye into the second round as the Interplanetary champion. The others are great contenders: Bloodline, Endgame, Payback, Disaster, Sly Drury and the Amazing Mann. The only problem with Amazing Mann is Vin Strutter. He doesn’t take wrestling seriously, he likes to do things that he thinks will make the Greatest Show on Earth look good. Sometimes it backfires, but that does not seem to bother him.
What does bother Vin Strutter? The She Devil and the Animen do. She Devil escaped his clutches. She walked out on him. That is something he cannot accept. Why did she do it? She got tired of his antics and mistreatment of his talent. As for the Animen, well he offered them a deal for his oddities show and they turned him down. He has made it his goal to bring them into the fold. So how does he plan on punishing She Devil and forcing the Animen into his world. He has brought in longtime Animen haters, Kill Prey and his sister, Shann-Ra. One wonders how long they will put up with his antics, especially when it cost them a match.
Card 2 The night started out with She Devil taking on Shann-Ra and Vin Strutter. Vin was warned by Kill Prey to stay out of their matches. He stays true to his word, at least this time. She Devil wins a hard fought contest by hitting an awesome crossbody for the pin.
The Troubleshooters came to the ring looking for retribution for being knocked out of the tag tournament. Phantasy added fuel to the fire telling them that since she is the champion they need to start winning and not make her look bad. They take it to heart as they battle Stars-N-Stripes. Muss would catch The American Guy with his Muss Em Up. Phantasy leaves with a smile on her face. Endgame continued his quest to get the Federation to reinstate the Galactic Code. He pointed out that a lot of matches have ended in dqs and there have been brutal attacks. The wrestlers and fans deserve a better ran Federation.
Switchblade makes his 2020 singles appearance taking on the big Tanck. The ever dutiful mother Lorelei watched over her son. There was no telling if Thantos would show up. The crowd was thrilled as Switchblade landed his Blade of Retribution to get the win.
The final match on the taping was The Guardians taking on Paralyze and Havoc in another tournament rematch. There was little change. Once again the Gladiators were defeated. Reckless hit his Driver to get the pin over Paralyze. Valour made it plain friends or not, they wanted the Galactic tag titles and would earn the rematch.
The second taping of the night featured the Galactic Championship tournament, but first, Vin Strutter came down with Kill Prey to take on Swarm with She Devil. She Devil kept Strutter away from the ring. In the ring, Kill Prey worked Swarm to make the Ambush that much more dangerous. Kill Prey hits it to get the win over Swarm.
The tournament kicked off with Bloodline taking on the Amazing Mann. Lorelei again appeared ringside to counteract Vin Strutter. Once again, Vin was kept from enhancing the match as Bloodline hit a perfect crossbody splash to pin Mann. Bloodline was asked about Encubus. Bloodline says that it’s one day at a time and a lot of things are being worked out. Then, he told the announcer it was none of his business.
Payback comes down to face Sly Drury. This time Lorelei was across from Thantos. The two glared at each other, but she was not intimidated. The match was in and out of the ring. Payback hit several moves that did as much damage to him as it did Sly. Eventually, it ended outside of the ring. Sly shoves the ref down as the two battle it out. Sly was disqualified. Thantos went on a rant that the dq was unfair since it was Payback that took it to the floor. Massif comes down and the two argue. He finally tells Thantos he is lucky that he doesn’t fine or suspend Sly, but gives him a severe warning. He will be watching Sly and if there are any more serious offenses he will be gone.
Endgame comes out for the final round 1 match and the last match of the night. He faces his arch nemesis Disaster. As all their battles are, it's a fierce battle. It’s back and forth with near falls. The fans erupt as Endgame hits the Ultima Leap to end the match and show.
When it was all said and done, Encubus, Endgame, Payback and Bloodline would face off for the title. Not bad for Loelei, who was in her first year of leading the Federation Defense Fighters against the more seasoned Thantos. She had all the tag gold and 75% chance of gaining the Galactic Title.
Sly told Thantos he knew of his trouble with Encubus and offered to help him. Thantos said he was weak and couldn’t be helped, but he had no intention of losing his son. Sly told him that he had a solution. He had a friend that could change Encubus, turn him into the son that Thantos deserved. Thantos said he would give it serious thought.

Chapter 3 For the GWF it was the end of an era. There was no Omega, Commander Sam or Lord Nexus. The old guard was gone. Lorelei was selected to be the new leader. She would offer a fresh persepctive. Lorelei wasn’t sure she was up to the task. She had come to the GWF over her son, Crossfire, and his death on Brymstone, just as Switchblade. It took a longtime, but she was able to work out her thirst for revenge. Perhaps, that's one of the reasons she was chosen. She had gone down the dark path and lived to tell about it. She would often speak to Nexus, who would reassure her. Her early success in securing the tag belts proved she had the leadership skills Nexus and Sam saw in her. The only belt she had lost so far was the Interplanetary Championship. It wasn’t her failure, just the luck of the draw.
Card 3 The night starts off with Encubus coming out and announcing this will be the last match with Bloodline and sends his father to the back. Thantos is furious, but leaves after Encubus says he will not wrestle until he does. Lorelei leaves as soon as he does. While the match is going on, Thantos and Sly Drury meet about what to do about Encubus. Bloodline goes on to defeat Encubus in a hard fought match with the Cosmic Big Bang. After he recovers, he and a reluctant Bloodline shake hands.
Endgame ends round two by facing Payback. Lorelei is in a neutral corner hoping it all turns out ok. Payback takes some wild chances that have cringing. Some pay off and some backfire, but Endgame is steady and sticks to his plan. In the end, it’s Endgame picking up the win with the Rolling FIgure Four.
The Animen and the Colonizers look to get into the title hunt. There is drama almost immediately, as the Animen tells She Devil to go to the back, she may second Swarm, but not them. They go on to beat the Colonizers by dq as Epoch and Antak battle on the floor.
The final match of the first taping is Sly Drury and Switchblade. Lorelei and Thantos square off in a wrestling chess match, each coaching them, in and out of the ring. This time, Thantos’ side finally gets a victory! Sly hits The Last Call to get the win.
The taping for the next taping starts with a continuation of the Stars-N-Stripes and Troubleshooters feud. Galactic Women Champion, Phantasy, takes on SNS’ Latasha. Latasha knows, even though it’s non-title, it could mean a lot down the line. Latasha stuns Phantasy and the GWF officials by putting Phantasy away with back to back Freedom Falls.
The positioning game has started. The new Galactic Champion hasn’t even been crowned as Disaster and Valour go at it. Before the match, Valour says he went to bed mean and woke up meaner. It shows as he and Disaster have more of a fight, than a wrestling match. Valour gets the upper hand and loses control. The ref tries his best to control the match, but Valour won’t have it. He loses it as he refuses to stop his Violent Outburst. He seems to come to his senses when the bell rings and storms off.
It’s a non-title match for the Galactic Tag Champions. Genesis takes on Center Stage. It is always hard to figure Vin Strutter. Even with his men in charge of the match, he tries to intervene. It backfires. Tauren is able to pin Steele Freak with the leg hook piledriver. After the match Vin grabs the microphone and addresses the crowd. He vows to make She Devil pay for her betrayal and to make the Animen part of his freak show.
The final match of the taping is the Galactic Championship. Endgame and Bloodline have mat classic. It goes back and forth until Endgame pulls out the win with the Ultima Leap.
While the wrestlers are glued to the monitors, Encubus is called to the shower. There is a big fight, as he is jumped by three men. They drag off a beatdown Encubus to a teleporter and disappear as the Ultima Leap connects. Endgame once again calls for the Galactic Code to be reinstituted for the good of the GWF.
There was a bit more excitement. A new Titan, Tristan, would debut next week.
Bloodline is irritated when Encubus doesn’t meet him across the street for drinks. He goes home. Irritation turns to concern a few days later when Encubus misses a few GWF events. After calling and checking around, no one seems to know where he is. Bloodline checks with Thantos, who tells him not to worry, he is sure Encubus is safe. Bloodline contacts his father about the situation. Both agree Thantos is up to no good.

Chapter 4 Checking security logs, the attack is finally seen. Encubus is taken away. Going over the teleporter, there is no record of where he was taken to. No doubt at least one of them was an expert. Thantos was called in and showed concern, but offered no help. The Rangers would be looking into it. Massif told Thantos, he better not find out Thantos had anything to do with it. Thantos once again said he knew nothing of it and only wanted his son returned safe and sound.
Tristan prepared for his debut. It was supposed to happen in 2117, but a brutal attack by Tanck and then the closing prevented that. Now it would happen. Even Lord Nexus showed up for this. He wanted to give the latest Titan moral support. Tristan would go on first and would face Slave Beast. “No pressure,” he told himself. “Go in there and stick to the plan. Get the win and everything will be great.” Payback told him not to worry he had his back. Tristan smiled and stretched.
Card 4 Tristan kicks off the show. If he was nervous, it didn’t show. The work had been put in, and now it was ready for the fun. Epoch told Slave Beast to make short work of him and ruin the Titan debut. Early on it looked like he would do it, but Tristan made a great comeback and when the smoke cleared, he got the win. Tristan caught Beast with the 5 Star Frog Splash.
Next up, Vin Strutter sent Shann-Ra into the ring to take on She Devil again. The two went toe to toe. Vin paced and looked frustrated that he could not add flavor to the match. Eventually She Devil hit a handspring elbow smash to finish Shann-Ra. Again, She Devil escaped the wrath of Strutter.
Lorelei hated to see Payback wrestle, or more accurately, fight. It was a deep hated blood feud with Tanck. Their war is a long story in the history of the GWF. Tonight, it would be another wild chapter. They fought in the ring, on the floor, and with everything but the kitchen sink. Payback took it a bit too far by slamming Tanck through a table. He was disqualified, but left satisfied.
The end of the first taping saw Stars-N-Stripes team up with Latasha to take on Phantasy and The Troubleshooters. The match went back and forth. The guys roughed each other up and the women beat on each other. American Guy got the win over Muss with American Fire Power. As the winners celebrated. Phantasy berated Muss as Bomb tried to calm her down.
Vin Strutter is back out with Kill Prey. He enters the ring and tells Swarm that he doesn't want to see him hurt or damaged. Stutter tells him they can make a lot of money together if the Animen would reconsider. Prey jumped Swarm as Strutter talked. Swarm, even with She Devil’s help is unable to mount a defense or come back. Once again, Swarm is a victim of the Ambush.
Bloodline tries to get back into the title hunt as he faces Sly Drury. Lorelei comes out to try and cancel out Thantos. Bloodline tells Drury and Thantos, he knows they are into the disappearance and planned on beating the truth out of them if he had too. Bloodline seems to be living up to his threat, until Thantos, despite Lorelei, got involved. This drew the attention long enough for him to turn and catch The Last Call and score the win.
Valour comes out and says that The Guardians haven’t been getting the job done in the ring. They should be Galctic champions and tonight, they turn it around. Things look good for them as they tangle with Havoc and Paralyze. The Gladiators turn things around. After hitting the Paralyzer, Paralyze pins Valour. The Guardians are left in the ring, frustrated.
The final match is a non title match. Endgame comes out and cuts a promo and why the GWF needs a Code. Disaster comes to the ring and tells Endgame to “Shut up and Wrestle!” Endgame and Disaster go toe to toe. Disaster is unable to beat him in the ring so he takes to the floor. He nails Endgame with a brutal chair shot and is dqed. The crowd is livid and seems to be approaching the ring. Security had to come out and take Disaster to the back.
Massif comes out with a huge announcement. The first pay-per-view of the year would happen on Card 9. It would be Destiny on Deimos. All the championships would be defended, and a lot of great action.
Nexus and Lorelei have a talk. She wonders what Nexus’ thinking was, putting her in charge of the Federation Defense Fighters. Nexus says he saw leadership and the heart of a warrior. When she first arrived she wanted nothing but revenge, but since then she has grown into a great competitor and manager. He told her to relax and enjoy it. So far she has done an excellent job. She has both tag titles and the Galactic title. Also, Thantos don‘t know how to handle her.
In some dungeon in a far away place, Encubus looks tired and battered as he chained to a wall. “Who is Omega?’ A voice boomed. “My grandfather,” answered Encubus. An electric shock surges through his body. “Wrong answers will get negative results. Correct answers will get you rewards.” The voice reminded him. Again the question was asked. Another shock knocked him out. Two hooded figures helped him back to his cell.

Chapter 5 Tristan grew up a wrestling fan. Maybe it was because of the war’s aftermath or maybe because he was a huge fan of Nexus. In some markets he found copies of old archives of wrestling shows from Earth. On the video crystals he saw what were known as Luchadors. It was an exciting style of wrestling. As he began his training, he began adapting some of their moves and looks. One Luchador, Rey Mysterio, Jr., quickly became his favorite. He was determined to bring back the style, even after a near ending career beat down by Tanck.
Massif had a wild and busy week. The Gladiators wanted a rematch because no one does to them what Valour did. The Guardians wanted a rematch to prove they can get a clean win over them. The Troubleshooters wanted Stars-N-Stripes to get even with them, while the Stars-N-Stripes, mostly American Guy seemed to poke them like they were a sleeping bear. Strutter wanted She Devil gone. Omega wanted Thantos investigated. Then, the Fed officials wanted Endgame to shut up about the new Code. Still, he managed to get all his work done and on time.
Card 5 Massif tries to continue the excitement going and brings in some new faces. Tonight he introduces the new Animan, Plethador. He is given no easy opponent, Sly Drury. Plethador manages to hit some moves, but is overwhelmed by Drury. It's Sly dominating as Plethador becomes dehydrated. The Last Call spells defeat for young Plethador. Sly lets everyone know that he did not have anything to do with Encubus disappearance and will bust some heads if he hears it anymore.
Next up two teams try to get one more notch toward a Galactic Tag Championship match. Stars-N-Stripes take on the Colonizers. Latasha is not ringside as she is preparing for a match of her own. It’s a pretty good match, both teams unload their arsenals and get several near falls. Epoch is frustrated they can’t put their opponents away. So, he grabs a chair and smashes it over US Male’s head getting dqed.
Latasha takes on Thrash. Thrash overwhelms Latasha in this one. The other Gladiators have had trouble coming up with wins, so she shows them how it’s done. She manages to land the Femme Fatal to get the three. Thrash admits she isn't the youngest, and may not be the toughest anymore, but she still has fight in her. More importantly she has one more title reign in her.
The main event for the first taping is a Titan Death Match pitting Payback and Tanck against each other. Payback says he has let this simmer for too long and there has to be retribution. Tanck just wants to cripple another Titan, and promises Tristan he will finish what he started. Payback pulls off the win by hitting a suicide moonsault. Payback hurt himself as much as he hurt Tanck in the bout.
Tristan kicks off the second taping by taking on another newcomer, Scimitar. Tristan makes fast work of him and puts him away with the Arcana. Afterward, Tristan seems distracted by a masked shadowy figure in the audience.
Two more teams come out to try to earn a shot at tag team gold. The Animen, Minotaur and Antak battle Center Stage, with of course Vin Strutter. She Devil comes out but Minotaur sends her to the back. Rumors have been running rampant that She Devil has caused some problems within the Animen. Turns out that they don’t need her as Minotaur able to pin the Amazing Mann after the Animen Finish.
Massif comes out and announces that the Galactic Championship will be defended at Destiny on Deimos. A battle royal will start the event and the winner will face Endgame. All titles will be defended. If Encubus is not back or cannot compete, then the winner of the Battle Royal will also be Interplanetary Champion. He addresses the latest on Encubus which isn’t much.
Disaster enters the ring with one thing on his mind, get Endgame. Standing in his way is Bloodline, at least in his mind. He takes no prisoners in this match. He not only wants to beat him, he wants to hurt him. Bloodline holds his own early, but is worn down. Disaster sends a message not only to Endgame, but the other Gladiators, to shape up or be shipped out. Disaster finishes Bloodline off with the Rampage.
Paralyze and Havoc come out to even the score with the Guardians. Disaster tells them they better not let Aethra down. Valour and Reckless comedown sure of victory. Once again it's a close match, neither team giving the other any chance to rest. Finally, the Gladiators pull it out. Paralyze hits the Gladiator Piledriver to pin Valour as Havoc takes care of Reckless. Reckless checks on Valour, who chews his partner out for not being there. Endgame comes down and calms the situation. The Guardians shake hands.
Massif meets with investigators to see the latest on the case. They inform him that from the tape that they have found a clue. They show Massif a picture of patch one one of the kidnappers outfit. They tell him it's from a mercenary group. They were hired to kidnap him, but still could not find where he was taken.
As Tristan is getting ready to go, he sees the masked man that distracted him. He goes to confront him but he disappears into the crowd. Payback asks him about it. Tristan says that he has been following him. He has been at the gym, appearances, and now his matches. He doesn't know if this guy is crazy or if he’s looking for a fight. Payback promises to have his back.

Chapter 6 The numbers looked steady as Massif looked them over. They could be a lot worse, but he needed them better. He called his new assistant, Wildcat Wilkins, in. The two sat and discussed what could be done. Wilkins pointed out that more fans would come if they didn’t show all the matches. Add a match, maybe a best of segment. He did tell Massif that after Destiny on Deimos, a lot of the feuds that had continued from 2118 would end and that the fresh blood would be seeing a lot more action. As good as the stars are, they won’t always be around or fresh. They had to start building up new stars. That is why Plethador and Scimitar were brought in, to see if they had what it took to be GWF. Tristan is another young kid that needs to be spotlighted. Massif wasn’t sure that was the way to go but he would think about it.
Sly Drury and Thantos discuss the Encubus situation. He tells Thantos not to worry, his ‘friend’ was right on schedule with him. Not only would he be back for the big show, he wanted to do something that would get the attention of the GWF, Encubus vs Bloodline. Show off the new and improved Encubus. It will also break Omega’s heart. Then they will go for Endgame’s title.
Card 6 Taping One Plethador returns to take on Epoch seconded by Slave Beast. Once again, Plethador is a fish out of water (heehee,) as he takes a beating from Epoch. Epoch finishes Plethador with a backbreaker rack. Massif asks if that is the next big star that just got his but handed to him. Wilkins told him that Plethador will improve, besides everyone loves Animen.
Thrash is on the attack quickly and never lets up on She Devil. She Devil succumbs to the neck thrasher. Thrash gets on the microphone and tells the fans that the GWF and Phantasy don’t get it. She wants, no she demands, a title match. Last week she whooped Latasha’s butt, and tonight she whipped She Devil. She also points out that she nearly beat Phantasy in the battle royal. She tells Massif to get off his fat butt and get it done.
Tristan rematches the Slave Beast. This time the mysterious stranger comes to ringside during the match and tries to get involved. Tristan is distracted and gives the opening that Beast needs. He turns the tide as The mystery man is taken out. Slave Beast puts Tristan away with the Cry of the Beast.
In the fifth match up since the return of the GWF, The Guardians managed to end their two match losing streak by beating the Gladiators and leading the series 3-2. Valour manages to get the pin on Paralyze after the Warrior’s Rage. Havoc grabs the microphone and says it isn’t ending like this. They want the belts and demand one last match with The Guardians. If they cannot beat the Guardians, they will leave the GWF! Massif and Wilkins come down. Wildcat tries to talk Havoc down, but Paralyze, Valour and Reckless were on board with that. The crowd chanted ‘Make the Match!’ Massif gives in to the crowd and wrestlers, making Wilkins throw his arms up, ending the taping.
Tristan went to the back where the mystery man was being held. The masked man remained silent as Tristan gave him the third degree on why he was stalking him. As he looked into the man’s eyes, there was something familiar. Something or somebody he should know about. Security said that the stranger would be escorted out and banned from the arena.
Second taping Bloodline rbounds from his loss to Disaster to defeat Scimitar with the Cetus Masterlock. Bloodline gets on the mic and calls out Sly Drury and Thantos. He has heard the rumors, and have seen the whispering. There will be a price if they had something to do with this. Bloodline doesn’t understand how he could do that to his own son, but then he don’t understand this whole vendetta against his family.
Disaster is out next to take on Switchblade. This match gets out of hand. Lorelei is out to make sure that the rules are followed. This brings out Thrash and the two jaw at each other. The ref is having to deal with the match and the women. Finally the women are sent back. As the match progresses, it spills onto the floor. Disaster loses his cool and slams Switchblade into the announcers table breaking it. The ref disqualified him.
Sly Drury has no comment about the disappearance of Encubus. He goes to the ring and pulls off a major upset by defeating Endgame following the baseball slide kick.
Once again an angry Thrash comes out demanding to know why She Devil is getting a title shot next week after she just whooped dat butt and not her. Wildcat appears on the screen. “Everyone wants to make matches, but the one hired to do the job. First of all, that match was made up weeks ago. Second, Thrash, this might be hard to believe, but the universe does revolve around you or the Gladiators. You want a title match, go to Commissioner Massif. He will come to me and then I will come to you. You make a valid point and we will discuss it.”
The main event is the Galactic Tag Championship. Genesis’ luck runs out. After a pretty good run, they meet their match. Stars-N-Stripes defeats them for the belt. Guy hits the Star Spangled Elbow on Tauran to pick up the win and the gold.
Wildcat confronts Massif after the matches. He wants to know if he is the matchmaker or a glorified assistant to Massif. He told Massif he is risking some of his best talent, the ratings and attendance are always better with Gladiators on the card. Now, if they lose, half of the Gladiators on the roster will be gone. Massif told him they decided that not him. Wilkins compared the decision to something that idiot Strutter would do. Then he added not to worry, it will be booked. Massif smiles and says that is why he hired him, because of his passion.
The masked man met with Tanck later. “He didn’t even know me,” growled the man. “He didn’t even know who I was, the ingrate.” Tanck wondered if that broken neck he got caused some kind of brain damage. He laughed at his own sick attempt at humor. The man made him a promise that after they got through with him this time, Tristan will never forget him again.

Chapter 7 Destiny on Deimos was just about set up. There were still a few details that needed to be ironed out, but as Massif always said, “That’s minor.” Of course it was since Wildcat Wilkins was doing the work. One was dealing with Phantasy. Phantasy refused to wrestle Thrash, as well as most of the other women. Tonight, she would defend against She Devil, meeting her title defense responsibility. With an added bonus, she would ‘consider’ Latasha. Wilkins told her she would eventually have to face Thrash or be stripped of the belt. She smiled and said to try.
As of right now for Destiny on Deimos: A battle royal to decide who faces Endgame for the title in the main event. Providing Endgame can defeat Disaster tonight. Phantasy v Latasha for the women title, providing Phantasy beats She Devil tonight. Tanck and a mystery partner v Tristan and Payback. Interplanetary Tag Title: The Guardians v Havoc and Paralyze. If the Gladiators lose they are out of the GWF. Galactic Tag Championship: Stars-N-Stripes v Troubleshooters. Other matches to be announced.
Card 7 Taping 1 The night starts off with Reckless in singles competition. He manages to defeat Scimitar with the Reckless Driver. Business picked up as Havoc came to the ring. The two jawed and threatened but security was there to break up any unwanted action.
Havoc faces Tristan. He finds his hands full as Tristan nails him with a dropkick after he finishes arguing with Reckless. Once the match starts, Havoc has his hands full with Tristan. Suddenly, a spotlight shines into the rafters to show the masked man again. Havoc lays into the distracted Tristan and finishes him with the Gladiator Piledriver.
Genesis continues to struggle. Tonight, The Colonizers have their number. Epoch scores the pin after hitting the Dark Age.
The final match on this taping is the Women’s Championship. Phantasy manages to retain the title against She Devil. Shann-Ra and Vin Strutter show up at one point to distract She Devil. It’s Sweet Suicide that hits. Phantasy retains the title. Thrash shows up at the end of the match and harrasses Phantasy, who quickly exits.
Sly Drury is in the communication area. He wants to make sure everything is on schedule. The voice tells him not to worry, everything is on schedule. The plan is on track. They have done their part, when the time is right Sly has to do his part.
Second taping Tanck is in the ring with Bloodline. Bloodline seems a bit off his game and Tanck makes him pay for it. Tanck secures the victory with the lifting hammerlock.
Animen come out to face Center Stage, with Vin Strutter. Strutter tries to interfere and it backfires. Steele Freak is left to get nailed with Minotaur’s Charge. Minotaur makes it plain once again the Animen have no interest in any deal for his freak show.
Massif comes out and announces the matches for Destiny on Deimos, with more to come.
Sly Drury comes, seconded by Thantos, to battle Switchblade, seconded by Lorelei. The managers do get involved and both are sent to the back. During the ruckus, Drury low blows Switchblade Drury hits The Last Call and picks up a win.
The final match is for the Galactic Title. Endgame defends against Disaster. This match lives up to all expectations. Any hope of capturing the Galactic belt is dashed when Endgame hits the Ultima Leap. Disaster pinned and Endgame retains.
Encubus is in a cell setting against the wall. A voice keeps telling him that Omega abandoned his family, held them down, and had no love for him. Over and over again. He tries to cover his ears until he finally screams for it to shut up. It stops and then goes back to repeating it. Encubus begs them to make it stop
Thrash comes over to Wildcat Wilkins table at the Hammerlock Cafe across the street from the Arena. She flips his table over and demands to know why she isn’t getting the title match at the ppv. He smiles and realizes that the females of Aethra are often looked down on and with manners like that, he understands why. He then tells her that the time isn’t right for the match and as soon as it was, she would get her shot. She asked when. Wilkins signaled his waitress. “Soon, but not yet for a little while.” The waitress takes him to another table where he asks Thrash to join him. Thrash asked if it was Spike. He promised her it wasn’t from Aethra. He wanted to build enough time to get her a pretty good paycheck. Phantasy will have to take the match or face punishment. “Since your little fit ruined my dinner you can pay for this one.” The two ordered.
