Jannetty and Bock and Savage winning is aok by me. Although I prefer Dr. Death, I think RVD winning was a good thing as hot potato titles are a bit of a drag.

Bockwinkle getting a pin on the champ!!! Will his luck continue at Detonation? Mmmm...I am guessing that Bobo retains.
RVD shocks the world!!!!
Bruiser vs. Ted Dibiase will bring down the house...is Dibiase wearing his black glove? What entails a Boardwalk match?
Thumbs up sir!

It was fun having Williams challenge RVD before MVC tries to regain the tag belts... But yeah, I'm happy that RVD retained... Many thanks for staying tuned!

Much stronger, imo... And a Boardwalk Brawl is just another name for a hardcore falls count anywhere match - I use the Bunkhouse Brawl charts shared my Vegas to play any match of this kind... Totally appreciate the kind words, my friend... Many thanks!

The Battle of New England was great and it was cool to see Homicide come out on top. I'm loving Nick Bockwinkel's chase for the PCWA Global Heavyweight title and thus far he has had Bobo Brazil's number. Can Bobo retain at Detonation? By the way seeing Bock and the "Macho Man" on the same team was awesome. It is also very cool to see RVD have so much success, winning the Best of Seven with Jerry Lynn and then capturing gold over the Iron Sheik. Finally, how can you not love a Doc vs. Gordy showdown? Whether as a team or as opponents they are awesome.
Great fed you have going my friend, I'm hoping for a long history with it.

Based on how things have rolled so far, this looks like it's gonna be a tough title defense for Brazil... Fingers crossed that he can retain the gold. I had fun playing that one off match between Williams and Gordy for a title shot against RVD... Expect MVC to return to fighting form as they seek a rematch for the tag belts they so recently lost to the Roadies. Always appreciate the awesome feedback, my friend... Many thanks!

Pro Class Wrestling Association DETONATION Year 1, Jun-29 Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, NJ
Commentary: Paul Ellering and Trish Stratus
HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN def. BLACKJACK MULLIGAN via pinfall. - Neither man held back as this contest quickly turned into ferocious exchange. Tully Blanchard made an appearance at ringside, but Barry Windham arrived to provide Duggan with some much needed support. Duggan finished Mulligan with a FLYING SPEAR. - Tokens: Duggan 1 - Mulligan 1 - Once again, Windham tried to tell his father that Commissioner Dillon was using the Regulators to secure his own interests. Mulligan told his son to pick a side and quit preaching to him about values.
DAVID TAYLOR, GORGEOUS GEORGE (w/ Cherie Dupre) and BLOND AMBITION (Bobby Eaton & Chris Candido w/ Jim Cornette) def. 2 COLD SCORPIO, MAGNUM T.A. and WYLD BOYZ (Marty Jannetty & Randy Rose) in a Team Survivor match. - Order of elimination: 1. Taylor eliminated by Magnum via pinfall with a running forearm. 2. Scorpio eliminated by Eaton via pinfall with an Alabama Jam. 3. Eaton eliminated by Rose via pinfall with a HUMAN COUGH DROP. 4. Jannetty eliminated by Candido via pinfall with a diving head butt. 5. Rose eliminated by George via submission with a SPINNING TOEHOLD. 6. Magnum eliminated by Candido via pinfall with a BLONDE BOMB. - Making good on his promise to outlast the opposition, George used plenty of underhanded tactics to secure his position in this conflict. As the last remaining man on his team, Magnum fought hard and started to gain some traction towards a possible comeback. Cherie caused a distraction and George blew powder into Magnum's eyes, leading to a controversial finish. George and Candido were declared the sole survivors. - Tokens: Scorpio 2, Magnum 4, Jannetty 3, Rose 2 - Taylor 1, George 2, Eaton 1, Candido 2
JACKIE FARGO def. LOU THESZ via pinfall. - This was a highly anticipated rubber match between these fierce rivals. Repeatedly taking the fight to the floor, Fargo assaulted his opponent with reckless abandon. The referee turned a blind eye to Fargo using anything that was not nailed down as a weapon. Once he gained a solid advantage, Fargo brought the fight back into the ring planted Thesz with an ATOMIC DROP for the win. - Tokens: Fargo 2 - Thesz 2 - Thesz was visibly agitated with the referee for allowing Fargo to employ blatantly illegal tactics throughout this encounter. Commissioner Dillon suggested Thesz might want to meet Fargo on a more suitable battlefield when they inevitably meet again. Gritting his teeth, Thesz told the commissioner he would make it happen.
Backstage: A hooded stranger greeted Sinn Bodhi, making a simple gesture with his hand. The individual encouraged Bodhi to continue his work because the Coven is always watching.
SINN BODHI def. AJ STYLES and DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE in a Triple Threat match. - This encounter was just beginning to take shape when the arena suddenly fell into absolute darkness. When the lights returned, DDP was lying amidst the wreckage of a smashed ringside table. Styles was caught off guard and by the time he found his bearings, it was too late. Bodhi dropped him with a TALLULAH BELLE into a successful pinning combination. - Tokens: Bodhi 1 - Styles 3 - DDP 1 - Having lost to both of these competitors on previous occasions, Bodhi exited the ring with an expression of grim satisfaction. As he walked past the commentary booth, Bodhi looked at Stratus with a sick grin and stated the Coven always provides a way for its loyal servants to prevail.
IRON SHEIK (w/ Rock Riddle) def. JIMMY SNUKA via pinfall. - Snuka was seeking revenge for being robbed of the chance to become the first PCWA Atlantic Open Champion when Sheik defeated him under questionable circumstances a few weeks ago. He opened strong, but Sheik received a lucky break when Snuka mistimed a suicide dive and crashed into the rails. Sheik followed up with a Loaded Boot and hooked the leg for a three count. - Tokens: Sheik 1 - Snuka 2
Backstage: The friction between the members of the Dream Team became tangible as Brutus Beefcake stated that he does not appreciate his partner's obsession with The Destroyer using the same trademark hold. Beefcake refused to accompany Greg Valentine to the ring for his upcoming match, claiming that his priorities were foolish.
THE DESTROYER def. GREG VALENTINE in a Figure Four Challenge. - Valentine apparently still had not moved past the embarassment of losing to the Destroyer at Over The Edge, which took place three months ago. When the referee reprimanded him for battering his opponent's leg into a corner post, Valentine completely lost his temper. Destroyer capitalized on Valentine's lack of focus, weakening him with a Bombs Away before trapping him with a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK and forcing him to tap out once again. - Tokens: Valentine 4
Backstage: Miracle Violence Connection expressed their reaction to the Road Warriors winning the PCWA Global Tag Team Championship from them a few weeks ago. Williams remarked that taking the belts was hard enough, but holding onto them will be even more difficult. Gordy added a warning for the Road Warriors, stating that he and his partner planned on becoming champions again.
ROAD WARRIORS (Animal & Hawk) def. RED ARMY (Boris Zhukov & Nikolai Volkoff w/ Rock Riddle) via pinfall in a PCWA Global Tag Team Championship match. - A great effort by Red Army fell just short of the mark in this seesaw battle. After enduring a fair amount of punishment, the Road Warriors suddenly snapped. Animal took out Volkoff with a flying shoulder ram while Hawk thumped Zhukov with a gorilla press slam and covered him for a three count. - Tokens: Animal 2, Hawk 1 - Volkoff 1 Road Warriors retained the PCWA Global Tag Team Championship. - This was a successful version one title defense.
Backstage: With a steel chain wrapped around one arm, Bruiser Brody prepared for his upcoming Boardwalk Brawl against Ted DiBiase. Before leaving the locker rooms, he was jumped by King Kong Bundy. Grabbing the chain, Bundy choked out Brody and dragged him towards the ring where DiBiase was waiting patiently.
TED DIBIASE def. BRUISER BRODY via pinfall in a Boardwalk Brawl. - This fight was practically over before it had a chance to begin. Bundy dumped Brody into the ring where the referee called for the opening bell. In a shocking display, Brody summoned up enough strength to fight back. Remaining persistent, DiBiase continued chipping away at his opponent's remaining defenses and finished him with a FULL POWERSLAM. - Tokens: Brody 3 - Brody suffered an injury and will be out of action for 1 month.
In The Ring: Commissioner Dillon announced the next episode of Wednesday Night Whiplash will be an extra special Independence Day Celebration! The main event will be a 13-Man Star Spangled Battle Royal with the winner receiving a shot at the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship.
RANDY SAVAGE (w/ Sherri Martel) def. JOHNNY VALENTINE via pinfall. - With ruthless precision, Savage targeted his opponent's previously injured neck. When Valentine threatened to mount a comeback, an assist by Martel ensured that her client remained in control. Savage finished Valentine with a FLYING ELBOW DROP. - Tokens: Valentine 3 - Sensational Sherri insisted that Savage deserved a rematch for the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship. Since management could not be trusted, she was adamant the Macho Man would beat twelve other men in the Star Spangled Battle Royal at the Independence Day Celebration to claim his title shot.
BOBO BRAZIL def. NICK BOCKWINKEL (w/ Bobby Heenan) via submission in a PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship match. - On the heels of Bockwinkel's recent success against Brazil in non-title and tag team action, Heenan and his client were very confident heading into this encounter. Brazil made them regret their arrogance, pouncing on the challenger. He nearly put Bockwinkel away with a bear hug, but interference by Heenan briefly turned the tide. Reversing a whip into the ropes, he caught Bockwinkel in a bear hug once again. This time, there was no escape and Bockwinkel tapped out. - Tokens: Brazil 1 - Bockwinkel 4 Bobo Brazil retained the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship. - This was a successful version two title defense.
