Brody and Gordy winning is tops in my books. Fun show as always. Two individual victories for Dr Death and Bamm Bamm means at least one thing - the Roadies better not take their upcoming opponents lightly... Should be a brutal match!

Pro Class Wrestling Association WEDNESDAY NIGHT WHIPLASH! Episode #3, Year 1, Jan-17 Manhattan Center, New York, NY
Commentary: Paul Ellering and Rock Riddle
At Ringside: Fans were surprised by the arrival of AJ Styles in the audience. When asked about his future intentions, Styles confirmed that he only wanted to ensure the PCWA lives up to its phenomenal expectations.
JACKIE FARGO def. SCOTT CASEY via pinfall. - Blocking the referee's view, Fargo used a turnbuckle wrench to soften up his opponent. He claimed a cheap victory after finishing Casey with an ATOMIC DROP. - Tokens: Casey 2 - Fargo earned a spot in the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament qualifying Battle Royal.
MARTY JANNETTY def. RANDY ROSE via pinfall. - After an impressive back and forth sequence, Jannetty smiled and offered to shake his partner's hand. When Rose tried to accept the gesture, Jannetty surprised him by planting him with a DDT for a quick three count. - Tokens: Rose 1 - Jannetty earned a spot in the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament qualifying Battle Royal. Instead of getting angry, Rose laughed and congratulated his partner on the slick move.
Backstage: Commissioner Dillon looked over the list of competitors scheduled to compete in the PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament qualifying Battle Royal on the next show. Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Larry Hennig, Brutus Beefcake, Greg Valentine, David Taylor and Magnum T.A. had all been contacted about their participation in the contest. Looking at the remaining two names on the list, Dillon formed a plan to ensure that his personal interests were also handled.
JIMMY SNUKA and ROAD WARRIORS (Animal & Hawk) defeated TED DIBIASE and MIRACLE VIOLENCE CONNECTION (Steve Williams & Terry Gordy) via count-out. - The Road Warriors were eager to build up steam heading into their match against Miracle Violence Connection for the PCWA Global Tag Team Championship in less than two weeks. Pulling out all the stops, Snuka and the Road Warriors gained a decisive advantage. While brawling out on the floor, Hawk nailed DiBiase with a flying tackle off the apron. DiBiase decided to take a walk in order to avoid further punishment. - Tokens: DiBiase 4, Williams 1 - While the crowd jeered DiBiase for taking the coward's way out, Ellering exclaimed this was a sign of things to come. He was certain the Road Warriors will defeat MVC to become the first PCWA Global Tag Team Champions. Not quite convinced, Riddle said he would keep his money in his wallet.
Backstage: In order to hype the upcoming PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament, Commissioner Dillon announced a special feature match for next week. Bobo Brazil & Lou Thesz will face Harley Race & Randy Savage in tag team action.
GORGEOUS GEORGE (w/ Cherie Dupre) def. ROB VAN DAM via pinfall in a PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament qualifying match. - Interference by his valet allowed George to gain the upper hand early in this match. Despite a few offensive flurries, RVD failed to get on track and George used a ROLLING HIPLOCK to snatch up a questionable win. - Tokens: RVD 4 - George was awarded a place in the upcoming PCWA Global Heavyweight Championship tournament. RVD tried to vent his frustration by attacking George with a steel chair, but security intervened to prevent a post-match assault.

Mornin' Pariah! Was still in the middle of my picks. After I posted them I saw the card posted before the picks lol. Went 3 for 4 again. Great card. Was pulling for RVD to qualify but George is one of my favorite heels of all time. So congrats to him. Curious to see who JJ is going to make sure gets in the thick of things. He's a slick dude. I really enjoy the way you are portraying him. Let the good times roll! (As you say). Great stuff!

I really enjoy the way you are portraying him. Let the good times roll! (As you say). Great stuff! Looks like you would have done pretty well with those predictions, my brotha... Of course, I was also hoping for the Whole F'n Show to prevail - Especially considering the record setting title run he had in the PCW... As The Mountie might say... C'est la vie! As for Commissioner Dillon - I've never really enjoyed the typical 'heel authority figure' persona, so I'm trying to develop something a little different here... At this point in time, I picture him looking at some individuals as his enforcers... Although I don't plan on having him show any blatant favoritism, he will try to maneuver things in a certain direction for the benefit of good business... The good times are indeed rolling!
