*promoter's note: I've been running the multi-territory fed "Legends of Honor" but it turns out to be a lot more work than I'd like to put in playing a game. So, I've decided to restart with a brand new fed consisting of just one territory.
There will be one world champion and one world tag team champion. The initial champions will be decided by 10 participant, round robin tournaments.

Ric Flair d El Santo by DQ when Flair goaded Santo into hitting him with a chair in 2:00. 2 1/2*

Buddy Rogers d Christian by DQ in 6:12 when Christian lost his temper and threw Buddy over the top rope. 2*

- After the match, Jericho started accusing Thesz of paying off the referee and using illegal moves to steal the win. Thesz responded by telling Jericho he might want to learn how to wrestle before he runs his mouth. Thesz starts to leave the ring but Jericho jumps him and they battle outside the ring. Lou eventually drops Jericho on his head to end the fight.

Very cool that Jericho won his opening round match... Unfortunate that he couldn't defeat Thesz in round two... Hoping he picks up another victory in his showdown with Freddie Blassie... Fun stuff!

Promoter's note: For this tournament, the winner of a match gets 4 pts while the loser's score is reduced by 2. The highest total will be the global elite champion in both singles and tag while the 2ne place finishers will hold the international Elite chamionship.
