Announcement: Tully Blanchard suffered a serious injury and will not be able to compete in the rest of the tournament. It looks like he'll miss about 3 months of action. Commmissioner Brad Armstrong has decreed that a new team will step in to face the Fantastics tonight. THE MINNESOTA WRECKING CREW: OLE AND GENE ANDERSON!!
In addition, Chris Jericho was also injured last week and will miss about 2 months of action. He will be replaced by STAN HANSEN!!

We have two new stars joining Global Elite Wrestling: Iceman Parsons and Butch Reed!!
The Women's division is getting an influx of talent with the addition of Jazz, Chelsea Green, Davina Rose, Penelope Ford, Cheerleader Melissa and Leva Bates.
The first card of the new year will feature a Global Elite Women's championship match between Jazz and Chelsea Green.
The championship committee has further decreed that the Global Elite 6 man title will be awarded to the Anderson Family: Gene, Ole and Arn.
