How do you do it? Do you play one Fed for awhile then switch? Do you play both at the same time?
I’m heavy into LOW again and could easily keep going but I obviously love playing the GWF too. Do I keep playing LOW for a couple months then switch it out and do the same for the GWF or try to play a few cards here and there of both? Trying to decide.
How do you do it?

I usually alternate though with Legends constantly coming out with new stuff, it gets harder.

Ok, at the moment I'm playing neither. But in the past I'd play one for a week then the other so I didn't lose track.
I was always LOW (because I discovered this game the same year LOW started and knew no different) but then wondered what all the hype was about GWF so played 2125-2132. I had a clean-out the other day and discovered Regime Change 2133. Forgot I ever purchased it so might give GWF another shot, at least until the LOW set I fancy is released in December.
My biggest issue for LOW is who do I play? But that's another issue.

I play both LOW (and also Indy) and COTG.
But I just play 12 shows/game year per COTG fed as I mostly emphasize LOW (and I am also getting back to my Indy feds.) I am currently caught up in my 2090 fed and in my CWF fed. So I am waiting for the next releases for those COTG feds (I know it will be awhile) and then I will mostly play them (while still playing LOW at least once per week) until those 12 shows per fed are up and then switch my focus back to LOW and Indy.
I also plan to start a 2136 fed later this year again using the 12 shows/game year formula I use in my other COTG feds.
So I play almost everything, but due to time constraints I just mostly play LOW and Indy more.

I usually play a "calendar" year or four, of one era then switch it up. Depends on mood. Right now I plan on playing my LEGENDS era till the tragos set comes out and the play a couple years of my PIONEERS era to establish that and come back to the CHAMPIONS era and hope to get to 2104 by years end.

I mostly play GWF even thought I got a ton of LOW sets. I tend to use LOW guys in my GWF fed. Only time I really played LOW seriously was a few years back. I got burned out on GWF so I played LOW (4 feds) and did that for a couple/few years. I kept getting the GWF sets and soon the juices were flowing to play GWF. Been doing that for a couple years now. I have an itch to play LOW but it is not strong yet. I might switch back again sometime down the road.

I'll do a month or two (game time) of Indies & then switch to Legends for a month or two (game time). So I'm generally around the same month in both. Occasionally I'll get really into one or the other at one point and keep going but then I'll just catch up when I switch to the other.

I only play LOW and Indies, though my LOW fed takes place in the same universe and time frame as the CotG fed I plan to restart one of these days.
Back when I could play, I would generally alternate cards between my various "brands." Sometimes I would get on a roll and do two or three shows for, say, MLW or CWA, or even Chikara (not sure if I am going to bother continuing that one). But mostly, I would just alternate them; they were different enough that each card felt fresh after a "palate cleansing" of the other two.
Of course, I can't play anything right now as my fiancé and I are living in a fricking hotel (not as much fun as it sounds) due to a fire in our apartment complex. Only smoke damage to our apartment, thank goodness, but everything inside has to be decontaminated and cleaned--including all my Filsinger Games supplies. Can't wait to get back home and get back to the action!
