Tough break on stat correction TM. But congrats on the other things. Hope ya get a nice cash prize when all is said and done. Yeah cash is nice, but of course I really wanted my name on the trophy again and wanted to retake the lead in career titles in the league. |

Well the fantasy run is over. At the end of the game last night me and my opponent tied, and given I was the higher seed I would advance. However a stat correction overnight gave him an extra turnover for his defense and now I lost. Oh well, still #2 in points scored and can win some money there. Was a great week for me in pickem and I won my 3rd week regardless of the outcome tonight, with 12 of 15 games correct against the spread. Also opened up a 5 game lead for 1st place, so that is a nice cushion with 3 weeks to go. Dude, you killed it this week. I was 10 games back and hoped to make a move, but I went 4-4 and was suddenly 13 games back. Congrats on your 3rd win. |

You miss this year and come back and win the next 2-3 years. It's all good. |

So Run CMC is not going to play this week...again. Add in that most of my team has a questionable status right now and things do not look good. I just wanted to win the last two weeks of the season. Worse I tried to add Akers and not only did I not get him but the guy I am playing this week did. Well there is next year I guess.

With Run CMC out I went into my semi final as about a 12 point underdog with like 34% chance of winning. But my guy balled out and going into tonight I had 94% chance of winning. Thanks to Big Ben having negative points at half and Ebron having nothing my lead grew lol. On to the finals and a chance to finish 5th. Small victories.

Had the highest score in the league last week. Too bad it wont get me to the finals. But does give me a good shot at the 2nd place in points, which still has a nice prize.
Main focus now is holding onto my lead in pickem. 2 weeks to go and a 5 game lead!

I looked at my profile history last night. Reminded me when I used to be decent. I had a run where I finished 3rd or better in 5 of 6 years. Nothing close like that since. Three 3rd places, one 2nd and one championship. Starting to think I am over thinking things to much last few years.

I swear if Carolina does not shut down Run CMC for the season and instead let him play in week 17 I will know the whole season was a prank on me. Letting me have the first over all pick just so they can yank him away from me for all but 3 games.
