1st fall: a great technical matchup that was very hard-fought before DiPaolo scored the pin with the Airplane Spin.
2nd fall: an incredible battle as Roop would not go down until DiPaolo came off the top rope for the three count (Roop 5 coins).
Steve Williams def. Antonino Rocca, 2-0

1st fall: an absolutely unbelievable match that Dr. Death won with the Oklahoma Stampede (Rocca 6 coins).
2nd fall: Dr. Death powered his way to the win with the Doctor Bomb and another running power slam.
Rikidozan def. Finlay, 2-0

1st fall: Rikidozan controlled this one most of the way winning with the Hiplock.
2nd fall: again it was Dozan on top, even winning a fight on the floor, and sending Finlay down with Thunderous Chops.
John Pesek def. Johnny Valentine, 2-1

1st fall: Pesek had things in hand but Valentine turned it around and won after the Atomic Skullcrusher and the sleeper.
2nd fall: a real good fight, back and forth, but Pesek evened the match with the Tiger Man Toehold.
3rd fall: awesome final fall, tons of near falls, a waistlock slam and Pesek won (Valentine 7 coins, Pesek 4 coins).
Harley Race def. Dave Taylor, 2-0

1st fall: a quick one but Taylor kicked out of the Piledriver before Race drilled him with it again.
2nd fall: a standing vertical suplex and Taylor was done still feeling the effects of the piledriver.
Masked Superstar def. Don Leo Jonathan, 2-1

1st fall: an all-time classic match, an unearthly amount of near falls, but it was Don Leo Jonathan winning by countout (DLJ 7 coins, MS 5 coins).
2nd fall: both men were so fatigued it was a quick fall with the Masked Superstar landing a big clothesline to even the match.
3rd fall: Jonathan still would not go down but the Masked Superstar came out with a big win after the spinning neckbreaker (DLJ 8 coins).
Ed Lewis def. Evan Lewis, 2-0

1st fall: Ed Lewis got angry and locked on the headlock, Evan Lewis struggled and fought but eventually went down.
2nd fall: Evan Lewis put up a great fight, getting his Stranglehold on, but Ed Lewis put him down for good with the Headlock (Evan Lewis 7 coins).
The Destroyer def. Bobby Shane, 2-0

1st fall: Bobby Shane gave the Destroyer all he could handle but he got disqualified.
2nd fall: it was all Shane but the Destroyer stayed alive and won with the Figure Four.

Dan Severn def. The Iron Sheik, 2-1

1st fall: tremendous back and forth wrestling, battling on the floor, Severn was in command though and wore the Iron Sheik out - 5 coins.
2nd fall: Severn again controlled the action but locked on a choke sleeper, would not release it, and was disqualified.
3rd fall: the Iron Sheik kept fighting but Severn was "a beast" and the Wakigatame ended this one (Iron Sheik 6 coins).
Mil Mascaras def. Johnny Saint, 2-0

1st fall: a dream matchup on technical masters, it was Mascaras holding the upperhand, outwrestling Saint and winning with a crossbody.
2nd fall: Saint never got any kind of offense going and Mascaras wins the match (Saint 4 coins).
Lou Thesz def. Yukon Eric, 2-0
[/center]
1st fall: great action as Yukon Eric hung right there with Lou Thesz, but the tactician Thesz was relentless and eventually wore his man down (Eric 5 coins).
2nd fall: a quick second fall as the Greco-Roman Backdrop put away Yukon Eric.
Rob Van Dam def. Henry Irslinger, 2-0

1st fall: what an effort by Irslinger, totally frustrating RVD and nearly winning on more than one occasion, but RVD did take the first fall on a standing moonsault.
2nd fall: Van Dam took the win by using a wrestling move for the three count.
Buddy Rogers def. Curt Hennig, 2-0

1st fall: spectacular first fall, awesome action, Hennig used the Perfect Plex but Rogers won with the figure four (both men 4 coins).
2nd fall: Rogers was able to send Hennig down to the mat and the Figure Four ended the match.
Nick Bockwinkel def. Mr. Saito, 2-0

1st fall: JWA All-Asia champion Nick Bockwinkel put Mr. Saito down in short order with the Sleeper.
2nd fall: Sleeper, it's over.
William Muldoon def. Ted DiBiase, 2-0

1st fall: Muldoon destroyed the Million Dollar Man, breaking him down and winning with a throw.
2nd fall: more of the same, DiBiase never had a chance and went down without a fight.
Andre the Giant def. Antonio Inoki, 2-0

1st fall: the Giant was all business, punishing Inoki before the big splash.
2nd fall: bear hug, splash, the Giant wins.
