Which would you rather have on your wrestler's card, one (+2) finisher or two zero (0) finishers?

Really great question.
A (+2) is a huge finisher. It means even an opponent w 4 (1) PIN rating is facing a roll of 5 or higher the second time he is hit with this finisher in a match (and this is assuming he has added no additional fatigue tokens after his first kick out). Assuming he avoids a bad luck roll like snake eyes the first time he is already in big trouble.
A double (0) finisher is obviously huge simply because it’s a numbers game. More finishers = more chances to win.
In the end it really depends on the rest of the card. How does the L2O look? Stuff like that. But by simply comparing the two finisher types, I choose the (+2). You can put someone away with a +2 finisher the first or second time it hits. A double 0 is powerless against guys with 3(0), 4(1) and unless you hit snake eyes 5(2) PINS the first time it’s rolled. Almost like a free pass for the opponent.

I would rather have the +2...have a better chance of pinning the opponent with it...that is going off of one time roll!
The double (0)'s would be nice but doesn't have much punch if you know what I mean...if opponent has PIN (0), that means I would have to pin twice for a minute chance of pinning.

I would go for the double finisher. Better chance to wear down but also for me makes the match more exciting with more pin attempts even if a lot of kick outs.

It's odd, I voted for (+2), but I will tell you that for me, guys that have had the double (0) finishers have done well.
Killer Queen's original Checkmate would come up ending matches all the time back in the day - it was once he hit it...he was gonna sink it in and just get I again and again and again.
However, I still think I would want the (+2), because as has been said above, it gives you a chance to win the match EVERYTIME it is hit.

I voted (0) but it's close. The key for (0) in my mind is that you get to hit it 1/3 of the time instead of 1/6 the time.

I seem to recall the double (0) or (+2) discussion at a GalactiCon many years ago. Believe the example was Lord Nexus/Invincible Krakan. Consensus back them was the +2 was more valuable early, but the longer the match went and once you threw on a couple fatigue tokens in the mix, the double zero was better. Thought someone took a shot at running the math on this (surprisingly wasn't me).

Two finishers is brutal especially if you can survive the others finisher. Nexus and Queen were brutal.

Did a quick run at the math and it looks like a +2 finisher is more successful at ending a match (while rolling on Level 3 Offense) until the opponent reaches a PIN rating of 6. % Chance of ending match with a roll on L30 PIN ... Double (0) vs. (+2) (1) ... 0% vs. 1.39% (2) ... 0.93% vs. 2.78% (3) ... 2.78% vs. 4.63% (4) ... 5.56% vs. 6.94% (5) ... 9.26% vs. 9.72% (6) ... 13.89% vs. 12.04% Not sure why I did this exactly... But, I think it might be accurate.

For me I picked 2 finishers at (0) because I have a long history of wrestlers with double finishers doing great in GWF/LOW Love all the number crunching going on lol
