Whatever happened to Marty Scurll? I remember when he turned down offers from AEW and WWE? to sign a big deal w ROH to be a top guy and a booker? Is he stuck overseas because of the virus? |

I think he got caught up some sort of scandal and was removed from the booking job.

So out of the loop on ROH these days. Have they been doing TV tapings? They have been doing TV tapings in Baltimore but without fans. Final Battle will be a live PPV on December 18th in Baltimore, but also without fans. |

They just finished a Pure Rules/Title tournament that was some of the best pro-wrestling this year.

It was announced earlier this week that Ring of Honor will make its long-awaited return to pay-per-view with Final Battle 2020 on Dec. 18. Now comes the blockbuster news that every ROH title will be defended on the show (barring any unforeseen restrictions due to the pandemic).
That means defenses by Mexican stars World Champion RUSH, World Television Champion Dragon Lee and World Six-Man Tag Team Champions MexiSquad (Bandido, Flamita and Rey Horus). Plus, Jonathan Gresham will do double duty, defending the both the Pure Title and the World Tag Team Title with Jay Lethal.
In other news regarding Final Battle, Tony Deppen has been signed to compete at the event. Deppen had a strong showing in defeat against PJ Black in the ROH Pure Title Tournament.

I hadn't renewed my Ring of Honor subscription yet due to some, um, stuff going on, but.. perhaps.. a little x-mas gift is due on December 18th!!
How about Rush vs Danhausen. Very Evil Champion?
