Action tonight at the Tulsa Civic Center for Throwdown In T-Town!

Dr. Death Steve Williams defeats Barry Windham for the SSW World Title!
* - in the first fall it was all the champion and Windham got the fall with the LARIAT.
In the 2nd fall Doc made a comeback and hit the BACKDROP DRIVER to get the fall.
In the third and final fall Barry Windham argued with the special guest referee and Teddy Long' s Mystery Enforcer The One Man Gang...this allowed Doc to hit the BACKDROP DRIVER once more to win the World Title!

Other happenings on the card:

The Latin Heartthrob Al Perez successfully debuted against George South.

Exotic Adrian Street pinned Light Heavyweight Champion Jerry Brisco in a non title match!

North American Champion Magnum T.A. beat Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert by DQ when Mr. Hughes interfered and leveled Magnum with the SPIKE SLAM. Raging Bull Manny Fernandez ran in to aid Magnum in fighting off Gilbert and Hughes. A match tag team grudge match has been signed for next week!

Jack Brisco beat Tully Blanchard by DQ when Blanchard smashed Brisco with the ringbell! Jerry Brisco came to his brother's aid but was soon blindsided by Joe Blanchard and J.J. Dillon! A grudge match has been signed between the Blanchards and Briscos next week!

Brass Knux Champion Dutch Savage successfully defended against Jackie Fargo.

"The Progressive Liberal" Daniel Richards made a successful appearance in the Sooner State and defeated George South with the LIBERAL AGENDA

*- After the match Richards got on the mic and stated it was an absolute privilege for the fans to witness him in action. Richards told the fans he was willing to educate the sickening conservatives in the crowd. Richards said with all 77 counties of the state of Oklahoma voting Republican in this past Presidential election that the fans in the audience need all the help that they can get. He then told them that he would gladly vocally coach them all being that Okies are pretty much illiterate idiots. The crowd let Richards know exactly how they felt to which he responded that he would gladly accept any challenge to any Okie in attendance.

Dick Hutton came out of the back and told Richards that he accepts! Mr. Richards didnt seem too happy BUT the match is scheduled for next weekend!

Al Perez pinned Ranger Ross after a Flying Forearm

Before his match with Jerry "The King" Lawler, "Superstar" Bill Dundee spoke his mind to Gordon Solie. Dundee stated he agreed with Daniel Richard's opinion of Oklahoma and claimed that Jerry Lawler is a traitor to the state of Tennessee.

Jerry 'The King" Lawler defeated "Superstar" Bill Dundee via disqualification when Sputnik Monroe interfered and blasted Lawler with a chair

WOMENS TITLE MATCH

Angelina Love(c) beat Fabulous Moolah with the BOTOX INJECTION

*- The Champion retains against the former champion with ease. It seems Love has Moolah's number!

The Briscos won over The Blanchards when Jerry Brisco pinned Joe Blanchard with a sunset flip

*- This match came about last week when Joe Blanchard got involved in Tully's match with Jack Brisco. This was an evenly fought match that saw each man got a lot of offense in.

Magnum T.A. & "The Raging Bull" Manny Fernandez won by disqualification over "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert & Mr. Hughes when the match spilled out and became a brawl. Referee James Beard got decked by Gilbert.

*- Look for a rematch between these 4 men as this match resolved absolutely nothing. I think it's a safe bet that the rulebook will have to be thrown out to resolve all this.

"The Terrible Turk" Yusuf Ishmael beat George South via DQ

* - The Terrible Turk makes his Sooner State debut absolutely dominating South. South tried everything he could to stop this new "monster" to territory. The Turk tossed South outside the ring and continued the assault until South grabbed a chair and smashed Ishmael with it... all it accomplished was angering The Turk and getting South disqualified. Ishmael took the chair from South and returned the favor over and over until several officials struggled to get Ishmael out of the building.

* - After the mayhem was quelled, Gordon Solie spoke with "The Progressive Liberal" Daniel Richards before his match with Dick Hutton. Richards once again ran down the Conservative population of Oklahoma calling them "backwoods trailer trash meth junkies"

Dick Hutton made "The Progressive Liberal" Daniel Richards submit to the ABDOMINAL STRETCH

* - The rarely cheered Hutton won the fans over tonight and defended their honor by giving Richards a whipping he deserved! If Richards swings through the territory again in the future maybe next time he'll have a bit more respect.

Ranger Ross won by disqualification over Tracy Smothers

* - This was a great match with both men taking the fight to one another. The match spilled outside where a frustrated Smothers smashed Ross with his Confederate Flag Pole! The referee called for the bell. After the match Smothers stopped by Gordon Solie's desk to gloat about knocking Ross out cold! A disgusted Solie told Smothers that "He is sure that Ross will get a measure of payback in the near future."

Jerry "The King" Lawler & Jackie Fargo won by DQ over "Superstar" Bill Dundee & Sputnik Monroe

* - The match quickly broke out into a brawl with Lawler and Fargo getting the better of Dundee & Monroe. Dundee decks the referee and this match was officially over but all four men brawled to the back!

The Briscos get a victory over The Blanchards when Jack Brisco pinned Tully Blanchard after an airplane spin

Magnum T.A. & "The Raging Bull" Manny Fernandez won by DQ over "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert & Mr. Hughes

* - One hell of a main event! Gilbert struggled against both Magnum and Fernandez but Mr. Hughes more than evened the odds with his sheer power. He pummeled both Magnum and Fernandez and then tagged Gilbert back in. Gilbert used a foreign object several times on The Raging Bull which turned him into a bloody mess. In the end Fernandez hit Gilbert with the FLYING BURRITO and made the cover. Doug Gilbert hit the ring and took out Fernandez prompting the DQ All three men then assaulted Magnum until "Dr. Death" Steve Williams hit the ring with chair in hand clearing the ring!
