I love that AEW keeps things like a Sting debut mostly under wraps until it happens. I know it had been rumored a bit but if it was happening in WWE, we would have known the exact date and segment it was happening, if they even tried to keep it a secret at all. Usually WWE shows promos for weeks in advance of any debut.

I'm not a huge AEW guy, but I did really enjoy that show last night. Also, I'm in the minority in that I've really enjoyed Impact for the past six or so months. AEW working with other promotions, in my opinion, is good for business and the fans. There was a lot of Okada talk by Ross. I could see AEW, NJPW, Impact, NWA, others working semi-together to really take it to the shitshow that is WWE product and booking without coming out and saying it. Sting WILL draw in those older fans who haven't been watching AEW. With some working together, it could draw eyes to various promotions... ALL GOOD FOR PRO-WRESTLING!

Hope though Sting doesn't end up Heavyweight Champion ? Maybe a title challenge ? Surely it would be best to put over a few guys ? Looks like a feud with Darby Allin will be his first . Hope he puts him over .

Hope he puts him over . I think Sting would be more likely to be a mentor to Darby rather than feud with him. I can see maybe a handful of matches from Sting, but he is probably there more in a coach/manager role.
