With the large roster of Legends cards, how do you choose which to use? How do you decide when to drop talent and bring in another wrestler or team to your promotion?
Do you have it where they lose a certain amount of times and they are dropped? What your rules when it comes to these things?

I keep a super small roster with just the wrestlers I want to use, usually wrestlers I was familiar with when I started watching wrestling. But last 'game year' I started a tradition of having a 'Rookie Brawl' tournament where I use cards I normally wouldn't but find interesting in a tournament to see how they play. If I really like one or two of them, I'll bring them in down the road.
As far as when a wrestler leaves, I play it by ear. Recently, Missing Link didn't really have a place and with George The Animal Steele, I decided to phase him out. Same with the ROAD WARRIORS. They were dominating, but then lost the titles and, in their next match, lost to the KILLER BEES. I decided to have them take a break. I'm sure they'll be back but it's a good way to let other teams shine.

Honestly, this is one of the best things about Legends, or the real-world version of this game: Legends is so open to whatever you desire to do. ANYTHING! You can stick to color, mix color and b&w, play b&w forever, use bootlegs, mix eras, play strictly in one era or promotion, etc. Sure, you can do that with CotG (Kronos / Battle Lines / "It's up to you, promoter!"), but it just REALLY works for Legends/Indy. Now, before I go into your questions, I must confess I have always been terrible about restarting feds. My current fed, RAW, I feel will continue due to my approach to your questions above, and other aspects of life I will simply leave out. How do I choose who to use?RAW is not really based on anything. It's my own national program that takes aspects of the old and the new. But if I could answer the question with one word it would be balance. I struggle using main event cards outside of the upper-card. I feel the first LOW color set is really heavy with those cards, so after the World title tournament, I kayfabe sent a few to Japan, Europe, etc. I simply move who I want to use slowly as I see fit; I just want there to be a balance, hence my love for curtain jerker, low-card, and mid-card releases. If I'm ready to move someone in, I do it. If I feel too top-heavy, I move some talent out. I have favorites, yes, but my love for the game has come back from going with whatever the dice give me. I'll never randomly bring someone in, but I'm simply about whatever tickles my fancy and a lot of balance. How do you decide when to drop talent and bring in another wrestler or team to your promotion?
Once again, I just go on what I want and a sense of wanting balance. For example, if I have Al Snow losing a lot, I may kayfabe send him to development. (I don't have a development fed currently.) I just sent Buddy Rogers to Japan and Savage simply disappeared. In RAW, I pretend other promotions from around the world are still alive and fighting for the top talent to come in for a while, so I guess I want to keep things moving like the NWA as well as present RAW in an odd version of AWA / WCW / WWF. Do you have it where they lose a certain amount of times and they are dropped? Nope. I go off feeling. Plus, I don't want "Sodbuster" and "the Milkman" ever to leave me. What are your rules when it comes to these things?Balance. Fun. Creativity.

So many Legends and so many that I want to use. I just went with the territories route so I could use them all and swap them between all of the different regions when I feel the need.

I just put them in whatever territory feels right and occasionally I just have wrestle who I want to wrestle regardless of promotion.

I am very old school territory about. I have my stable of guys I like to use and then I have my guys being built up or who I have ideas for. If I don't have anything of interest to do with a guy, I just don't use them until I do. It's also not uncommon for a guy to come in for a singular idea I have for a match or two and then just be gone again.

I have a LOW fed with 3 brand extensions. This allows me to use a large number of the LOW wrestlers while still having manageable rosters and while still keeping everything interconnected.
My 3 brand rosters will periodically get shaken up through annual drafts, periodic trades, frequent signings/releases, etc.

With the large roster of Legends cards, how do you choose which to use? I pick around 40 guys and cycle guys out and bring new ones in. My roster has gotten a little too big so it's time for some housekeeping.
How do you decide when to drop talent and bring in another wrestler or team to your promotion? It's a combination of losing a few big matches in a row and/or me losing interest in the wrestler. I like Jim Londos but after going for the belt against two different champions and not winning it, I figured it was time for him to leave town for a while. In the old days, it wasn't uncommon for people to only stay in a territory for six months to a year. That's a good rule of thumb.
Do you have it where they lose a certain amount of times and they are dropped? What your rules when it comes to these things? I don't currently do this but I've done it in the past. 10 losses putting someone on the bench and rotating someone else in isn't a bad idea.

I have no clue about territories. I have one fed and use the wrestlers I remember, plus others from that era that I've learned more about by watching wrestling on youtube. I split them into faces/heels and noone changes. It's exactly like playing a certain year forever!
I would like to run a WCW 1989-94 fed but there are currently not enough cards.
