I run NWA, AWA, WWF, SCW (mashup of WCCW/Mid South, etc.) & XIW (Impact & ECW guys). Got a good amount in each fed w some guys who bounce around from time to time. I do inter-promotion matches / special shows under the UWN (United Wrestling Network) banner.

There is probably no more time honored tradition in wrestling than jobbing your way out of the territory. On your way out the door in search of greener pastures, you put over the guys who are staying. So if someone who normally wins goes on a sudden losing streak, that's your cue to remove him from your roster. You can always bring him back later when the time is right.

That’s exactly what happened in my fed after Sting signed a deal to leave the NWA for the WWF. He got absolutely annihilated by Brock Lesnar in his last match in the NWA. I had built up an epic encounter and instead it went down exactly like it probably would have in real life if the champ (Sting) had just signed with the rival promotion.

That’s actually a pretty good way of doing it.

This is a really brilliant idea. I might start doing this.
