Got my set and Galactic Con limited edition cards last Saturday.I think this is my favorite set as far as artwork is concerned.I love the storylines with the resurgence of The Gladiators and the new Ani-Men.I think the seeds are being planted for a coup of The Aethran Overmaster and that a new Aethran regime is going to rise within the next one or two editions.I also believe Tempest is there to assume leadership of the Ani-men and will be bringing in more wrestlers from Andromeda.I think Tom is slowly but surely getting rid of older wrestlers and doing a soft relaunch like in 2119.I believe in the next three editions we will see Godsend,The Aethran Overmaster,Sly Drury,Wolf and even perhaps Monolith and Endgame leave the GWF.

So in regards to the new Dark Menace card I can not decide who he resembles. Either a young Victor Von Doom or maybe the Beyonder. Either way it is an evil villain mwahahahaha.

With the coloring, it looks like an Eastern European propoganda poster from the 20th century. Like the Dark Menace is the new face of rulership and/or revolution. So looking at the ratings - whatever the are: Siege is not to be trifled with, and the same could be said for the Gladiator's tag team. Scorn looks pretty fantastic, and the new AniMen seem ... meh?
