No NEVER always let the dices do the talk . After the match I may add a story to a feud

You can always do what you want, but I play my fed as a shoot and the cards and dice decide. Not a knock, but it kinda takes away the spirit of the game. Not every outcome is going to be your liking, so you have to be creative about it

I have written segments where there was supposed to be a match but it breaks down before the bell, and ones were they're going too long and boring me that I've called a draw, but nothing quite like that. What I do pretty often though is embellish chart results that end a match. So not every countout plays like the wording on the chart and not every wrestler interference goes the same way, as examples. I've done this. You get that match that Just. Will. Not. End. So I'll either draw it or double dq it. Setting up something for the future. I don't think I've ever had a predetermined no contest outcome though.

When an unexpected result happens in the match, I do my best to "write around" it. Outside interference by a rival, etc. However, I've only "fudged" a result once. It was the main event of my "Revolution" end-of-year PPV in 2075. It was GWF Champion Jack Hood (who, due to his stacked card, had dominated most of his opponents that year) defending against Screw in a Last Man Standing Match.
Well, Hood kicked Screw's ass (again, due to a heavily stacked card that was even better in NO-DQ situations). My plan was for Screw to win and thus Hood would have to leave the fed, so I just wrote that Screw took a severed electrical cord, stuck it in Hood's mouth with his metal teeth, and electrocuted him. Hey, I had to do what I had to do, haha.

Something I stole from dungeons and dragons, each chapter I select a singles, tag team and womens wrestler and give them a luck point. This allows me to re-roll ONE of their dice during that chapter. So say I chose Thunder that month cause i want to push him, in his match he has fatigue giving him a pin rating of four. I roll the dice and get two ones. I then can use his luck or we'll call it "Push Point" to re-roll one of the dice but I have to take the result of the new roll. New roll a six and I continue the match.

I have not rolled out a match to further a storyline a couple of times. Mostly I let the dice decide though.
Back in the day, there was a bootleg I had that I never made a card for and "played" all that character's matches in my head. That character ended up being pretty major in my fed, so you can make the case that I've done the original question a lot.

I always honor the results of the dice.
I might occasionally plan to not do a match in advance and make it a no contest right at the beginning (I did this in my LOW fed in a grudge match between Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody vs the Sheepherders so I could rebook that matchup as a tornado match on my upcoming PPV) but I knew ahead of time that was the plan and did NOT roll the dice or much less not honor any dice results, I simply had a no contest declared before the bell rang which to me is no different than doing a backstage attack to further a storyline.
However I would NEVER post a fictitious victory result as that completely takes away from the spirit of the game. What is the point of playing if the dice are not going to determine the winner of your matches?
On a side note, I did have a no contest in my COTG fed two days ago that I was not planning to make a no contest but it was due to completely unforseen circumstances. On Saturday night, right as I was starting to play a tag matchup of Swarm/Mantis vs the Gamemasters, my power suddenly went out due to a wind storm in the Las Vegas Valley. When my power returned almost 2 hours later, instead of rolling out that match I decided to have the lights going out actually happen so the lights went out for the match and when they returned Coven Black and Balaal, the enemies of Swarm and Mantis, were in the ring attacking Swarm and Mantis so the referee threw out the match since Coven Black and Balaal were not among the scheduled participants.

For those that care, I never actually ended up doing to no contest in my fed. You guys convinced me that it's better to go by the dice roll.

I’ve always compared this game to those Choose Your Own Adventure books as in there is always at least two directions you can go in after any match result. Sure, often there is a direction you WANT it to go in but I think it’s important you always have another idea in your mind should things not go the way you hoped. Especially in the big matches you’ve been building up to.
I’ve had a lot of wrestlers never see the big push I was planning because they couldn’t get out of the starting blocks. Kings of Wrestling immediately come to mind. Lost sleep thinking about all the incredible matches and feuds they were going to have for me. They ended up fizzling out almost immediately after two losses to ACH and Tadarious Thomas. I used them after that but it was never the same and they never won my belts.
In COTG I booked a whole angle where Kill Prey was preparing to hunt the most dangerous AniMan ever - MONOLITH. But because MONOLITH always had a title or was in the main event and Kill Prey could never work his way up to earn a title shot, it never happened. It’s like my Hogan vs Flair. Everybody wanted to see it but it never materialized. I assumed a guy like Kill Prey would have little trouble working his way up to MONOLITH and the dice just never allowed it to happen. So it didn’t.
Another one is my own creation - Overtime. Whiffed on every tag title shot he’s had with both Code Destroyer and Kenji (so far). He did have a great run as IP champ tho so he’s got that going for him.
