Gordon Solie: Hello everyone, welcome to the WCCB studios in Charlotte, N.C., and let's head to the ring for our next match in the PWE Heavyweight Championship tournament!!!!
(6)Don Muraco w/Mr. Fugi vs (11)Curt Hennig
Hennig hits a hip toss, followed by a back suplex. Hennig hits a standing dropkick and then connects with a rolling neck snap. Muraco leaves for a breather, but crawls helplessly back into the ring, Hennig misses a running lariat, Muraco hits double forearms, then a standing dropkick!
Muraco nails Curt with a knee lift, then an over-the-shoulder backbreaker, and Muraco is going for the pin, that Hennig kicks out of easy. Muraco with another shoulder breaker and Henning bails out of the ring, Muraco throws Hennig back in the ring and he is in trouble, Muraco hits the HAWAIIAN HAMMER and covers Hennig, and Hennig kicks out at 2.8!
They battle to the outside and Hennig hits The Axe on Muraco on the outside and throws him back in, Hennig keeps the sleeper on for a long time and goes for the pin, Muraco's foot is on the ropes! Muraco gets up, Hennig catches him in the face with a standing dropkick, he covers and wait!!!! Bob Orton Jr comes down to help his friend! Orton swings at Hennig but he ducks the punch, he grabs Orton, and shit cans him outta the ring, Muraco is up, Henning connects with HENNIG PLEX! 1.2.3.!!
Winner and advancing in the PWE World Championship tourney: Curt Hennig!!!

Before the Bell will not appear this evening, as we will be bringing you the final two matches in the opening round of the PWE Heavyweight Championship! Shane Douglas vs Steve Corino, and Bruiser Brody vs Rob Van Dam!!!

Gordon Solie: Welcome everyone to this special edition, as we will bring you the final first-round matches of the PWE World Championship tourney! First up, is Steve Corino vs Shane Douglas!
(7) Steve Corino vs (10) Shane Douglas)
Corino walks right up and slaps Douglas in the face! He follows it up with a superkick!! Corino follows up with an elbow smash, then hits a moonsault! Douglas wrecked Corino with a big boot in the corner, Douglas hits a back suplex as Corino leaves the ring, and Corino is now the one in trouble as he crawls back in the ring!
Douglas with the BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX he pins, and it's over, Corino can't kick out! Your winner and advancing: Shane Douglas!
*low dice roll ended a match early that was just getting hot*
GS: Our last match in the tourney is up next!!!
(8) Rob Van Dam vs (9) Bruiser Brody
Van Dam catches a springboard back kick, RVD showing some of his power game as he catches Brody with a running lariat! He takes Brody outside, drapes Brody over the guardrail, and hits a leg drop onto the back of Brody! Brody puts RVD with a flying shoulder tackle. Brody hits a dropkick then a strong kick to the knee of Van Dam. Brody then hits a twisting vertical suplex, then a one-handed slam! RVD leaves the ring for a breather, RVD slams Brody's head into the announce table and rolls him back in the ring, hits Rolling Thunder, and another Rolling Thunder for emphasis!
RVD goes for the pin, but Brody kicks out. RVD goes up, he hits a Van Daminator!!! Brody is down, FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH by RVD, he covers and gets the pin!
Your winner, and advancing in the PWE Heavyweight Championship: Rob Van Dam
Gordon: Well folks, it's that time as we pull out the randomizer and figure out who will be in our first quarterfinal matchup:
Adrian Adonis will face Curt Hennig!

Adonis vs. Hennig should be an exceptional match... And I could actually see the winner going the distance... Though I've still got my fingers crossed for a final showdown between Dynamite Kid and RVD (who just scored an exciting win over Brody - who had to be considered another favorite)... Fun stuff!

Adonis vs. Hennig should be an exceptional match... And I could actually see the winner going the distance... Hello and welcome everyone to Pro Wrestling Elevated!! Tonight, you will see not 1, but 2 quarterfinal matches in the PWE World Championship tournament!!! Let's head down to the ring and start the action! We are live in the WCCB studios in beautiful Charlotte, N.C.!!
Adrian Adonis vs Curt Hennig Quarterfinal Match
Adonis hits a drop toe hold on Hennig, and follows that up with a jumping knee smash. He picks up Curt for a gut wrench backbreaker, he connects, and Hennig is in trouble early. Adonis hits a suplex assortment, followed by flying head scissors. Adonis goes for a leg drop, but he misses.
Hennig hits a chest chop, and then a rolling neck snap. Hennig hits a forearm hammer, then hits The Axe. Hennig takes Adonis down with a snap mare, then locks in the figure four leglock! Hennig has to break the hold, but connects with a running lariat! Hennig goes for a pin, but only gets 2. HENNIG PLEX connects!
1, 2 no!!!!!!! Adonis kicks out, but only barely. He gets Adonis to two feet, and HENNIG PLEX again!!!! This time, he gets the 3 count!
Your winner and advancing in the PWE World Championship tournament: Curt Hennig!!!!
Dynamite Kid vs Barbarian
Barbarian grabs Kid in a nerve pinch then hits a press slam. Barbarian goes for a power slam, but Dynamite slips out and hits a huge gut-wrench suplex on Barbarian that pops the crowd! Kid goes to the top rope, and hits a flying clothesline! Davey connects with a DIVING HEAD BUTT, he goes for the pin, but Barbarian just kicks out.
Kid goes up to the top again, but Barbarian throws him down in the ring hard! Barbarian hits FLYING CLOTHESLINE, he covers, but Kid kicks out. Barbarian hits a big boot to the face and hits knees to the midsection, Barbarian hits a belly to belly on Kid!!!! WHAT!!!!!! Kid shakes off the suplex and hits another gut-wrench suplex!
Barbarian leaves the ring, Kid picks up a chair and waffles Barbarian! Kid sets up Barbarian and delivers on the superplex, he covers, and gets the pin!!!!
Your winner and advancing to semi-finals of the PWE World Heavyweight Championship: Dynamite Kid!!!!
Gordon Solie: Hey, wait a minute! Dynamite Kid, what do you have to say about that chair shot to Barbarian???
Kid: No DQ's right? Don't get mad at me for being the first in this tournament to use the rules to my advantage! I told you, I'm taking this, watch me, me, as I become World Heavyweight Champion! Watch the junior heavyweight smash anything and everyone in my path!
We now have two in the semi-finals, tomorrow we return with Shane Douglas vs Dan Severn and Rob Van Dam vs Baron Von Raschke!

Gordon Solie: Hello and welcome to Pro Wrestling Elevated! We are live in beautiful downtown Charlotte, North Carolina, with two great matches in the quarterfinals for the PWE World Championship! First up, we have Shane Douglas vs Dan Severn! Let's go to ringside for this match!
Shane Douglas vs Dan Severn
Severn goes on the offense early, with a firemans carry followed by a double leg slam. Douglas reverses a move and hits a back suplex. "The Franchise" then hits a piledriver! Douglas then hits rolling suplexes and Severn is in trouble! Douglas hits 2 lariats, Severn launches Douglas into the turnbuckle, but he hits a knee lift right into Severns head!
Severn reverses a move and hits Shane with a fireman's carry slam! The Beast follows it up with a belly to belly throw, and goes for a pin that Douglas just barely kicks out of.
Severn locks in the bow and arrow deep, he goes for another pin, and this time he gets the pin for the 3 count.
Winner: Dan Severn
GS: Let's get a word with the winner, Dan Severn.
Dan: Gordon was there any doubt? This is what i do, i make people tap. Focus that camera, here right here on my face and zoom in. I hurt people for a living. Not wrestle. I make them submit. I am the next PWE World Champion.
GS: Well there you have it folks. Let's go to the ring for our last quarterfinal match of the tournament!
Rob Van Dam vs Baron Von Raschke
In the early moments, RVD hits a split legged moonsault, we have double down after both throw clotheslines, RVD is first to his feeet and hits Rolling Thunder, RVD with another split legged moonsault, "Mr. Monday Night" then hits a standing moonsault, he goes up for FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH, and picks up a rather easy win.
Winner: Rob Van Dam
GS: Well there you have it, the final four participants in the PWE World Championship tournament! Now let's got to the ring to meet our four semi-finalists!
Out walk Curt Hennig, Dynamite Kid and Dan Severn to join RVD who is still in the ring.
GS: Well, gentlemen, may i turn your attention to the video screen, as the owner of PWE has instructed me to spin the randomizer for the 2 semi-final matches.
GS: Allright, let's see, the first name, is Curt Hennig! And your semi-final opponent will be: Dan Severn! So, in the semi-finals, we will have Curt Hennig vs Dan Severn, and we know the other match will be Dynamite Kid vs Rob Van Dam!!!
All four start to face off in the ring, the trash talk is picking up, Severn really trying to bully Hennig here.
Gordon: Gentlemen, please! They are talking in my earpiece, i cant hear. Ahh yes, the owner of PWE has instructed me to tell all four of you, that the next episode will pit Dan Severn AND Dynamite Kid vs Curt Hennig and Rob Van Dam! Even though it didn't wind up as the final, I'm very pleased that we're still gonna see Dynamite vs. RVD... And that tag team match involving the four semifinalists should be a showstopper!
