In my fed I would say no . Personally it's your fed , do what you want . As long as play the same for everyone . I have NO problem with you doing that . I mean, yes, it's your fed, but the rules in the 2089 booklet specifically state that Distractions can be used to avoid DQs.

Can the use of a manager distraction override the dq on the charts or the holds? I personally roll the distraction before rolling the DQ. I do not roll a distraction and an interference before the DQ even if the manager is available to do so. I only allowed one roll to prevent the DQ or pin, not multiple. If that makes sense.
