The thing that hurt the most for me was, the anticipation for the main event. As soon as the heel went over I knew 100% Bianca was going over in the Main Event based on how the show opened as I just couldn't imagine they send the crowd away not happy. That didn't make the match any worse it just showed their hand right out of the gate.

That's a great point. I recorded a night 2 reaction that I'll post very soon, but in the meantime, I will say that when I started thinking about the context of the match in the whole evening, the finish didn't bother me as much, and yet, with the point you've raised, maybe it still should, haha.

One thing I will say - I didn't necessarily think Sasha was the heel. Obviously, we were "supposed" to be behind Bianca at this moment, but even watching the match, it didn't feel strictly like heel/face dynamics, which did do a little bit to make me appreciated the match and outcome more. It doesn't always work like that, of course, but in this case, I think it did.

That’s a good point I hasn’t thought of either because I see Sasha as one of those few true Superstars in WWE who transcends face/heel status. She is very easy to cheer for even in a heelish role. I thought her frustration was excellent.

Bianca is something special. She has the physical tools and all the energy needed in every way to be a star.

Btw I absolutely died when Bayley burned Nikki Bella to the ground with “II don’t know if you heard but John Cena is not here tonight!” LOL! Oh man...best burn since Elias told Trish Stratus he doesn’t date women in their 60’s.
