SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MATCHESYEAR ONE TOUR THREE SHOW ONE VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIAHighlights of The Legacy territory's Pay-Per-view, THE ASCENSION begins to play on the titantron and slashes of the amazing match between the now Mid-South Champion (Randy Savage) and the former champion (Chris Jericho) in a Falls Count Anywhere match, The Steiner Brothers (Mid-South Tag Champions) battling the Radicals, and Terry Funk locking up with Kenny Omega. The Funk/Omega match showed the Victoria fans a flash of PNW's own Stan Hansen blasting Funk with his bull rope and a vignette of a Cadillac leaving the arena with Funk's daughter (with plates reading COWBELL).
BROSERWEIGHTS outwrestled LONG RIDERS, after Pete Dunne used BITTER END on Scott "Hog" Irwin MATCH NOTES: A lot of back and forth action in this one as both desperately needed a win! However, it would be the younger duo gaining the victory after Pete Dunne leveled his opponent with the BITTER END for the duke. (**)ROB VAN DAM smoked MAGNUM TA via. FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH MATCH NOTES: Wow! RVD took Magnum TA out to the woodshed and whipped the Virginian's backside until it was raw! After a second Van Daminator, "Mr. Saturday Night" executed a picture perfect FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH for the three count. (*** 1/2) MIRACLE VIOLENCE CONNECTION beat BRITISH BULLDOGS, after Terry Gordy pinned Davey Boy Smith via. BAMM BAMM SLAM MATCH NOTES: MVC owned the popular Bulldogs throughout this bout and used several finishers on the Englishmen before Gordy would catch Davey Boy in a BAMM BAMM SLAM for the victory. (** 1/4)The teletron sprang to life once more and showed Stan "The Lariat" Hansen and a young woman (who assumedly is Terry Funk's daughter) on her knees scrubbing out a horse trough. Hansen nonchalantly spit out his famous tobacco juice and it splattered against the trough that the young woman was cleaning.
"You know what boy," Hansen started, "I came into that dump of a fed that you reside in and I have to say that it smelled worse than a heifer in heat. Whoo-weee! Man, did it stank. [He chuckled to himself] You see Funk...Sweet Lucille (he raises up his bull rope) loves being clunked on the side of your head and can not wait to do it one more time! I told you that you wouldn't get away with that horse manure manager of yours costing me the match when you came to the PNW!"
Hansen once again spits Redman tobacco juice onto the horse trough. "I have your daughter cleaning out my stables boy...you can have her back when she is done scrubbing the stables, the pig pens, and the chicken coup! [Stan chuckles for a moment] Since none of us can play well with one another, how about we get together at EVENT HORIZON and do that three way dance? How about it Funk? Are you man enough? Don't think I forgot about you pretty boy...Kenny Omega- you are going to know what pain is at the SCP PPV! Make sure both your insurance policies are paid because you are going to spend time in the hospital after I'm done with ya!" THE BUTCHER AND THE BEAR squeezed by ROCK AND ROLL EXPRESS, after Ricky Morton was disqualified against Ivan Koloff MATCH NOTES: The Express was partying hard at the expense of Paul Jones's team and looked like the match was going to end with the fan favorites scoring the pin fall! After a DOUBLE DROPKICK maneuver, Morton went for the pin attempt on Ivan but Abdullah the Butcher pulled the official out of the ring to break up the pin attempt. While the referee was arguing with Abdullah, Jones tossed his cane into the squared circle but Morton caught it instead! Jones quickly panicked, pointed hysterically at Morton, and showed the referee that the Express member just used the cane (even though he did no such thing)...the ref saw Morton with the cane and called for the bell and awarded the bout to the Butcher and the Bear team. (* 1/4) Melina Cortez stood in the interview area and waited a moment while the camera settled. She began, "Ladies and gentlemen, I am here this evening to announce the first ever Square Circle Production territorial Pay Per View, EVENT HORIZON! On Tour Three Show Four, all four promotions best will come together and determine the SCP World and World Tag Team Champions! In addition, several high profile match ups like Terry Funk vs. Kenny Omega vs. PNW's own Stan Hansen in a Three Way Dance! St. Louis, Missouri prepare for the point of no return and wrestling fans should contact your service provider for more details."National Championship Non-Title Match BOBO BRAZIL won against BRUISER BRODY (ch) by disqualification MATCH NOTES: Once again, Bruiser Brody's temper got the best of him as he withstood a beating by Brazil but retaliated by choking the challenger with the ring ropes. The referee gave the champion the five count to break up the hold but Brody failed to release the illegal tactic. The official had no other choice but to disqualify Brody. (****)

THE WEEKDAY GRINDYEAR ONE TOUR THREE SHOW TWO SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA
RODERICK STRONG pinned JUSHIN LIGER with a Death by RoderickMATCH NOTES: The Japanese born wrestler came to the PNW from Legacy Wrestling Federation to challenge other junior heavyweights. Happenstance that Roderick's debut occured on the same show as well. Roderick Strong came to the ring under the Natural Selection group theme and looked like he meant business. Liger would start off electrifying the crowd and used several high flying maneuvers to keep his opponent on his heels. The international star landed a breathtaking SHOOTING STAR PRESS that garnered a two and nine-tenth count and the ringside area began to chat Liger's name over and over. Liger continued his assault but Strong would duck a running clothesline attempt and counter with a Death by Roderick! The visiting star was stunned enough that he was given the three count (rolled snake eyes) and the first debut of Natural Selection was successful. (1/2 *)
STEVE CORINO blasted MATT RIDDLE via. OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION MATCH NOTES: The action was fast paced as both participants used a quick series of combination moves on the other. However, the match would sway to Steve Corino's favor after he used a kendo stick that he pulled from underneath the ring (can someone tell me why exactly are they even there?). The referee let the assault continue under a five count pretense for some reason and the New Jersey native would execute an OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION to put Riddle down for the count. (**)
HARLEM HEAT won against LONG RIDERS, after "Wild" Bill Irwin was disqualified against Stevie Ray MATCH NOTES: The arena erupted as "Can you dig it sucka?!?!?" blared from the arena's speakers as duo of Stevie Ray and Booker T has slowly becoming a great addition to the PNW. Their opponents were exact polar opposites of Heat's style and a great exhibition between these two teams took place. Sadly, "Wild" Bill Irwin would be diasqualified for throwing Stevie Ray into the corner post on the outside of the ring. The officials are definitely 'officiating' tonight's card strangely. (3/4 *) JUSTIN CREDIBLE stunned STAN HANSEN with a superkickMATCH NOTES: Stan Hansen was embarrased this match and wasn't able to get his offense rolling at all. If he is this flat at EVENT HORIZON, Funk and Omega are going to have a field day on his backside! After five minutes had passed, Credible landed a superkick and covered the 'Lariat' for the 1...2...3! (** 1/2) The Midnight Express theme blared from the arena speakers and the team came out of the locker room with their manager (Jim Cornette)...sort of. They were costumes to resemble the LWF version of the Express. Jim Cornette wore a hat on his head that read "Chicken Sh*t" and carried an old school cellphone... Bobby Eaton wore a fake scraggily-grey beard and had stuffed pillows underneath his shirt...Stan Lane wore a skull cap on his head to appear like he was balding and was toddling to the ring in a walker.
The three "Original Midnight Express" finally climbed into the ring and Cornette grabbed the ringside microphone. "Let me introduce myself to you fans. I think my name is Paul E. (Cornette whispers to Bobby and continues) Dangerously and I am too chicken sh*t to have my over-the-hill no talent team face that studdly Cornette and those two beefcakes called the "Midnight Express"...(the phone rings and Cornette answers)...no...no, I never ran an Extreme Hardcore fed...how do I owe taxes on something I didn't even have? Brock Lesnar? No, I didn't know he was the most dominant superstar ever in the wrestling industry...""Beautiful" Bob...er, Dennis Condrey interupted, "What Heyman...um, Dangerously is saying the original Midnight Express can not compete because we have no talent and are too old...""Huh? What sonny? I am kinda cold." Stan Lane interrupted while holding his hand over his ear, "Why don't you turn up the heat Paul?"Cornette throws off his hat and smashes the antique cellphone down on the mat. "Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for Bobby and Stan to show these imposters, these freeloaders, these coattail riders, and these southern hicks exactly who the 'real' Midnight Express is! Paul E. Dangerously, son, we are calling you out for EVENT HORIZON or are you too much of a chicken sh*t?!?" **NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH***TRIPLE THREAT MATCH*BRUISER BRODY (ch) retained against BOBO BRAZIL and PETE DUNNE, after Bruiser Brody used JUMPING KNEE DROP on Pete DunneMATCH NOTES: The first title match was a wild one! All three men battled back and forth for nearly fifteen minutes with each wrestler using there finishers on the others! Bruiser Brody would land a running clotheseline that would send Brazil reeling over the top rope onto the concrete floor. Pete Dunne tried to gain advantage and attempted a bodyslam on the National champion but Brody proved too heavy for the Englishman. Bruiser Brody tossed Dunne into the ropes and used a big boot to the face that set up the JUMPING KNEE DROP for the victory. (*** 1/4)

SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MATCHES YEAR ONE TOUR THREE SHOW THREE ABBOTSFORD, BRITISH COLUMBIA
KILLER CROSS debut was successful against NACHO BERRERA by count-out. MATCH NOTES: The PNW followers went ecstatic when Kross's 'Dead Silent' theme blared and Scarlett escorted the recently released HCW star to the squared circle. The newcomer had no issues taking care of "Nacho-Mania" and leveled the undercard talent with a nasty Burning Lariat. Berrera rolled out onto the ringside floor and decided that he would be counted out rather than face a beating. (1/2 *)
RVD ruined ADAM COLE's first appearance with a school boy roll up MATCH NOTES: Action was hot and heavy for several minutes and the Natural Selection leader looked as if he was going to run away with the match. Unfortunately for him, "Mr. Saturday Night" had other plans and countered a FLORIDA KEY with a school boy roll up for the upset. Van Dam left Cole totally stunned in the ring afterwards. (**) NATURAL SELECTION (CIAMPA/PAGE) brutalized DOUBLE JEOPARDY, after Adam Page pinned Justin Credible with a apron shooting star press.MATCH NOTES: The two members of Natural Selection did not have the same dilemma that their fearless leader encountered and beat the living [CENSORED] out of their opponents. Ciampa and Page used frequent tags to basically cut Credible off from his partner and seemed to work well together. After a breathtaking shooting star press off the apron, Page covered his opponent for the three count. (* 1/4)The arena Titantron flashes to life and several screen shots of the Square Circle Productions territories display on the screen. A voice calmly exclaims, "On Year One Tour Three Week Four, the Keill Auditorium in St. Louis will bear witness to the first mega-event in SCP's short history...EVENT HORIZON! Three territories...one night...the SCP will crown it's first ever Universal Champion! (Flashes of Funk, Hansen, and Omega show on the screen) The triple threat elimination match between the HCW champion Kenny Omega, the 'Hardcore Legend' Terry Funk, and 'The Texas Madman' Stan Lariat will send repercussions throughout the territories...watch as Jim Cornette leads his Midnight Express (flashes Midnight Express and 'Original' Midnight Express on the Titantron) against Paul E. Dangerously 'Original' Midnight Express...plus more to come! The Auditorium is sold out but do not forget to contact your local cable company about this event on pay-per-view." ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER cheated by RICKY MORTON with karate thrust to the throat.MATCH NOTES: What can be said about this match? Simply put...Abdullah loves to bring foreign objects to the ring and the karate chop to the opponent's throat is his favorite maneuver. 'The Sudanese Madman' (and Paul Jones) used every dirty trick in the book to win. Morton's forehead was gushing crimson by the end of the contest and needed assistance to the locker room area afterwards. (***)NATIONAL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH: MIDNIGHT EXPRESS (w/ JIM CORNETTE) easily defeated VARSITY CLUB (w/ FALLEN ANGEL) for the PNW Tag titles, after Stan Lane used a Midnight Lariat on Mike Rotunda.MATCH NOTES: Obviously the Legacy Wrestling Federation's Paul E. Dangerously comments lit a fire under Cornette's men. Eaton and Lane outwrestled the now former champions and used numerous finishers for several false finishes that sparked the arena with moans of disbelief. Stan Lane executed an enzuiguri on Rotunda and went for the pin attempt but Fallen Angel would jump to the ringside apron. The referee insisted she stepped back down onto the arena floor but it would be enough to only garner a two count. Fallen Angel only delayed the inevitable as "Sweet" Stan would use a Midnight Lariat to garner the victory. THE PNW HAS NEW NATIONAL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!! (***)

THE WEEKDAY GRINDYEAR ONE TOUR FOUR SHOW ONE NAMPA, IDAHO
Still pictures of the EVENT HORIZON Pay-Per-View flashed on the screen as the opening theme played. The pictures showed Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express putting the hurt on the LWF's own Midnight Express led by Paul E. Dangerously...Killer Kross (w/ Scarlett) continuing his PNW undefeated streak after thrashing Mil Muertes (w/ Catarina)...Booker T making the save with a steel chair against Hawk of the Road Warriors, after Stevie received a DOOMSDAY DEVICE finisher...after the much anticipated match up, Stan lariat shutdown both Terry Funk and Kenny Omega with each became a recipient of THE LARIAT...and finally Kevin Sullivan beating Jake Roberts to a pulp and signaling for another finishing move- only to be rolled up in a school boy roll up! Jake Roberts became the first ever SCP World Champion!! IVAN KOLOFF manhandled ROBERT GIBSON via. RUSSIAN SICKLEMATCH NOTES: 'The Russian Bear' had no issues with the fan-favorite and used the RUSSIAN SICKLE twice throughout the bout to score the easy three count. (*) ROAD WARRIORS pulverized DAVEY DONAVON and "POWERFUL" PAUL BARNES, after Hawk landed a DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Davey Donavon (SQUASH)ADAM COLE won against ROB VAN DAMM with a FLORIDA KEYMATCH NOTES: The leader of Natural Selection wanted this match to prove that the loss he had prior to EVENT HORIZON was nothing but a fluke. Apparently, the loss was a fluke as Cole beat the tar out of "Mister Saturday Night" and executed a FLORIDA KEY to even things up. (*1/2) VARSITY CLUB (SULLIVAN/ROTUNDA) won against LONG RIDERS, after Mike Rotunda used a DOUBLE ARM SUPLEX on "Wild" Bill Irwin.MATCH NOTES: A great match! The action was furious with the Long Riders garnering the early momentum but the former National Champions rallied! Mike Rotunda applied a textbook DOUBLE ARM SUPLEX to get the pinfall against Bill Irwin. (**1/2) NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP NON-TITLE MATCH:BRUISER BRODY (ch) made quick work of MATT RIDDLE via. JUMPING KNEE DROPMATCH NOTES: The National Champion had no problem turning away the challenger and used sheer brutality to make Riddle regret stepping into the squared circle. After only a few minutes, Brody brought Riddle down to the canvas with a big boot to the face and followed with a JUMPING KNEE DROP for the victory. (* 1/2)

PNW POWER HOURYEAR ONE TOUR FOUR SHOW THREE Ashland, ORSTEVE CORINO ended KILLER CROSS undefeated streak with a superkick - The New Jersey native came out with guns blazing and Kross couldn't get his bearings throughout the entirety of the match. Corino used several ringside weapons, an OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION, and a superkick for the victory. (**)ROCK & ROLL EXPRESS slipped past BROSERWEIGHTS, after RICKY MORTON used a hurricanrana on MATT RIDDLE- A lot of back-and-forth action! However, Riddle would miss a turnbuckle charge and receive a hurricanrana from Morton to make him dizzy enough for the referee to slap the three times. (*** 1/4) BOBO BRAZIL stunned ADAM COLE with COCO BUTT - The match was neck and neck action wise until RVD's music blared throughout the arena. Adam Cole became distracted and his opponent used a bearhug from behind/ COCO BUTT combo for the upset. The Natural Selection member was infuriated and called for his stable mates to come down to ringside. (**)The three other members of Natural Selection (Ciampa, Page, and Strong) strolled to the ring. Adam Cole grabs a microphone and calmly states, "You are looking at men that are the best in the business today. Adam Page is beating on has-beens, Ciampa/Strong are knocking down team after team, and I am stuck fighting 'Mister Saturday Night"...more like Saturday Morning cartoons with his record! I am sick and tired of having to deal with that pot smoking overrated circus performer. It is time for Natural Selection to get their due."
The arena fans let Natural Selection know how exactly they felt and began to pelt the ring with trash. The Commissioner walked out onto the entrance ramp and looked directly toward the ring. "You know what Cole, you're right...it's time for you to get your due and I'll give you that much. You fellas want main event status?" [All four members of Natural Selection nod their heads in agreement]"Fine," the Commissioner continued, "Well then, at the STATE OF WAR PAY-PER-VIEW (YEAR ONE TOUR FIVE SHOW TWO), the Natural Selection foursome will meet RVD, Double Jeopardy, and Bruiser Brody in...Wargames!"Natural Selection looked like they were told that their childhood friend just passed away but the arena loved the announcement. The fans loved it so much that they started to chant "Brody's going to kill you" over and over.
ROAD WARRIORS won against THE BUTCHER & THE BEAR, after ANIMAL caught ABDULLAH in a POWER SLAM - A wild brawl! Koloff and Addullah really challenged the Legion of Doom and nearly won by pinfall on several occasions but the Roadies resiliency came into play. After a nasty clothesline that had the Butcher teetering, Animal used a POWERSLAM to secure the win. (** 1/2) **NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP NON-TITLE MATCH** BRUISER BRODY (ch) leveled STAN HANSEN with a big boot- Speaking of wild brawls, these two spent more time on the ringside floor than inside the ropes. Hansen would catch Brodie with a LARIAT early but the champion managed to put his foot on the rope. Bruiser would battle back and use a big boot to Hansen's face to surprisingly get a pinfall. (*1/2)
