Bruiser Brody put down Big John Studd (with Bobby Heenan) after a big boot. Brody dominated but it took a while for Studd to wear down. Heenan made a distraction but when he started to climb up for another, Brody clotheslined him to the floor and then held Studd down just long enough to win.
Dutch Mantell used Shoo Baby to put away Bill Dundee. This went back and forth and Austin Idol flashed his City of Memphis Title at Bill Dundee allowing Dutch to regain control. In the end, Dundee took a ton of damage but Dutch used his whip to make sure things were done.
Powers of Pain (with Mr. Fuji) handled The Taylors after Warlord pinned Chaz following a leg drop. POP dominated but Chaz nearly pulled an upset with an enzuigiri on Barbarian. Barbarian managed to come back and battered Tugboat Taylor. Tugboat managed to escaped and tagged in Chaz but Barbarian tagged in Warlord who finished off the scrappy youngster.
Cruiserweight Champion Dynamite Kid squashed Ed Lewis with the Diving Headbutt. The Master of the Headlock was just no match for Dynamite Kid's skills and head butt as this was the shortest match on the show with Kid quickly dropping Lewis down before hitting the headbutt for the pin.

Explosive victory for Dynamite Kid! Defeating someone of Strangler Ed's status will always be viewed as a highlight of the cruiserweight champ's title reign... Awesome stuff!

DK is rocking and rolling. If he keeps it up, I may have him battle Vader.

The Taylors can be a tough out. They managed to capture my tag belts once.

Thanks for checking in GP. They are a fun team to use and can cause chaos for sure.
AJ Styles bested Mark Briscoe in a bloodbath following a Styles Clash. Vampiro and Jay Briscoe got involved but in the end, Styles used Vampiro's interference to secure the win.
In four moves, Vampiro put down Tom Rocky Stone with a top rope spin kick. Stone went for an early attack but a slam was reversed into a uranage for a near fall and then the spin kick for the three count.
The Briscos bested The Butcher and The Baker when Jack locked the Figure Four Leglock on Ox Baker and Baker's shoulders were counted to the mat. The Briscos dominated Abdullah who got in pretty much nothing until he finally managed to tag out. Baker got in some good shots but the Briscos were never in trouble before Jack took the win.
In a Hardcore Death Match, Jay Briscoe took an early assault from Matt Taven before just thrashing him before finishing things with the Jay Driller. Taven got in a couple early shots but made the mistake of taking it to the floor and from there it was all jay Briscoe. Briscoe used weapons but never an object before finally putting Taven down to retain the Hardcore Crown.

Always stoked to see my two favorites - AJ and Vampiro - in action... Looks like that opening match between Styles and Mark Briscoe was something to remember.
The Butcher and the Baker... HA!
Taven realized that taking that fight out to the floor was probably not the wisest decision... Jay Briscoe holds onto his Hardcore Crown!

When I believe it was Vegas was teaming Abdullah with Ivan, my mind immediately went to Ox Baker for a sometimes tag partner for Abdullah.
