Is Mulch The New Status Symbol

I’m beginning to think having a mountain of mulch in your driveway is a new status symbol. It’s like $200 cheaper to just go pick it up in bags yourself. But you miss out on the attention of having a giant pile of mulch in front of your house.

Anybody else have any thoughts on this?

LOL, I debated that to start the summer. I made a nice border around the side of part of my house and used a lot of mulch and wondered if it would have been cheaper to just have someone dump a pile in my driveway.
