I listened to this episode today at the gym. I enjoyed hearing about the Galacticons up to 2005, it was very informative for me since I did not start attending Galacticon until 2015 (I have made every Galacticon since however and a couple of nights ago I bought my flight ticket to Philadelphia for this year's Galacticon.) Although they all sounded great, 2004 was one year in particular that I wish I could have attended. Speaking of 2004, that was the year Early Classics was released which I really enjoyed. I can't wait until those years get released in color. Looking forward to next week's podcast about the Galacticons from 2006 through the present. I always look forward to The Roll Up! |

Somebody gave me an Amazon gift card so this afternoon I went shopping on Amazon and one of the items I bought was Bob Backlund's book after hearing about it on this episode of Roll Up. (I bought a number of items but in addition to Backlund's book two other books I bought were Drew McIntyre's new book and Quentin Tarantino's book Once Upon a Time in Hollywood: A Novel which gets released in 5 days.) Sam Fain's review of Backlund's book on Roll Up gave me the idea to include it in my Amazon purchase today. Edit: also, I can't remember, what time is the special live episode of Roll Up tomorrow? |

I am only guessing here but I suspect preorder will go up at the end of the podcast after they drop the teasers.
If they did it before, why have the podcast?

Makes sense - but I mean here's the thing - is it a live pod or one that the prerecorded? If so if the show last 90 minutes does presale go up at 8:30 p.m. EST? Just a lot to make sense of, either way my order will be placed tonight with priority mail selected for both the deluxe version of Origins 2137 and T&T II! #cantwait! |
