My town had a brief celebration last week, but no fireworks display. I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday! I'd light off some firecrackers, but they're ILLEGAL up here. Then again, EVERYTHING is illegal up here, LOL!  Todd C WTIC |

Pretty good show here the last 2 nights. Kiddos ran to the source at the end of the sub but I stay back and watch from the porch.  |

Lots going off in and around the neighborhood here. Of course D.C. had a the show on the National Mall, but we didn't go back into town after spending the morning at Nationals Park watching the Dodgers complete the sweep of the Nationals. It's definitely on the list of things to do!

Thanks for the replies, everyone! My neighbors set off some fireworks last night, sounded like those were aimed right at my back window, LOL! I did set off some fireworks, but only in Grand Theft Auto Online! Todd C WTIC |
