There are a few special matches (Mensa Table, Four Weapons of Destruction, etc) that tell you to roll on the match’s chart when ‘a wrestler rolls on any chart situation.’
Is the Choice Situation chart a ‘chart situation?’
For example if your offensive wrestler rolled a (Ch A), would you roll on the match’s special chart?

Only if you choose the the ch situation ex: Ch A you choose the ropes option.
It’s interesting how this question comes up after years of play. How have you been playing these matches?

Hm.,if you go directly by the Rules, then you could see the Choice Chart as no regular Chart:
4. CHARTS Game charts are used when a player rolls one of the following instructions on offense: into the ropes into the turnbuckle out of the ring deathjump

I would agree with other posts that the chart situation is just ring, buckle, ropes and deathjump. The choices are specific move options and not a full chart situation that has multiple outcomes.

Interesting...I play if you have the option for turnbuckle, ropes or deathjump via choice, that still activates FWOD and the like.

I have always read that as the four primary charts unless you're choosing one of those four charts from the Choice Chart (Choices A = Ropes, B = Turnbuckle, G or H = Deathjump), as Swarm said.

I think choices A, B, G and H would be able to activate the secondary option IF the wrestler chose it over attempting the optional wrestling move.

I also think it's not hurting anything if you roll a ch and then roll on the special match chart. The whole point of a special rules match is to roll on the chart. All cards have the same number of charts and ch options.

All cards have the same number of charts and ch options. Just not C, D, E or F. A,B, G and H, sure. Assuming you never plan to go for any of the - 3 move options.
