Fun short episode. I'm not necessarily a Nick Gage fan but I'm super happy for all those that are. I also really appreciate that this card is very likely to bring new fans to the game, which is just amazing. I also love that his late brother, Justice Pain, is getting a card. Again, I'm not a deathmatch guy but am a big fan of being able to get cards in the game for guys and gals that are no longer with us. Lastly, big thanks to Sam for the shoutout on the podcast. I have been posting to my website a LOT lately. I had a website reader send me a TON of typed articles. I've been going chronologically through the career of Christine, North Dakota wrestler Nels Moe. Not at all a big name but I thought it would be really interesting for people to be able to see what a career would have looked like for someone of that level at that time (approx. 1911-1925). There have been some great photos and wrestling newspaper ads along the way as well. I'm very nearly done with his career. I plan to then switch over and do some random postings to get some variety going again before I tackle another of the career histories that was sent to me. So, again, thanks for the shout out. I really enjoy hearing that other people enjoy this stuff a fraction of what I do.  |

I wondered when I heard the Death Match theme announced if Gage might be in it but wasn't sure if he was a possibility. Great work, Zeke, in getting him! Great little special episode. As a fan of classic CZW, it is great to get both Nick Gage and Justice Pain. Gage is all over the wrestling world now as well, and he is a phenomenal get. It sounds like FG was creative in finding a way to do it to get a guy who many promoters have been asking for a long time. Very cool. October Con was exciting news as well, but my favorite reveal was probably that Kevin Ford will be an upcoming guest talking Chikara cards. Nice!
