Aethran Nightmare Castle Match (Rules and Board)

Hello there. I recently saw the Aethran Nightmare Castle Match on an old Promoter site, and I thought I'd get the rules put into a nice little format and share it with all of you. Not only that, but I also decided to build a map for it as well. It's a 5 layer castle with the outside going in as more time goes on. You can place the keys in any room you want without any worry in the world.

There are some notes for the board to make it easier. The major rule is that you can only move up a layer if there is a line connecting the two squares. If you're going to be on the same layer, then do not worry about this.

If you're moving from the start, then you only have 3 options. The bottom left, the bottom right, and the bottom center. Hope these help, and if you're inclined, feel free to make your own boards.

There were a lot of cool and fun fan made matches similar to this way back in the day when everybody was a kid. Someone did a whole match on the Running Man movie concept. I recall that having a diagram too. Someone made a triple tower cage of doom match (like we saw in the NWA). That had a diagram. I played them all at least once. I played The Risk once too. Justice vs Chaos. Great times.
