Wishing him nothing but the very best. Always enjoyed his work, but more so I have always enjoyed his personality. The way Regal carries himself and the respect he shows for his fellow wrestlers and the sport is second to none. The guy is a class act in every way.

Regal is awesome and I do hope he recovers. Probably with AEW to keep the money coming while he recovers (it's not like Danielson or Moxley really need him)

So this turned out to be fake news. So I deleted the original post. Regal himself says he’s in perfect health. I should have known better than to believe a dirt sheet. Very hypocritical of me.

I mean, Regal literally had open heart surgery in 2019 and multiple screws inserted into his neck. He was very public about both of those. You'd know better than me, but I don't know if open heart surgery has you "perfect" 2 and a half years later.
"I don't have much time left" isn't really something you hear a lot of people saying at age 53. That had me flashing back to the Warrior's eerie final promo on Raw.
I wish Regal all the best too, and I don't think he'd be active on-camera in AEW if he really were at death's door. But I sadly don't expect to see him as a kind of elder statesman still dispensing advice at age 85.

Regardless, it was poor journalism and considering the source I should have been skeptical. My bad.

It was a terribly written passage, no question there.

Glad to hear he's doing well. I've been a fan of his since his days as Lord Steven Regal. He'll make a great mentor to all the youngsters in AEW.

Looks like he is going to be Mox & Bryan Danielson tag team match . When I first saw it on social media he was in AEW . I thought he was going to be the AEW GM . I never saw anything about his health on social media . Probably WWE haters because he was joining AEW ?
