Who Poisoned The Dark Menace in My Kronos Fed?

Hi, everyone! It's time to help decide who poisoned The Dark Menace!
Since "Means" and "Opportunity" are pretty much the same for each (with the Means being finding a way to have one of the Aethran Soldiers do the dirty work, as explained IN THIS POST, to Opportunity (with plenty of time to have descreet conversations with the Soldier that is to do the dirty work), the one thing left is MOTIVE --
Magnus Colby's MOTIVE: The Dark Menace traded the TransEvolver back to Colby for Colby's Infinity Stone, but the machine was returned BROKEN as seen IN THIS POST!
Solitude's MOTIVE: The Dark Menace FIRED Solitude and humiliated him before the crowd, then The Dark Menace replaced Solitude with the returning AETHRAN OVERMASTER as seen IN THIS POST (scroll down to the Overmaster pic)!
Or perhaps, the rumors were true and it was indeed SHE DEVIL (although I don't have anything planned if the vote does go that way, but I can whip up something)! There are rumors that she was The Dark Menace's girlfriend at the time, and the beneficiary to his life insurance policy as explained IN THIS POST!
