Hi Cool and easy system! Now if you can come up with an easy "Push" system to go along with this, it'll make a good system even greater! I say this because it's usually wrestlers that have great matches that get pushed more, and those that are jobbers stay jobbers, LOL! And with GCon coming up, it's the perfect time to release a "Push System", don't you think? Todd C WTIC

It’s very simple, but I’m a simple guy. I simply add up the combined fatigue tokens and divide by 2. That’s it. And it seems relatively honest when it comes to describing how good the match was. More fatigue tokens usually means more action, more kick outs etc If I end a match with no tokens, it gets a 1/2 * or if the match ended dramatically (like on one move) I gave it one *. For matches where more than 10 combined fatigue tokens occur, this would be considered a 5 star MOTY Candidate. So far, since starting this, I’ve had two of those on my last 5 cards. So far so good. I’m actually a little ashamed it took me this long to come up w the idea lol Anyone else do this? Oh I do this for online! All my Battle Lines matches were figured this way! I guess we a two simple guys, great minds think a like! 👍😁🤷

I should add, when I had tag matches, I divided by 4, trios by 6. It does feel right to me, this system works for me!

I don't rate all of my matches, but the ones that I do rate are typically those that have the tokens pile up...kickouts = drama, especially if it's a kickout of a finisher.
-----
As for the "1 move" or "few move" matches...those almost always get me jumping out of the chair. Honestly, they are a GREAT way to start a series of matches, even if it's Monolith "killing" Nitro, it's gotta piss Nitro off to the point that he is going to want to get back in there with Monolith to save face and maybe pull the upset the other way.

I used this rating system for a long time, after learning of it from toasterboy anyway. I’ve also done no additional star ratings for any reason, mostly because they’re still matches.

I like this. I'll have to give it a try. Usually I just go by feel, if the match flows or I get the desired result I'll be a little more gracious. Anytime I get verbal while playing ("ohhhhh!!!!") It most likely ends up being higher rated haha.

I've started using this as well in my fledgling 2087 fed. Currently, I'm adding +1 star if it was a Hero vs Villain match, another +1 if both sides are also feuding.
