We are joined by four very special guests this week, each representing a different branch of the armed forces to determine who is the true American Hero of the Filsinger Games Universe! Pete Beck (Air Force), Juston Sanudo (Army), Scott Pokett (Navy), and Thomas Keen (Marines) are here as the Tournmanet Master leads us through his custom brackets with talent from Champions of the Galaxy, Legends of Wrestling, and the Indies as we cast a vote for our favorites on the road to crowning a winner. Plus, we have the usual news and notes from Fed HQ and plenty of input from our panel on a number of topics. Sam gives a brief rundown of Forbidden Door and we look ahead to what's next on the Road to Galacticon! Ok... Shortly after I started listening, I realized my mistake... You think I would have learned my lesson during Roll Up 59... Obviously, there was going to be at least one wrestler in this tournament whose card has not been released yet... And there's another that has never appeared online... So, I decided on something different...
If you recall, I wasn't able to include Ninja Mack in the Masked Indies tournament while listening to Roll Up 59 because his card hadn't been released yet... So, I decided to give him a shot at the winner of that tournament... AND...
BANDIDO (2 tokens) def. Ninja Mack via pinfall after a 21 PLEX. -- Things escalated quickly between these high flyers with lots of the action taking place out on the floor... Bandido took control following a wild brawl and maintained his status as the best of the Masked Indies.
NOW... Back to Roll Up 67... Cheers!

I enjoyed this week's episode which I finished after watching GCW earlier tonight. I personally would have voted all the way for Sgt. Slaughter as in the 1980s I was a big fan of both wrestling and GI JOE and Slaughter was in both. Although I have not added to my GI JOE Classified action figures recently (other than Classified's original version of Storm Shadow that I preordered many months ago and is now finally being shipped to me,) if Sgt. Slaughter was to get a GI JOE Classified action figure then I would definitely buy it. Going into Independence Day weekend, it was also awesome to have community representatives of all 4 armed services branches as participants in this tournament. Hopefully I can buy DK II a beer in Chicago in 2 weeks and Thomas (TK) and the others too if they are there although I think I heard at least 1 of the tournament participants say they will not be there this year. Thanks to everyone for their service and I wish them all a great Fourth!

It was awesome to get together with everyone and shoot the [censored]! We may have our differences but we were in the [censored] together...
I still cannot believe Commander Sam made it so far...that is just crazy!

My son Stryker, who's a U.S. Navy veteran, always told me that MARINE was an acronym that stood for My Ass Rides In Navy Equipment! Sorry Thomas (TK)! Don't even get me started on DK II... My grandson Ben called him CHAIR FORCE at last year's Galacticon, too funny. Though... Colonial Beck was the only one to uphold COTG pride in the finals, knowing full well the LOW bias. I thought for sure Thomas (TK) would vote COTG, but he heel turned.

Colonial Beck was the only one to uphold COTG pride in the finals, knowing full well the LOW bias. I thought for sure Thomas (TK) would vote COTG, but he heel turned. Although I personally would have voted for Slaughter both in the Semi-Finals over Angle and in the Finals over Commander Sam because in the 1980s I was into GI JOE before I was into wrestling and Slaughter being part of GI JOE along with the Hogan Saturday morning cartoon were the two factors that got me into wrestling and thus later this game, I thought DK II made an excellent argument about Commander Sam representing the US not just on Earth but throughout the galaxy. Also in terms of the game, I think another argument in Commander Sam's favor is that he has been in the game since the beginning over 35 years ago while Kurt Angle has been in the game for 1 year and Slaughter was just announced last week. So although I would have voted for Slaughter over Angle in the Semi-Finals and for Slaughter over Commander Sam if that had been the Finals, the actual Finals of Commander Sam vs Kurt Angle would have led me to voting for Commander Sam too.
