CENTENNIAL PRO WRESTLING
RED, WHITE & BLUE CLASH
07-02-22
1STBank Center
Broomfield, CO
(The ring announcer welcomes everyone to the Red, White & Blue Clash and the debut of Centennial Pro Wrestling.)
Ida Mae Martinez vs. Jazz
Martinez caught Jazz off guard with an initial flurry, but Jazz battled back exercising her decided strength advantage. Jazz wore Martinez down before making her submit to the BITCH CLAMP.
2 Cold Scorpio vs. Joe Blanchard
Scorpio controlled most of the match, but Blanchard wouldn’t go away. Scorpio finally hit a moonsault for the victory.
Stan Hansen & Bruiser Brody vs. D’Lo Brown & Redd Dogg w/ Jazz
Hansen and Brody completely steamrolled their opponents. Hansen pinned Dogg after a LARIAT.
Post match: Hansen and Brody continue their assault on Dogg. Brown got involved and all four men brawled inside and outside the ring. Even Jazz got involved, ineffectively, before referees were able to regain control.
‘Iron’ Mike DiBiase vs. Danny Hodge
Both men battled back and forth. DiBiase survived three OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLLS, but Hodge continued to control the match. The action spilled out of the ring, where DiBiase lost his cool and slammed Hodge through a ringside table. When this happened, the referee called for the bell, disqualifying DiBiase.
Tully Blanchard w/ Dark Menace vs. Blackjack Mulligan
Mulligan and Blanchard went toe to toe then the action spilled out of the ring. Both men continued to brawl as the ref warned both men to get the action back into the ring. Blanchard gained control and smashed Mulligan into the ringpost. The ref had enough and disqualified Blanchard for not heeding his warnings.
Post match: Dark Menace was livid and got after the referee. They got into a shoving match until Blanchard grabbed the ref and looked to give the hapless ref a piledriver in the center of the ring, but other referees intervened and escorted Blanchard and Menace from the ring before Blanchard could execute the heinous act.
(During the intermission it was announced CPW Pro Wrestling Weekend will debut next weekend and to check your local listings for time and channel.)
Beverly Shade vs. Princess Victoria
Shade gained an early advantage, but Victoria turned the tide while outside the ring. Shade and Victoria delivered a double clothesline as Shade exploded out of the corner. Shade recovered and beat Victoria with a Russian leg sweep.
Dick Hutton & Danny Hodge vs. Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams & Ted DiBiase
Hodge pulled double duty as he joined his fellow Oklahoman to take on the formidable duo of Williams and DiBiase. Williams and DiBiase dominated the match and executed multiple tags, keeping their opponents off balance. Williams pinned Hutton after a double football tackle.
Big Van Vader vs. Don Leo Jonathan
Jonathan started out strong and had Vader reeling. Vader recovered and started pounding on Jonathan. The back and forth action was hard hitting throughout, inside and outside the ring. Jonathan kicked out after a RELEASED POWER BOMB, but had just about everything taken out of him which led to Vader beating him with a running body avalanche.
Post match: Vader played to the crowd, who gave the pseudo-hometown-boy a mixed reaction.
