THE SUDDEN APPEARANCE OF PARALYZE

Suddenly and without notice, an alternate universe PARALYZE has appeared on Kronos with Spike and the Gladiators of Aethra.

What makes the arrival of Paralyze especially disturbing is that the portal to Kronos remains broken and inoperable. Wherever in space and time Paralyze came from, he did not cross over through the portal to Kronos. So where did he come from? Spike isn’t talking, only offering his trademark smirk.

This mysterious and defiant move by the Gladiators has caught the ire of Solaris, who warns Spike of grave consequences for breaking the travel laws to and from Kronos. Will Solaris become an unofficial member of the Gladiator Hunters and join Ultimatum to help even up the odds and counter the arrival of Paralyze?

Paralyze doesn’t say much. He is fiercely loyal to Spike, and willing to do all of his bidding. Paralyze wrestles in singles action, maiming opponents with PARALYZER. But he’s extremely versatile, subbing into tag and trios matches effortlessly. When Paralyze isn’t assisting the Aethrans inside of the ring, he is watching their backs acting as a bodyguard at ringside.

Paralyze does it all. Will his addition to the team tip the scales in favor of the Gladiators in their war on Kronos versus the Gladiator Hunters?

Note: In tag and trios matches, PARALYZER (+4) becomes TEAM PARALYSIS (+5) tag. TEAM PARALYSIS is an assisted PARALYZER, where Paralyze’s tag team partner helps perform the move, making it even more dangerous.

Just to be clear, for those of us like me, who is not able to attend in person or virtually, but went ahead and plunked down the $$ for a virtual ticket for the Con exclusive cards... This is the COTG entry? If so, I'm glad I bought that ticket :-D

So Paralyze’s story is a great new mystery and storyline that will eventually result in a huge payoff. Very excited to have Paralyze on Kronos. He’s one of my favorite Gladiators for a multitude of reasons.

Kronos Paralyze is a mash-up of his rookie card (2119), his prime card (2125) and his final bodyguard card. He is strapped with PARALYZER (+4) that converts to a powerful (+5) tag finisher that works in both tag and trios matches, three (trios tag) and a hearty 7 Distractor Rating, making Paralyze super versatile in every situation. Paralyze is the Swiss Army knife of the Gladiators on Aethra.

Already had some promoters at GCON tell me their plans to team him with Torment, and some others tell me they’ll put him with Category Five. Can’t wait to see how he does in both teams.

Swarm , that art is sick! If I played Kronos this would make me want to dive in. I do not, but I am excited from those who can benefit from it!
