LWF Legacy of Gold 1.13 The show opened with a recap of War of the Titans. The following matches were announced for LWF Legacy of Gold presents The Proving Ground: Kurt Angle vs. Vader - Two out of Three Falls Match for the LWF World Heavyweight title The British Bulldogs vs. The Fabulous Ones - LWF Tag Team title match Gorilla Monsoon vs. Sputnik Monroe - LWF Continental title match
Before the opening match, Tommy Rich got on the mic and said he and Dutch have newfound respect for the British Bulldogs and the fans of the LWF after War of the Titans and were going to try to earn their respect in return in the coming weeks.
1. Rich & Mantell vs. PG-13 Dutch and JC Ice started the match. Dutch took the fight to Ice and hit the Double Dutch Clutch for a two count. Dutch tagged in Rich. Rich hit a cross body block for a two count. Rich nailed Ice with an uppercut and locked on the Wildfire Sleeper for the win.
Winners - Rich & Mantell by submission
After the match, The Midnight Express attacked Rich & Mantell from behind. As Eaton and Lane put the boots to Rich & Mantell, Cornette got on the mic and berated Rich & Mantell as security made their way down to stop the attack.
2. Sputnik Monroe vs. Keith Steinborn Sputnik tortured Steinborn with illegal tactics, saying “This is you, Gorillla!” into the camera, before finally hitting the neckbreaker for the win.
Winner - Sputnik Monroe by pinfall
3. Thunderbolt Patterson vs. The Grappler Patterson and The Grappler battled back and forth. Patterson got the upper hand and drilled Grappler with a right uppercut for a two count. Patterson hit a Head Butt for the win.

As the participants made their way down to the ring for the main event, it was announced Tommy Rich will be wrestling Bobby Eaton in next week’s main event.
4. Frank Gotch vs. Killer Kowalski Kowalski caught Gotch at the opening bell and body slammed him for a two count. Kowalski locked on the Kowalski Claw but Gotch fought his way out of the hold. Kowalski whirled Gotch with the giant swing and covered him for the win.

LWF Legacy of Gold 1.14 The show opened with a recap of last week and announced that Johnny Valentine vs. Killer Kowalski has been added to the next big event, LWF Legacy of Gold Presents The Proving Ground, along with Tommy Rich & Dutch Mantell vs. The Midnight Express.
1. Don Leo Jonathan vs. Tony Anthony Anthony tried getting in Jonathan’s face at the opening bell but DLJ rocked him with a head butt and went on the attack. DLJ hoisted Anthony up in the Mormon Swing but the Dirty White Boy wouldn’t give up. Anthony rallied but DLJ shut him down and got the win with the Mormon Swing.
Winner - Don Leo Jonathan by submission
2. Idol & Hansen vs. The Moondogs Hansen and Rex started the match. Hansen and Rex traded the advantage back and forth. Hansen tagged in Idol. Idol struggled but took Rex down and locked on the Las Vegas Leglock. Hansen plowed Spot off the apron as Rex tapped out.
Winners - Idol & Hansen by submission
3. Billy Wicks vs. Johnny Mantell Mantell had the early advantage but Wicks got some momentum going and worked on Mantell’s neck. Mantell rolled out of the ring and ambushed Wicks on the floor. Wicks recovered and locked on the double wristlock but Mantell escaped the hold. Mantell made a comeback but Wicks turned things around and locked on the crossface headlock. Mantell made it to the ropes. Wicks hit a waistlock suplex for the win.
Winner - Billy Wicks by pinfall
After the match, Wicks got on the mic and said he was impressed by Don Leo Jonathan but bet he could make the Mormon Giant tap out and challenged him to a match at Proving Ground.
4. Tommy Rich vs. Bobby Eaton Eaton took control at the opening bell and quickly had Rich on his back. Rich rolled out of the ring and Eaton came out after him, slamming him into the guard rail. Eaton rolled him back into the ring and hit the Alabama Jam but it wasn’t enough to put Rich away. Eaton hit a slick top rope elbow and again only got a two count. Eaton argued with the referee and went to the top rope. Rich wobbled to his feet and Eaton went for a crossbody block but Rich rolled through and hooked the leg for a two count. Eaton rolled out of the ring to regroup and Rich went out after him, slamming him into the ring steps. Rich rolled Eaton back in and hit a piledriver for a two count. Rich nailed Eaton with a vertical suplex and covered him. Dennis Condrey slid under the bottom rope and nailed Rich with the tennis racket. The referee ordered Condrey and Jim Cornette to the back. Eaton hit the Alabama Jam and covered Rich as the referee’s back was turned. Dutch Mantell entered the ring and attached Eaton with the bullwhip, earning the DQ.
Winner - Bobby Eaton by DQ
JIm Cornette and Dennis Condrey returned to ringside and the five men battled in the ring as the show went off the air.

LWF Legacy of Gold 1.15 The show opened with a recap of last week and announced that Billy Wicks will take on Don Leo Jonathan at LWF Legacy of Gold presents The Proving Ground.
1. Jerry Lynn vs. Tracy Smothers Smothers took the advantage at the opening bell and dominated Lynn, hitting a jawjacker for a two count. Lynn made a comeback and hit a DDT for a two count. Lynn hit a German Suplex and Smothers barely got his shoulder up before the three count. Lynn hit a second German Suplex but Smothers kicked out again! Lynn hit two more German Suplexes and Smothers kicked out! Smothers recovered and knocked Lynn senseless with a wheel kick. Smothers hit a moonsault bodyblock for a two count. Lynn wobbled to his feet and Smothers nailed him with a slingshot dropkick! Smothers made the cover but Lynn kicked out. Lynn recovered and hit the sunset flip power bomb for the win.
Winner - Jerry Lynn by pinfall
The crowd gave both men a standing ovation after the match. Lynn got on the mic and said he’d wrestle Smothers again any time and shook his hand. The two men walked to the back together.
2. Midnight Express vs. The Taylors Condrey and Chaz started the match. Chaz and Condrey battled back and forth. Chaz made the mistake of trying to fight on the outside and Condrey slammed him into the ring steps. The referee threatened to disqualify Condrey but Cornette got into his face. The Midnights double teamed Chaz behind the referee’s back. Condrey and Eaton hit the suplex across the knee for a two count. Eaton and Condrey hit the Midnight Massacre for the win.
Winners - The Midnight Express by pinfall
3. Bob Backlund vs. Don Curtis Curtis unloaded early on but Backlund rallied and hit a rolling backbridge for a two count. Curt made a comeback but Backlund turned things around and rolled him up with another rolling backbridge for a two count. Backlund hoisted Curtis up and hit an atomic drop for a two count. Curtis made a comeback and hit a jumping knee smash for a two count. Curtis locked on the sleeper for the victory.
Winner - Don Curtis by submission
As the participants in the main event were introduced, the announce team noted that the British Bulldogs are closing in on the record of 20 successful title defenses of the LWF World Heavyweight title held by the Road Warriors.
4. Dynamite Kid vs. Steve Keirn Dynamite tore into Keirn, kicking and stomping him. Dynamite hit the snap suplex and nailed Keirn with a big diving head butt for the win.
Winner - Dynamite Kid by pinfall.
After the match, Dynamite grabbed the mic from Gary Michael Capetta and said the Bulldogs were going to defeat the Fabulous Ones and anyone the LWF wanted to throw at them. He said there was one team at the top of the mountain that the Bulldogs wanted to wrestle: The Road Warriors!
Dynamite threw down the mic and walked down the aisle as the show went off the air.

LWF Legacy of Gold Presents The Proving Ground 1. Gorilla Monsoon vs. Sputnik Monroe - LWF Continental title match Monroe tore into Monsoon at the opening bell, slamming and raking him before kicking him in the face, knocking him to the mat. Monsoon made a comeback but it was short lived. Monroe choked him on the ropes, wearing him down. Monroe hit a neckbreaker for the win.
Winner - Sputnik Monroe by pinfall. Monroe is the new LWF Continental champion
2. Rich & Mantell vs. The Midnight Express Dutch and Eaton started the match. Eaton and Mantell grappled back and forth. Eaton got the upper hand and the Midnight hit the double goozle. Condrey hit the face first leg sweep but Dutch kicked out. Condrey hit a second face first leg sweep but Tommy Rich made the save. Condrey and Dutch battled on the outside. Condrey got the the worst end of it and Dutch tagged in Tommy Rich. Rich hit the Thesz Press for a two count. Rich hit a second Thesz Press and tagged in Dutch. Dutch hit a backbreaker and made the cover. Eaton tried to make the save, bringing in Tommy Rich. The referee lost control and disqualified both teams.
WInners - No contest
3. Billy Wicks vs. DLJ Wicks looked impressive early on but DLJ overwhelmed him with his power. DLJ wore Wicks down with a giant swing. Jonathan hoisted Wicks up in the Mormon Swing for the win.

5. The British Bulldogs vs. The Fabulous Ones - LWF Tag Team title match Davey and Stan Lane started the match. Davey overpowered Lane but the Fabs turned things around with a double elbow smash and a double hamstring pull. Lane nailed Davey with a savate kick for a two count. Lane hit a gutwrench for a near fall. Dynamite paced back and forth on the apron. Davey revered the momentum and the Bulldogs hit the Tower of London on Lane for a two count. Dynamite rocked Lane with a diving head butt but Keirn made the save. Dynamite hit another diving head butt and tagged in Davey. Davey hit a missile dropkick and the Fabulous Ones switched places while the referee’s back was turned. The Fabulous Ones hit the double hamstring pull and Lane covered Davey, bringing in Dynamite and Keirn. Dynamite suplexed Lane out of his shoes and rolled Davey on top for the three count.
Winners - The British Bulldogs by pinfall, their 16th successful defense.
As the Bulldogs celebrated in the ring, Ironman by Black Sabbath played and the crowd erupted…
… only to start booing loudly when the Midnight Express attacked The Bulldogs and the Fabulous Ones from behind with chairs. Security hit the ring and the crowd pelted the Midnight Express and Jim Cornette with trash as they were escorted out.
6. Kurt Angle vs. Vader - Two out of Three Falls Match for the LWF World Heavyweight title Vader bulldozed Angle at the opening bell but Angle rocked out of the corner and went on the attack. Angle and Vader battled back and forth. Vader hit a power body slam for a two count. Vader hit a released power bomb for a two count. Angle and Vader battled on the outside and Angle hit a belly to belly on the concrete. Angle manhandled Vader back into the ring and hit a German suplex for a two count. Angle hit the Olympic Slam to claim the first fall.
Angle hit a German suplex to start the second fall but Vader battled back. Angle hit another Olympic Slam for the win.
Winner - Kurt Angle by pinfall, his first successful LWF World Heavyweight title defense

LWF Legacy of Gold 1.16 The show opened with a recap of The Proving Ground and announced two matches for the next big event, LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Midnight Massacre: The British Bulldogs will defend the LWF World Tag Team titles against the Midnight Express Sputnik Monroe will defend the LWF Continental title against Don Curtis.
It was also announced that this Tuesday, there will be a special event called Tuesday Night Tussle. The event will feature a one night, four man mini-tournament to determine who will face Kurt Angle for the LWF World Heavyweight title at LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Midnight Massacre. The participants will be Johnny Valentine, Frank Gotch, Don Leo Jonathan,and Gorilla Monsoon.
1. Lanny Poffo vs. Tony Anthony Anthony mauled Poffo early on but Lanny got the better of him on the floor. Lanny hit the Sky Drop for a two count. Anthony made a comeback and hit the Bucksnort Blaster for a two count. Lanny fired back and locked Anthony in a sleeper, wearing him down. Anthony made a comeback but couldn’t keep the momentum for long. Lanny and Anthony battled back and forth. Anthony hit a side backbreaker for a two count. Anthony hit another side backbreaker for the win.
Winner - Tony Anthony by pinfall
2. Idol & Hansen vs. The Taylors Idol and Chaz started the match. Chaz caught Idol with a sunset flip for a two count. Idol came back and clotheslined Chaz for a near fall. Idol whipped Chaz out to the floor but Chaz fired up and got the best of him. Chaz tagged in Tugboat. Tugboat hit the anchor drop on Idol for a two count. Tugboat and Idol battled out the outside and Austin Idol came out on top. Idol locked on the Las Vegas Leglock but Tugboat made it to the ropes. Idol tagged in Hansen. Hansen smashed Tugboat with the lariat for the win.

After the match, Austin Idol got on the mic and said he and Hansen wanted some real competition and challenged any team in the LWF to meet them at Midnight Massacre.
3. Bob Backlund vs. Les Thatcher Backlund and Thatcher grappled back and forth. Backlund rolled up Thatcher with a small package for a two count. Backlund hit a backbreaker for a two count. Backlund caught Thatcher in the crossface chickenwing for the win.

As the two teams made their way to ringside for the main event, it was announced that the Fabulous Ones have accepted the challenge of Austin Idol and Stan Hansen and will face them at Midnight Massacre.
The Midnight Express came down to the ring wearing Road Warrior face paint with Jim Cornette laughing all the way.

Mantell and Eaton battled outside the ring while Rich and Condrey battled inside the ring. Dutch suplexed Bobby on the concrete and Jim Cornette had to help Eaton beat the count. Eaton made a comeback and tagged in Condrey. Dutch nailed Condrey with the Double Dutch Clutch for a two count and tagged in Tommy Rich. Rich and Condrey battled on the outside.
Rich made a comeback and hit a Thesz Press for a two count. Rich hit a piledriver and Condrey rolled out of the ring. Vader made his way down the aisle and took a spot next to Jim Cornette. Condrey and Rich brawled on the outside.Rich threw Condrey back in the ring and hit another Thesz Press. The referee was about to count three when Vader dragged him outside and clotheslined him. The time keeper went ahead and rang the bell.
WInners - Rich & Mantell by DQ
Vader and the Midnight Express beat down Rich and Mantell. While the Midnights hit double team moves on Rich, Vader power bombed Mantell twice on the concrete. Security and paramedics hit the ring as the show went off the air.
