LWF Legacy of Gold 1.28 The show opened with a recap of LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Night of Champions. It was announced that the British Bulldogs are headed home to Calgary for some rest and relaxation and will be back in a few weeks. It was also announced that Kurt Angle will defend the LWF World Heavyweight title against Johnny Valentine and new LWF World Tag Team Champions The Fabulous Ones will wrestle The Brisco Brothers at the next big event, LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Valentine’s Day Massacre. Stranger Lewis will defend the LWF Continental belt against the winner of Tonight’s Main Event, Jerry Lynn vs. Konnan!
1. Dutch Mantell vs. Keith Steinborn Steinborn punched dutch in the face at the opening bell but Dutch took control and planted him and hit the jumping knee drop. Steinborn rallied but it soon became clear Dutch was toying with him. Dutch nailed Steinborn with the short arm clothesline for the win.
Winner - Dutch Mantell by pinfall
After the match, Dutch got on the stick and said he left Tommy Rich behind at LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Night of Champions to teach him a lesson. When he’s able, Dutch said he’d teach Tommy another lesson in the middle of the ring. In the mean time, Dutch said Vader and Stan Hansen are going to teach Dutch Savage and The Spoiler to butt into other people’s business if Savage and Spoiler are man enough.
2. PG-13 vs. The Mulkeys Wolfie and Bill started the match. Bill went for a monkey flip and Wolfie D blocked it and hit a back suplex. PG-13 hit the Tilt a Whirl for the win.
Winners - PG-13 by pinfall
After the match, JC Ice got on the mic and said PG-13 was tired of fighting never will bes like The Mulkeys and wanted to face the Road Warriors, calling them washed-up hasbeens.
3. Dan Spivey vs. Bill Dundee Spivey and Dundee battled back and forth. Dundee worked on Spivey’s knees with the Indian Deathlock and hit the Superstar Bomb for a two count. Spivey battled back and hit a tilt-a-whirl slam for a two count. Spivey and Dundee battled back and forth. Dundee hit a jumping knee drop for the win.
Winner - Bill Dundee by pinfall
Before the main event, Kurt Angle was interviewed in the back. He said it was plain he wasn’t safe from sneak attacks so he’s brought another Olympic hero to the LWF to watch his back. Mark Henry walked into view next to Kurt Angle and told the LWF superstars to watch out.
4. Jerry Lynn vs. Konnan for a shot at the LWF Continental title Konnan had the upper hand early on but Lynn took cover after a battle on the outside. Lynn hit the cradle piledriver for a two count. Lynn hit a DDT for another near fall. Lynn hit a sunset flip power bomb but Konnan kicked out again! Konnan rallied but Lynn shut him down and hit a guillotine leg drop for the win.
Winner - Jerry Lynn by pinfall. Jerry Lynn will wrestle Stranger Lewis for the LWF Continental belt at Legacy of Gold Presents Valentine’s Day Massacre.

Nice little win for the Superstar there. He wins when I don't want him to. Maybe I'll team him with Dutch Mantell so they can turn on each other after they fight Tommy Rich and the partner he turns on.

LWF Legacy of Gold 1.29 The show opened with a recap of last week. It was announced that Dutch Savage & The Spoiler will take on Vader & Hansen at the next big event, LWF Legacy of Gold Presents Valentine’s Day Massacre. The Road Warriors vs. PG-13 and a rematch between Bill Dundee and Dan Spivey have also been added to the card.
Tonight’s main event will be a preview when Savage wrestles Hansen one on one with Vader and the Spoiler banned from the building! It was also announced that Blackjack Mulligan has challenged Mark Henry to a match next week, saying he’ll go through Henry to get another crack at Angle.
1. Nick Bockwinkel vs. Jake Milliman Bockwinkel made short work of Milliman, dropping him with a back suplex and locking on the figure four for the quick submission victory.
Winner - Nick Bockwinkel by submission
Bockwinkel said he was told that there were no more open spots for Valentine’s Day Massacre so he’d be carving out his spot on the next big event soon.
2. The Poffos vs. The Moondogs Angelo and Rex started the match. The Moondogs double teamed Angelo in the corner. Spot hit an elbow smash off the top for a two count. Spot went to the top again but Angelo got his knees up and covered him for a two count. Angelo drilled Spot with a neckbreaker for a two count and tagged in Lanny. Lanny hit the Sky Drop but Rex made the save. Lanny hit a second Sky Drop and tagged Angelo back in. Spot made a comeback and tagged in Rex. Angelo and Rex battled back and forth. Angelo rolled him up in a small package for a two count and tagged in Lanny. Lanny hit the Sky Drop for a two count. Lanny hit a crossbody from the top for a two count. Lanny and Rex battled on the outside. Lanny hit the Sky Drop from the apron to the floor. Rex was counted out.

3. Austin Idol vs. Brickhouse Brown Idol went on the offensive early on and nailed Brown with the jumping knee smash for a two count. Idol hit an elbow drop and followed it up with a piledriver for the win.
Winner - Austin Idol by pinfall
Austin Idol grabbed the mic after the match and said Nick Bockwinkel was a loser and Austin Idol was a winner who deserved to be in the main event on every wrestling show.
4. Dutch Savage vs. Stan Hansen The two big brawlers tore into each other at the opening bell. Savage got the upper hand and whipped Hansen to the ropes but The Lariat bulldozed him with a shoulder block and whipped him into the buckles. The two men collided and tumbled out of the ring. Savage regained control after a wild brawl on the outside. Savage hit a thumb to the throat but had trouble following up on it. Savage hit a belly to back suplex for a two count. Savage and Hansen battled on the floor again, the referee warning them to keep the action in the ring. Savage nailed Hansen with the thumb to the throat and Hansen rolled out of the ring ot regroup.
Hansen ambushed Savage as he was coming through the ropes and slammed his head into the apron. Hansen scooped up Savage and hit the Borger Body Slam for the win.

LWF Legacy of Gold 1.30 1. Hugh Morris vs. Tracy Smothers Morris bulldozed Smothers at the opening bell. Morris went to the top for No Laughing Matter but Smothers hit a low blow and power bombed him into the ring. Morris and Smothers battled back and forth. Smothers hit the Jawjacker for a two count. Smothers had trouble following up on it but managed to flattened Morris with a wheel kick and hit another Jawjacker for a two count. Morris made a comeback but wasted time with his laughing antics. Smothers regained control and hit a third Jawjacker for the win.
Winner - Tracy Smothers by pinfall
2. The Taylors vs. The Varsity Club Chaz and Rotunda started the match. Rotunda ground Chaz down with amateur maneuvers and hit the butterfly suplex for a two count. Rotunda tagged in Dr. Death. Doc press slammed Chaz and covered him. Rotunda held off Tugboat while the referee made the three count.
Winners - The Varsity Club by pinfall
3. Jerry Brisco vs. Stan Lane Brisco out wrestled Lane early on but couldn’t keep him down for long. The two men grappled back and forth. The match spilled out of the ring and Lane appeared to hurt his knee. Brisco rolled him back into the ring and locked on the figure four but Lane was able to fight to the ropes. Lane made a comeback but couldn’t keep the momentum going. His knee gave out and Brisco locked on the Boston Crab. Lane looked to be near tapping out but made it to the ropes. Brisco used a lateral guillotine but Lane kicked out again. Brisco locked on the figure four again and Lane quickly submitted.
WInner - Jerry Brisco by submission
Jerry kept Lane in the figure four until the referee threatened to disqualify him. Steve Keirn came from the back in street clothes and confronted Brisco. Officials came from the back and separated the two men.
4. Blackjack Mulligan vs. Mark Henry The two big men battled back and forth. Mulligan nailed Henry with a lariat for a two count. Mulligan hit a lariat on the outside that tumbled Henry over the barrier and into the crowd. Henry barely beat the count back into the ring. Mulligan adjusted the glove and clamped on the Blackjack Claw! Henry quickly tapped out.
Winner - Blackjack Mulligan by submission.
As Mulligan celebrated, Henry bulldozed him from behind. Henry press slammed Mulligan over his head and dropped over the top rope, sending him crashing through the announce table as the show went off the air.

LWF Legacy of Gold Presents The Valentine’s Day Massacre 1. Strangler Lewis vs. Jerry Lynn - LWF Continental Title match Lewis and Lynn went toe to toe right out of the gate. Lynn threw his best stuff at Lewis but the Strangler kept coming. Lewis got the upper hand after a battle on the floor. Lewis hit the Strangler’s Headlock but Lynn got his shoulder up. Lewis locked on the double wristlock but Lynn escaped the hold. Lewis hit a second Strangler’s Headlock but it wasn’t enough to put Lynn away. Lewis hit a third Strangler’s Headlock for a two count. Lewis switched gears and hit the bear hug power bomb but it wasn’t enough to put Lynn away. Lewis hit a fourth Strangler’s Headlock for the win.
Winner - Strangler Lewis by pinfall, his third successful defense of the LWF Continental title
2. Dutch Savage & The Spoiler vs. Vader & Hansen Spoiler and Hansen started the match. Spoiler and Hansen battled back and forth. Hansen hit the Borger Body Slam for a two count. Hansen hit a power bomb and tagged in Vader. Vader hit a front slam for a two count. Vader hit a Vader Bomb for a two count and threw the Spoiler to the outside. The Spoiler smashed Vader with a chair and manhandled him back into the ring. Spoiler locked on the bionic claw but Vader was able to fight his way out of it. Spoiler hit the rope walk and splash and tagged in Savage. Vader and Dutch battled all over the ring area. Vader got the upper hand and hit a front slam for a two count. Vader tagged in Hansen. Dutch and Hansen battled back and forth. Dutch hit a thumb to the throat but Hansen rolled him up after a missed turnbuckle charge for a two count. Hansen plowed Savage with the Lariat for the win.
Winners - Vader & Hansen by pinfall
3. Bill Dundee vs. Dan Spivey Spivey overpowered Dundee in the opening minutes but Dundee turned things around and hit a Superstar Bomb for a two count. Dundee locked Spivey in the sleeperhold but Spivey made it to the ropes. Dundee hit the flying fist drop for the win.

4. PG-13 vs. The Road Warriors JD Ice and Hawk started the match. Ice slapped Hawk and danced and Hawk proceeded to unload on Ice for several minutes. The Road Warriors hit the Doomsday Device for the win.

After the match, Hawk grabbed the mic and said the Road Warriors didn’t come back to the LWF to sit on the sidelines. Hawk said the Road Warriors would take on any team, any time. Officials herded the Road Warriors to the back so the main events could get underway.
5. The Fabulous Ones vs. The Briscos - LWF World Tag Team title match Steve Keirn and Jerry Brisco started the match. Keirn lit into Brisco and locked on the figure four but Jerry escaped the hold. Brisco made a comeback and hit the Oklahoma sideroll for a two count. Jerry tagged in Jack and the former LWF World Heavyweight champion entered the ring. Jack locked on the figure four but Keirn escaped the hold. Brisco and Keirn fought on the outside and Keirn came out on top. Keirn hit the hot shot for a two count and tagged in Stan Lane. Lane hit a flurry of karate kicks for a two count. Lane drilled Jack with a Savate Kick and made the cover. Keirn nailed Jerry with the Fabulous Forearm as the referee made the three count.
Winners - The Fabulous Ones by pinfall, their first successful defense of the LWF World Tag Team titles
6. Kurt Angle with Mark Henry vs. Johnny Valentine - LWF World Heavyweight title match Valentine had the upper hand early on but Angle turned things around and hit a big German suplex. Angle hit a moonsault for a two count. Angle hit a couple overhead belly to belly suplexes and another German suplex. Angle hit the Olympic Slam but Valentine kicked out. Angle threw Valentine out to the floor and the two men battled around the ring area. Valentine grabbed the LWF World Heavyweight title belt from the time keeper and locked Angle with it. The referee saw it and called for the bell.
Winner - Kurt Angle by DQ, his first successful defense of the LWF World Heavyweight title

Go Vader and Hansen. Angle took it on the chin but at least the referee saw it. I really want a long reign out of Angle. If the belt becomes a hot potato, I might have to bring Gama or Inoki in.
