If HUMAN COMBUSTION is rolled, is hurt referee chart used as well? Not officially. But that’s a fun idea. You could also assume the original ref is burned and replaced by a back up for the PIN. |

I would assume the referee would be wearing protective gear anytime they step in the ring to officiate a match with Blazing Holocaust, so I'd play normally. That's off of a story I did way back when for Blazing Skull where the referees were all threatening to quit because his matches were too dangerous. So the GWF had them all wearing these full protective suits and helmets for the matches.
