That Baba is incredible. The LJN characters were always my favorite. Never got into any other type of figures. To this day I enjoy looking at them. The story behind those big rubber figures is a good one. They were just prototypes. Never intended to be big rubber figures like that. Instead they were intended to be the much smaller “bendy” figures that came out later and after the chunky big ones. The story is the toy company guys loved the big clunky rubber prototypes so much they just went with it.
Edit: Maybe that’s Baba, not Inoki? Awesome either way.

It's Baba. They are all a lot of fun. I have crazy good memories in regards to LJN figures. I had these twin bros Billy & Bryan who lived on the street behind me growing up. They had them all. Even the rare super hard to find ones. One time they got grounded for something and couldn’t come out to play so I just sat in their window as they showed me their new figures lol. I used to stalk the poor workers at Toys R Us, calling everyday and making them look in the back for certain figures until they found them lol. God Bless their patient hearts. One time they brought out every box they had until I found a King Kong Bundy. To this day I remember that whole scene perfectly.

Sinn Bodhi brought a display of his customs to the CAC one year. They were incredible.

Anybody know when they are starting to accept payments for the Wolf custom figures? ............ First, yeah, Sinn Bohdi does great work. Very stylistic figures instead of the straight "try to make them look like they came directly from 1986" style. Is that a real thing or a joke? Because I've had that idea in mind for...like three decades. In this world of 3D printing and kit bashing, it actually would not be that hard for someone with skill to either get a good 3D printed static figure made or 3D print heads to scale to put on existing bucks (action figure bodies, like Mattel or whatever). I've done a little bit of that, but some of the work I see on Instagram is fantastic. check out @ tom_veg_ on IG for great 3D printed sculpts (I made a pair of Young Stallions figures using heads he printed).

Todd mentioned it at Galacticon. I am just interested in hearing more and have my money ready!
