I think the Space-Croppers lucked out with that championship. I was also experimenting with a rule that the tag teams start with their lowest PIN rating and only switch out voluntarily when they have enough fatigue to equal with their team mate's PIN. Defensive tags are still always attempted regardless. With my time spent playing since though, I've fallen back to just rolling randomly on who starts the match, and they wouldn't keep tagging offensively unless they have performed at least 5 (offensive) moves and it makes sense to switch out. We'll see if their luck holds out when they defend their title at the end of April 2087

Space Croppers did briefly hold my Tag Belts and the nice thing in 87 was that it wasn't strange. After 87, they never won them again (or the IP Tag Belts I used for a bit in 90)

Here we go with the next card the week after the new GWF Champion and Tag Team Champions were crowned. It was a busy week for the federation with a handful of matches held throughout the week in an equal number of venues around the galaxy. Match Notes: Not a very exciting fight. 0 fatigue.

Pulsar vs. Vanity
Vanity defeated Pulsar with a pin after flying fist drop at 0:30
Match Rating: 0.10
Match Notes: In less than a minute, Vanity opened the fight with a body slam then dropping in with a perfect flying fist that sealed Pulsar's fate.

Ghengis Khan vs. Executioner
Executioner defeated Ghengis Khan with a counted out of ring at 4:48
Match Rating: 1.00

Neptunian Space-Croppers vs. Killer Queen & Vanity
This match ended in a draw (double disqualification for both teams) at 16:06
Match Rating: 4.25
Match Notes: This was a roller coaster ride with both teams utilizing their pin saves to the fullest. The last pin save, when Beast-Rider started his BULLDOG RIDE on Vanity, had both Killer Queen and Renegade busting into the ring and causing a chaotic brawl. The referee disqualified both teams. No winners for this match.

Renegade vs. Pit Viper
Renegade defeated Pit Viper with a double knee lift at 8:12

Match Notes: Good match with lots of moves performed by either side including their own finishers.

Commander Sam vs. Proteus
Proteus defeated Commander Sam with an OVERHEAD TOSS at 8:18

Match Notes: Pretty standard fight with Proteus throwing the old American around the ring. 3 total fatigue: all Commander Sam's

Killer Queen vs. Actagon
Actagon defeated Killer Queen with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 5:12

Match Notes: Killer Queen submits after three continuous rounds of GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP. Actagon maintained it until the Queen tapped out.

Exo-King vs. Invincible Krakan
Invincible Krakan defeated Exo-King with an into the turnbuckle reversal pin at 3:48
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Lots of reversals and back and forth between the two wrestlers, until Exo-King threw Krakan into the turnbuckle and misjudged his charge, as Krakan moved out of the way and pinned Exo-King as he rebounded to the mat stunned.

Greek Gods vs. Gladiators of Aethra
Actagon defeated Brute with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 20:06
Match Rating: 4.50
Match Notes: This was an awesome match between two contenders for the Tag Team Champion belts. Massacre tried to interfere at the end when a bloody Actagon wrapped his GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP around an equally bloody Brute, but Proteus stepped in to cut him off. One of the best tag team matches of the season! 12 total fatigue: Brute - 5; - Actagon - 4; Proteus - 2; Massacre - 1

Massacre vs. Brute
Massacre defeated Brute with a DECAPITATOR at 8:30
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Excellent show by the two Gladiators of Aethra. Massacre smartly weathered down his opponent and pinned a bloody Brute after several attempts at finishing him. Total 5 fatigue: all Brute's

Wolf vs. Lord Nexus
Wolf defeated Lord Nexus with a disqualification (out of ring brawl) at 2:18
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: Wolf kept throwing the Flying Titan out of the ring, until a final brawl outside disqualified Lord Nexus.

Massif vs. Comrade Terror
Massif defeated Comrade Terror with a VOLCANIC DROP at 1:48
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: The fight started with both wrestlers countering each others' moves until Massif finally got a headlock on Comrade Terror. Massif flinged the Comrade into the turnbuckle but ran straight into Terror's knees. Comrade attempt a double knee lift that Massif managed to turn around with a head butt, knocking the Cygnan to the mat! From there it's just a single VOLCANIC DROP and the fight is done.

Star Warrior vs. Thantos
Star Warrior defeated Thantos with a disqualification (slamming Star Warrior into announcer's table out of ring) at 3:00
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: This was an action-packed match for almost 3 minutes, then Thantos had to slam Star Warrior outside the ring, breaking the announcer's table, and got disqualified for it. The feud between the former tag team partners and now leader of opposing sides of the Galaxian Wrestling Federation intensifies. The fans are disappointed; many are calling this fight "a good teaser but we want to see the real thing NOW."

The newer sets are indeed great, btw. I picked up 2119 online so far and I'm loving it. Haven't posted about that alternate future fed yet since I'm feeling guilty like 2087 is my wife lol. But just between the two of us, She Devil just won the Women's Championship XD I'll have to look up my notes who got the Heavyweight and Tag Team belts though. Their names escape me at the moment.

Match Notes: Pretty good fight with a lot of trading moves between the two. Omega was in trouble for a while, and was already bleeding when he pulled off that TOMAHAWK THRUST after knocking Beast-Rider down.

Ghengis Khan vs. Pulsar
Ghengis Khan defeated Pulsar with a deadly throat chop at 0:54
Match Rating: 0.10
Match Notes: Ghengis Khan started off with a front face lock, dazing Pulsar. Ghengis then threw the Titan into the ropes, both of them double clotheslining and crashing onto the mat. Ghengis recovered first, delivered a deadly karate chop that ended the match. All in under a minute.

Commander Sam vs. Pit Viper
Commander Sam defeated Pit Viper with an abdominal stretch at 10:24
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: We get treated to some nice back-and-forth one-move-countering-the-other action until finally, Commander Sam pins Pit Viper for the win.

Exo-King vs. Killer Queen
Exo-King defeated Killer Queen with a DEATH VISE at 5:48
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: GWF fans are suspicious that this match was cooked: the results equalize both Exo-King's and Killer Queen's win-loss at 1-0. Total 1 fatigue: Killer Queen's.

Beast-Rider defeated Brute with a Cropper Slam at 7:42
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: The Neptunian Space-Croppers prove once again why and how they beat the Gladiators from Aethra back in Galaxian reBuild and claimed the Tag Team Champion belts. Excellent work by Beast-Rider inspite of all the punishment the Gladiators dished out. The Gladiators vow revenge as Brute limps away supported by Massacre.

Lord Nexus vs. Brute
Lord Nexus defeated Brute with a TITAN DROP at 10:36
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: Really fun and exciting match. Lord Nexus seems to be triggered that the match was lasting too long as he rained down a seemingly endless barrage of TITAN DROPS until Brute finally succumbed.

Thantos vs. Comrade Terror
Thantos defeated Comrade Terror with a disqualification (using steel chair outside ring) at 5:24
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Non-title match. Thantos sneered as Comrade Terror tried to rip the chair in frustration and walks off in a huff. Should we start calling him TAUNT-os? Total 2 fatigue: all Thantos'

Mutant vs. Death Knight
Death Knight defeated Mutant with a COSMIC LANCE at 3:48
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Pretty decisive victory for Death Knight, who controlled most of the match. Mutant got in a couple of moves but he kept wanting to bite Death Knight's head, which is protected by that heavy helm, not to mention that move is pretty useless against someone stronger and can easily fend you off. Total 3 fatigue, all Mutant's

Executioner vs. Vanity
Executioner defeated Vanity with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 2:12
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Executioner maintained control throughout out this short match even though Vanity opened the offensive first. Vanity made the mistake in the first few seconds of the fight to try throwing Executioner into the ropes and set him up with a sunset flip but the headsman managed to roll Vanity up into a pin. It was a downhill battle from there as Executioner attempted his finishing move three times in a row, and as they say, third time's the charm. Total 3 fatigue, all Vanity's.

Greek Gods vs. Killer Queen & Vanity
Proteus defeated Killer Queen with a counted out of ring at 7:12
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Killer Queen took quite a beating between Actagon and Proteus and though Vanity did his best interfering in two pin counts, Vanity was not able to get back in time after Proteus threw him out for the n-th time outside the ring. Total 4 fatigue: all Killer Queen's.

Proteus vs. Renegade
Proteus defeated Renegade with a disqualification (brawling outside the ring) at 4:54
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: Lots of moves being showcases as the fight moved between the two champions of the galaxy. In the end though, Renegade gets disqualified as the two brawled outside the ring. Total 1 fatigue: Renegade's.

Invincible Krakan vs. Actagon
Invincible Krakan defeated Actagon with a backward leg sweep at 10:00
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: It was tough match that the Invincible Krakan won in the end, after 3 failed attempts at pinning Actagon. Total 3 fatigue, all Actagon.

Wolf vs. Massacre
Massacre defeated Wolf with a MASSACRE SLAM at 4:54
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: This match mostly showcased the Gladiatorial moves of the Massacre who screamed he will remind Wolf what he turned his back upon. After a couple of Gladiator Piledrivers and DECAPITATORS, Wolf still stood, bloody yet unbowed, snarling defiance at the Aethran. After a brawl outside the ring that almost disqualified both wrestlers, Massacre dragged Wolf back into the ring and ended the match with his second finisher. Total 4 fatigue: all Wolf's.

Star Warrior vs. Massif
Star Warrior defeated Massif with a NOVA LAUNCH at 8:12
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Match started off with Massif unleashing his heavier moves (does he have anything else?) and we see how these two comrades-in-arms in a clean fight as they choosed not to throw anybody out of the ring and keep it within the ring. None of the two even threw the other into the ropes or the turnbuckle. Total 3 fatigue: all Star Warrior's.

We've got some good matches this week and maybe a couple of duds. Tune back in for the next card where I think the GWF will be traveling to far-off Alphecca Gemma

Beast-Rider defeated Pulsar with a BULLDOG RIDE at 1:54
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: Pretty explosive opening match here: Pulsar blasted in with a failed atomic drop agains the stronger Beast-Rider, who countered with Beast Knee Shuffle for a pin. Pulsar managed to kick out, only to be subjected to BULLDOG RIDE. Beast-Rider was in control for a while until he missed with a kick to the knee and Pulsar took the chance to throw him into the ropes. Beast-Rider still managed to roll Pulsar into a pin though and that's that.

Killer Queen vs. Pit Viper
Killer Queen defeated Pit Viper with a CHECKMATE at 10:48
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: This was a snoozefest that went way too long with the two wrestlers just hovering around L2O. Fortunately, Killer Queen got lucky on a flying knee drop which opened an opportunity to pin PIT VIPER. The Titan kicked out but Queen applied his CHECKMATE a couple of times afterwards to end the match.

Comrade Terror vs. Brute
Brute defeated Comrade Terror with a DECAPITATOR at 7:12
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Despite pulling off some pretty devastating moves, Comrade Terror was unable to even bring Brute down to the mat. Comrade Terror's mistep began with a failed reverse knife edge on the stronger Brute who just countered it with a Gladiator Piledriver that nearly caused a pinfall for the Cygnan. A short time later and a well-place DECAPITATOR ended the match. Total 1 fatigue: Comrade Terror.

Vanity vs. Mutant
Mutant defeated Vanity with a running lariat at 2:12
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: Vanity was only able to get in one attack (unidentified foreign object, which was quickly reversed); Mutant maintained control through the rest of the match

Killer Queen & Vanity vs. Gladiators of Aethra
Vanity defeated Massacre with a disqualification (using steel chair outside ring) at 12:12
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Killer Queen & Vanity took a beating throughout the match (2 fatigue each) and was saved when Massacre threw Vanity outside the ring and went after him with a steel chair outside. The referee won't have any shenanigans and disqualifies the Gladiators of Aethra on the spot!

Actagon vs. Renegade
Actagon defeated Renegade with a flying skullcrusher at 14:00
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: Great match from two members of the hero tag teams. We saw Actagon face off against Beast-Rider last week, so this match with Renegade completes the set of Space-Croppers. Highlight of the match was Actagon performing a deathjump and knocking out the referee! While the referee was knocked out, Renegade managed to pin Actagon twice. The referee woke up in time to see Actagon pin Renegade.

Massif vs. Wolf
Wolf defeated Massif with a face rake at 6:12
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: That face rake from Wolf really messed Massif up. Total 1 fatigue: Wolf's.

Ghengis Khan vs. Omega
Ghengis Khan defeated Omega with a shoulder chop at 0:54
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Pretty quick fight which Ghengis Khan opened by throwing Omega into the ropes and putting him down hard with a running back elbow. A shoulder chop, deadly throat chop, and another shoulder chop in quick succession put Omega down to the mat, ending the match.

Exo-King vs. Commander Sam
Exo-King defeated Commander Sam with an atomic drop at 4:00
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: Commander Sam nearly had this, scoring a pin attempt against Exo-King via his Peacemake Slingshot. Once Exo-King gained the offensive with back-to-back atomic drops, the Commander was soon pinned.

Renegade defeated Actagon with a SPINECRACKER at 2:24
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: This quick fight was over before even Beast-Rider or Proteus got a chance to tag in. Renegade started the fight by attempting to slam Actagon's head into the turnbuckle, quite a feat for the stronger Greek God who retaliated with a flying drop kick and a reverse piledriver that resulted in the Neptunian almost getting a pinfall! The match continued until Renegade knocked Actagon down to the mat with a Cropper Slam followed by a SPINECRACKER. Proteus tried to save his partner but was intercepted by Beast-Rider.

Thantos vs. Lord Nexus
Thantos defeated Lord Nexus with a disqualification (using steel chair outside ring) at 9:42
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: Fans couldn't believe Lord Nexus would stoop to using a steel chair outside the ring, even on Thantos himself. Lord Nexus can be seen seething with rage even after the match, as a sneering Thantos walked past him.

Executioner vs. Death Knight
Executioner defeated Death Knight with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 1:18
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: Executioner made a grand total of 2 wrestling moves, not counting the three times he threw Death Knight outside the ring: he started off with a flying knee drop that almost resulted in a pinfall victory, and finished off with his HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE.

Invincible Krakan vs. Proteus
Invincible Krakan defeated Proteus with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 13:00
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: This was a good fight, with plenty of back and forth between the two combatants. Total 4 fatigue: Krakan 1, Proteus 3.

Star Warrior vs. Massacre
Star Warrior defeated Massacre with a boxing jabs at 5:00
Match Rating: 1.75
Match Notes: Massacre tried to start the match with his flying elbow drop but did not have enough agility against Star Warrior who countered with a hip toss and mostly dominated the rest of the match, finally pinning down the Aethran on his third attempt.

*** [Massacre rolled snake-eyes for that last PIN roll so thanks to throwingtoasters and Travis605 I rolled on the Feud Chart and got a 10. Just great. Now Star Warrior is even further away from claiming the Galaxian Champion belt from Thantos! Hahah I love this development]

After the match, Star Warrior is attacked by Brute! Both Gladiators of Aethra double teamed him with deadly moves, badly hurting our hero! Star Warrior is injured for 2 fight cards, which means he'll lose out on the Galaxian Champion title shot next card! Both Aethrans are also suspended for the same duration, barring both of them from participating in the next 2 cards, and gimping their chances at the Galaxian Tag Team Championship belts...Join us again next week, as our Champions defend their titles. Who will be the next Galaxian Champion and Galaxian Tag Team Champions?

Yeah I hope their luck holds out for a good while yet. Despite what their stats and Rahl rankings indicate. We'll see if they can defend their title in the next card...
