GWF 2087.0427-17 04.26.2087 from Deimos Intergalactic Arena (Deimos Moon, Mars)
The Champions of the Galaxy return to their main Deimos Intergalactic Arena for the monthly title defenses card!
Pit Viper vs. Pulsar Pit Viper defeated Pulsar with a VENOM BLAST at 1:42 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Pulsar tried a failed power slam against the more powerful Pit Viper who countered with a Titan Drop, knocking Pulsar to the mat. Pulsar managed to kick out from getting pinned after 2 VENOM BLASTS so Pit Viper took a deathjump first and then applied a Snake Bite before a third VENOM BLAST finished off the Neptunian. Total 2 fatigue: all Pulsar's
Vanity vs. Comrade Terror Comrade Terror defeated Vanity with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 4:36 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Vanity seemed to have been doomed from the start. He opened with boxing jabs, a power move, against the stronger Comrade Terror, who batted his punches aside before launching a flying skullcrusher. Vanity did manage to get control back when Comrade Terror pushed him into the turnbuckles and caught the charging Terror with lariat as he bounced back. Vanity then threw him into the ropes, and almost got pinned himself! Total 2 fatigue: all Vanity's.
Massif vs. Renegade Massif defeated Renegade with a VOLCANIC DROP at 10:12 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: There was an entertaining alternating flow between the two combatants, but Renegade was pinned after a second application of Massif's VOLCANIC DROP, following an initial application and a power slam.
Commander Sam vs. Omega Commander Sam defeated Omega with a Peacemaker Slingshot at 9:00 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: To Omega's credit, he withstood 3 SAM'S ATOMIC DROPS before he got pinned after a Peacemaker Slingshot connected.
- Tag Team - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Greek Gods Actagon defeated Massacre with a win by default (Gladiators currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Rating: N/A Match Notes: With the Gladiators currently under suspension, this is an easy win for the Greek Gods.
Death Knight vs. Lord Nexus Lord Nexus defeated Death Knight with a TITAN DROP at 3:42 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Death Knight tried to hold out, but couldn't last long against Lord Nexus' relentless wrestling moves especially when he landed that TITAN DROP.
Massacre vs. Proteus Proteus defeated Massacre with a win by default (Massacre currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Notes: After the attack that injured Star Warrior last week, the Gladiators of Aethra, Brute and Massacre, are suspended from fight cards #17 and #18.
Killer Queen vs. Beast-Rider Killer Queen defeated Beast-Rider with a neckbreaker at 0:54 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Nothing to say here. Beast-Rider just mostly standing there taking a beating then getting pinned in barely a minute of wrestling entertainment.
Mutant vs. Brute Mutant defeated Brute with a win by default (Brute currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00
- Tag Team - Neptunian Space-Croppers vs. Killer Queen & Vanity for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Vanity defeated Renegade with a disqualification (brawling outside the ring) at 1:30 Neptunian Space-Croppers retain the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Match Rating: 0.00 Match Notes: Vanity threw Renegade out of the ring early on in the match and the two brawled outside but only Renegade got disqualified. GWF stipulates that only a clean, no-DQ involved victory can cause a change in belt titles so the Space-Croppers are still the Tag Team Champions. Killer Queen is obviously enraged at this decision and challenges the Space Croppers for the belt next card. They just laughed it off; champions only need to defend on the last card of the month after all. KQ & V needs to make sure they are the top contender by card #20 to ensure a shot at that championship belt.
Wolf vs. Actagon Wolf defeated Actagon with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 4:36 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Pretty good match, if a bit on the short side. Actagon managed to get in 3 unsuccessful pin attempts on Wolf before the former Gladiator manages to turn things around with a scorpion death lock and his SAVAGE FACE CLAW.
Exo-King vs. Ghengis Khan Ghengis Khan defeated Exo-King with a TWIN THRUST at 0:54 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Ghengis Khan opened up with a scorpion death lock, knocking Exo-King down to the mat. Ghengis then followed up with TWIN THRUST, ending the match.
Invincible Krakan vs. Executioner Executioner defeated Invincible Krakan with a disqualification (out of ring brawl) at 3:00 Match Rating: 0.00 Match Notes: After Invincible Krakan knocked Executioner down, Executioner rolled out of the ring. Krakan followed and the two started a wild brawl outside. As the smoke cleared, Krakan was the only one disqualified by the referee, making Executioner the winner.
Thantos vs. Star Warrior for the Galaxian Championship Thantos defeated Star Warrior with a win by default (Star Warrior currently injured for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Thantos retains the Galaxian Championship Probably the most unsatisfying card yet in this federation's history, with a lot of disqualifications as well as Star Warrior's injury and the Gladiator's suspension.

GWF 2087.0503-18 05.03.2087 from The Hutt, Jabba
Vanity vs. Pulsar Pulsar defeated Vanity with a WHIRLWIND at 5:12 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: A fairly exciting match with some good turnabouts. Pulsar is actually at a disadvantage here compared to Vanity in regards to power and agility. Pulsar makes an early mistake with a scorpion death lock, giving Vanity an opportunity to take control. Fortunately, the young Titan was able to turn it around before the end, nailing the Neptunian for the win.
Omega vs. Renegade Renegade defeated Omega with a SPINECRACKER at 6:30 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Omega really showing his age here. While he tried to put on a fight and managed to counter many of Renegade's moves, he also spent a lot of time down on the mat.
Massacre vs. Death Knight Death Knight defeated Massacre with a win by default (Massacre currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Notes: Last card suspension for Massacre and Brute.
Brute vs. Beast-Rider Beast-Rider defeated Brute with a win by default (Gladiators currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Notes: Easy "win" for Beast-Rider if it could be called that.
- Tag Team - Neptunian Space-Croppers vs. Gladiators of Aethra Renegade defeated Massacre with a win by default (Gladiators currently suspended for card #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Notes: Last card suspension for the Gladiators. Expect them to return with a vengeance next week!
Exo-King vs. Actagon Actagon defeated Exo-King with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 1:42 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Exo-King looked to be in control from the start of the match until a mistake throwing Actagon into the ropes resulted in a reversal pin. Although Exo-King managed to kick out from this attempt, Actagon applied his GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP next and won by submission.
Star Warrior vs. Invincible Krakan Invincible Krakan defeated Star Warrior with a win by default (Star Warrior currently still injured for cards #17 & #18) at 0:00 Match Notes: Star Warrior set for a hopefully explosive comeback. Fans are hoping it won't be too late for him to get another title shot at the Galaxian Championship by the end of this month.
Comrade Terror vs. Pit Viper Comrade Terror defeated Pit Viper with a Terror Face Claw at 1:42 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: The match went downhill from the start for Pit Viper as Comrade Terror tried an elbow smash against the more agile Flying Titan, who countered it with a suplex. However, Terror managed to reverse that and try his own flying skullcrusher, pinning Pit Viper, who manages to kick out. After a deathjump lays Pit Viper low a little bit later, Terror followed up with Terror Face Claw and successfully pinned Viper right after.
Commander Sam vs. Massif Massif defeated Commander Sam with a VOLCANIC DROP at 9:54 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Commander Sam held out for an impressively long time against the giant Massif, despite the disadvantage of being both less agile and strong.
- No DQ Tag Team - Killer Queen & Vanity vs. Greek Gods Actagon defeated Vanity with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 11:00 Match Notes: Vanity bloody by the end (4 fatigue, others none) and he only held out this long thanks to Killer Queen saving him for two pins and a distraction for the third.
- No DQ - Proteus vs. Lord Nexus Lord Nexus defeated Proteus with an into the turnbuckle reversal pin at 14:00 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Pretty long and exciting fight between Flying Titan and Greek God did not disappoint the fans. Each turnaround in the fight had the audience cheering and we never really knew who would really win until that final moment when Proteus threw Lord Nexus into the turnbuckle... and Lord Nexus moves aside in time for Proteus to collide and get rolled into a pin by Nexus! Total 7 fatigue: Proteus 4, Nexus 3
- No DQ - Mutant vs. Killer Queen Mutant defeated Killer Queen with a running lariat at 9:42 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This was a pretty hairy fight but the no-disqualification rule saved Mutant a couple of times when he assaulted Killer Queen outside the ring. There's was a plenty of turnover with the match going back and forth until Mutant finally landed that pin. Total 5 fatigue: KQ 4, Mutant 1
Ghengis Khan vs. Wolf Wolf defeated Ghengis Khan with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 3:30 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Ghengis Khan tried escaping outside the ring a couple of times when Wolf managed to lay him out on the mat, until Wolf finally caught up to him and wasted no time unleashing his finisher.
- No DQ - Thantos vs. Executioner Thantos defeated Executioner by getting counted out of ring at 4:06 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Nice back-and-forth dance by Thantos and Executioner but the fans all know this is just a show put on by the Evil Gamemaster and his chief lackey. In the end, Executioner lost by getting counted out of the ring. Total 3 fatigue: Executioner 2, Thantos 1
I'm excited for the return of Star Warrior and the Gladiators next card!

Enjoying that everyone is taking on everyone. I never did that in my fed but it's very cool. Thanks, I like it. Helps me learn more about the differences between each champion and what makes the game system tick. After the reArmed Q1 2087 quarter ender, I realized it might get stale having the ones with feuds just fight every card and I can't think of an interesting angle for them so I just ordered everyone based off of their Rahl ratings initially and paired them off that way. Kind of like that stroke system someone else proposed elsewhere on the boards. I didn't want to end the year quickly doing monthly cards, so I made them weekly, but Champions only defended their titles in cards occuring at the end of the month. I'm thinking of keeping the match pairings between Hero vs. Villain only though... but worried that might repeat too often too the same way set feuds will.

It's a fine line. In my fed I would mix it up by throwing guys in tag matches and trying new teams..I teamed Pit Viper with Renegade for a while as Natural Aggression and they did surprisingly well. Also six man battles between FDF, Titans, Thantos and his crew, Evil Ones and SOD mixed things up.

Also six man battles between FDF, Titans, Thantos and his crew, Evil Ones and SOD mixed things up. I'll keep those simmering in the stew pot for a bit. I've tried 3-man tag teams (the sample card in the handbook was the first card I ever played) but felt there was just too much to keep track. I was not even comfortable with tag teams until it clicked for me sometime last week. Before I started with re-imagined, I was using the classic starter and have created a lot of tag team combinations, basically one from each subgroup (like Commander Sam and Massif for the FDF Tag Team). But when I got the reimagined set online, I just went with the defined tag teams in the online set without making any custom one yet. I suppose I should start looking into more tag teams again but I saw more tag teams coming in next year (2088) so I could always wait til I get there. I guess we'll see in the coming days

GWF 2087-0510-19 05.10.2087 from Alpha Centauri Collonade, Centaurus
Omega vs. Vanity Omega defeated Vanity with a counted out of ring at 1:30 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: After getting knocked down to the mat by Omega, Vanity fled outside the ring and got counted out. As Omega was declared the winner, Killer Queen suddenly appeared and attacked him from behind! The crowd pops as another beam of light appeared on the ring, teleporting none other than Commander Sam inside. A wild brawl between the four men erupts, taking the entire security force to break up!
The GWF council decided to book all four on a tag team grudge match next card: Omega & Commander Sam vs Killer Queen & Vanity!
Brute vs. Massacre Massacre defeated Brute with a MASSACRE SLAM at 8:24 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Massacre opened up with a suplex, hurting Brute. For the next 8 minutes, Massacre kept in control of the match, making no less than six pin attempts and finally subduing a bloody Brute with a Massacre Slam. Total 6 fatigue: all Brute's. This fight is both men's first match straight out of their 2 card suspension and it reminded everyone of the ruthlessness and savagery of these Gladiators from Aethra.
Star Warrior vs. Exo-King Star Warrior defeated Exo-King with a scorpion death lock at 7:24 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Not a bad comeback fight from someone who was injured for the past 2 card. Star Warrior sealed the deal after a 7-minute struggle with Exo-King. Total 1 fatigue: Exo-King.
Commander Sam vs. Pit Viper Commander Sam defeated Pit Viper with an abdominal stretch at 1:42 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: Short but sweet match. Pit Viper's opening knee drop dazed Commander Sam, but Viper's punch to Sam's face was reversed into a power facelock and Sam's Slam. As Pit Viper rose from the mat, the Commander climbed the turnbuckle for a flying clothesline straight into an abdominal stretch that ended the match in a pinfall victory for Sam.
- Tag Team - Killer Queen & Vanity vs. Gladiators of Aethra Vanity defeated Massacre with a disqualification (using steel chair outside ring) at 5:48 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: This match started with Killer Queen and Massacre in the ring, with the latter dominating the match. Vanity and Brute were soon tagged inside. The action stopped when Vanity rolled outside the ring to escape Brute, only to have the Aethran catch up to him with a steel chair. The Gladiators were then promptly disqualified.
Killer Queen vs. Proteus Killer Queen defeated Proteus with a knife-edge chop at 0:42 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: One of the fastest victories in the GWF this year. Proteus attempted to open the match with a cross body block that Killer Queen quickly reversed, sending the Greek God into the ropes. A well-placed knife-edge chop as he bounced back from the ropes laid Proteus flat out on the mat and an easy pin by Killer Queen.
Executioner vs. Ghengis Khan Ghengis Khan defeated Executioner with a disqualification (slamming Ghengis into announcer's table out of ring) at 4:18 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: Just as the match was getting good with the two wrestlers trading blows, a shoulder chop sent Executioner down to the mat and he promptly decided to bail outside the ring. As Ghengis Khan followed, Executioner managed to slam him onto the announcer's table, breaking it in half! Executioner is disqualified and Ghengis is declared as the victor.
Renegade vs. Pulsar Renegade defeated Pulsar with a double knee lift at 5:48 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: Pulsar started off the match with a fireman's carry that hurt Renegade. It wasn't until Renegade's reverse his dropkick by smashing his face into the turnbuckle that the match went downhill for Pulsar.
Beast-Rider vs. Death Knight Beast-Rider defeated Death Knight with a Beast Knee Shuffle at 2:42 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: Death Knight opened with a bear hug that dazed Beast-Rider. It wasn't until Death Knight threw Beast-Rider into the ropes that the offensive turned as the Neptunian took the chance for a Cropper Slam. Later, the tide turned again as Death Knight reversed Beast-Rider's attempt to knock his head into the turnbuckle. The final upset happened when Death Knight swung Beast-Rider into the ropes and BR bounced off with a Beast Knee Shuffle knocking DK for a pin.
- Tag Team - Greek Gods vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers Proteus defeated Renegade with an OVERHEAD TOSS at 4:!2 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: Highlights of the fight: - Proteus failed a Grecian Power Drop on the more agile Beast-Rider, who countered with a moonsault straight into a pin attempt - Actagon's Grecian Power Drop failed to pin Renegade so he tagged out to Proteus who used OVERHEAD TOSS to slam the Space-Cropper into a pinfall
Is the Neptunian Space-Croppers' lucky streak coming to an end?
Invincible Krakan vs. Actagon Actagon defeated Invincible Krakan with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 7:06 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: - This match had at least 2 instances of very long continuous chains of reversal and counter-reversal between the two wrestlers - Krakan was in control near the end until he threw Actagon outside the ring and followed him out - Actagon proceeded to Grecian Power Drop him through the announcer's table (this was a prerecorded match from earlier this week), avoided a disqualifation and dragged Krakan back inside the ring for a submission finish
Massif vs. Comrade Terror Massif defeated Comrade Terror with a headbutt at 6:06 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Yet another match with chains of counter-reversals. First attempt at a pin happened as a result of an into the buckle revesal as Massif and Krakan spun around, ending with one under the other. The second attempt was Massif's finisher which he repeated later to end the match.
Mutant vs. Lord Nexus Mutant defeated Lord Nexus with a face mangler at 3:12 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: - Mutant on a lucky winning streak: fourth in a row so far. - Lord Nexus rolled snake eyes on his PIN roll - Krakan stormed the ring and double-teams Lord Nexus, leaving him battered and beaten in the ring! - As Krakan was leaving with Mutant, Lord Nexus issues a challenge to a Titan Death Match next week! Krakan did not respond and simply left. We'll confirm later this week before the Saturday card!
Possible Titan Death Match next card: Lord Nexus vs Invincible Krakan!
Thantos vs. Wolf Wolf defeated Thantos with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 1:00 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: - Thantos opened the match by throwing Wolf into the ropes - As Wolf bounced from the ropes, Thantos laid him down with a running clothesline - Wolf rolled out of the ring, dragging Thantos with him and smashes him onto the turnbuckle post! - Wolf climbed back into the ring, still dragging Thantos and finished the match in exactly one minute! - But Wolf did not stop there! Enraged, Wolf continued his SAVAGE FACE CLAW again and again. Executioner appeared to stop him but the damage is already done!
Thantos is injured for the next card!
Oh noes! Stay tuned for next week's GWF 2087!
