I thought this would be a fun thread and get a discussion going.
What wrestler(s) are you most suprised there isn't an official card for?
I don't mean names already mentioned in multiple threads like cogar or shelly lol
For me I think Facade, Kenzie page and Alec Price come to mind.
Facade has been around and I remember before the pandemic seeing him everywhere on the indies.
Alec Price I think needs no introduction.
Kenzie is 1 half of the nwa women's tag champions and has had some great feuds in New South along with a great run on South East first : uncharted territory
On I side note I'd love to see Miyu Yamashita but I know the Japanese names are alot more rare haha

I completely agree about Facade, he's been around so long I figured he'd have a card.
I'd love an Alec Price card but he's still pretty young so I wouldn't call him missing a surprise. If we don't see him in 2023 I'd be surprised though.
Another one that surprises me since we have most of the people he'd travel around with (Colin, Cheech & at one time Dick Justice) is Cloudy.
Nate Webb, Levi Everett, Derek Dillinger, Tate Twins (Dalton's Boys), Joe Hendry & Session Moth are the others I'd add to the list.

I agree with j about Alec Price. I have become a huge fan, but I don't think he'd gotten the play he has recently. (I could be wrong.) Hopefully next year. Honestly, I think the name I'm most surprised that we never got was John Hennigan. There was a good long while he was on the free agent market, and I thought for sure he'd get the same full-court press that brought us AJ Styles. Of course, we had an "in" with Styles through ROH if I'm not mistaken. Oh well, at least we have the bootleg that Werner, Vegas, and I did. Well, they did it. I just arranged it, with a big help from Justin Case. |

Styles was I believe entirely from the ROH deal and is not signed otherwise.

In terms of guys I'm surprised we haven't gotten cards for Adam Brooks and Marko Stunt are two guys that I'm 90% sure are signed based on some things others have said before.
My list of people that were missed when the big indy raids were happening with NXT and AEW is much bigger
Especially guys we seemed to just miss like the Lucha Bros and Jungle Boy
I had hopes for Toni Storm when she was all over the American indys right before signing with the E. Ilja Dragunov is another I was hoping could of been signed when he was in the 2018 BoLA

Think I heard that he verbally agreed to appear in the game at some point, but never signed the actual release form... Sad. |

Staying with MLW theme Jakob Fatu I remember this being asked before and Fatu had been asked about the game but whatever way Fatu was contracted at the time all his bookings and merch etc had to go through josef samael (Contra leader) and I don't know if Samael was ever asked or just wouldent give permission. Tho I seen a while back they split cause Fatu is now handling everything himself so maybe next year? |

I asked both in person at a wrestling event in Seattle (Defy). Fatu was totally interested and cool about it as we talked some Seahawks and 49ers football, but Josef was right there and was a total jerk about it and made it very clear that they would need money........probably more money than justified for Indy wrestlers.
